Busy Bees Perivale Greenford

My daughter started in Oct 2021, when she turned 1 year old and absolutely loves it at nursery, which makes us very happy. She’s there from 9-5pm and I am, pleased that it also covers term-time as well. After her initial period of adjustment, she now gets very excited setting off for nursery and arriving to meet the staff. We get feedback at pick ups and an app is updated with food, nappies, photos and learning progress and we’ve been encouraged to update it too, with what she enjoys at home/outside nursery, so activities can be tailored or photos used for play/crafts. The staff are all very friendly and set up lots of messy play, craft and learning activities for the kids, which I love. The staff make us feel very comfortable asking for advice and are always happy to help. Very pleased with our choice of nursery and would definitely recommend it.

My overall experience with the Busy Bees Nursery, is very good. Staff are caring and take very good care of the children. At the end of the day, staff give a summary of your child's day and the food that they have had. I would recommend the Busy Bees Nursery to a friend. The safeguarding policy is always in place.

I cannot recommend Busy Bees enough! I knew from the moment I stepped into the setting that this was the nursery for us. The staff have all been lovely to both my son and me. My son has formed strong connections and is always doing fun and beneficial activities. Communication from the nursery to parents is really good, with updates as to my son's activities, being provided throughout the day, via an app and more generally the carers always let us know how he has been, when I pick him up at the end of the day. I want to end by saying a massive thank you, to all of the team!

Our daughter has been going to the nursery since she was 13 months old. We were impressed with the nurturing environment provided at Busy Bees. The staff are friendly and attentive and keep us updated on our child's progress. The children do a wide range of activities, which support essential learning. We were impressed at how confident our child was with numbers and colours. The nursery was fantastic when it came to potty training and supportive of any requirements we had. A fantastic nursery!

The staff are very friendly, they definitely boosted my son's confidence. Now he talks a lot and he is not shy if he sees new faces. He likes going to nursery. I will definitely recommend this nursery to my friends and family.

Our Son attended Busy Bees, Perivale from age 1, through to leaving for school. Our 1-year-old daughter now attends, as we were really happy with how our son's nursery journey went. He formed great bonds with teachers and was well taken care of, supported, developed and was ready and prepared for school when the time came. Our daughter is now in her fourth month there. She was very reluctant at first, her exposure to others had been so limited up to this point. Due to the pandemic, she had little experience of being held by others or being around groups of children. The staff quickly learnt her personality, likes and dislikes and adapted their approach, which helped her settle in super quickly. Also, we get a good amount of updates on her progress via the app. Great nursery, highly recommended.

The team at Busy Bees at Perivale is very professional. They maintain a very high quality in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Their food quality is also excellent in terms of nutrition. They are very organised and keep us updated all the time.

Only I think I could fault it on is more regular and direct feedback as I don’t always feel like I know how his day has been, but otherwise, there is nothing to complain about!

There have good varied activities for the children. They generally give feedback on your child and work with you to improve behaviour etc. They were fantastic in helping with potty training. The food offered is healthy and sounds delicious. I would definitely recommend Busy Bees at Perivale to new parents.

Overall, I am very pleased with Busy Bees at Perivale. The team at the nursery were fantastic at settling my daughter into the nursery since day one. There are taking great care of my child, which reflects on her development in many areas, especially social skills. They provide so many play activities, which my child love. There is a child monitoring app available, which allows to monitor what is happening throughout the day with pictures and child observations included. Well presented playroom with lots of space, indoor and outdoor too. All staff members are very professional and great with children who are happy to come each day that they do not want to leave. Safety, care and compassion is in the centre of this nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery to friends and family.

We're very happy with our choice of nursery, it's a great location, parking on site which makes the drop-offs and pick-ups stress-free, and the opening hours of the centre are great and very suitable for our working schedules.

The ParentZone app is also excellent as it keeps us in touch with how our child is doing. We can see photos of them doing activities and their progress reports.

My son has been attending Busy Bees Perivale since he turned one. I believe he sees the staff and children kind of like an extended family and that's why we continue to be content and happy leaving him there each day. He is always really keen to get to nursery and play with his classmates and really enjoys all the activities prepared by the staff.

I have used this nursery for three years with my first child and now my second child has been there almost a year. In all this time, I have nothing but praise and positive regard for the staff and management. There are very high standards in all aspects of the nursery and I find they are constantly improving and changing things to improve the child’s experience and to communicate well with parents and especially love the app which provides updates throughout the day with photos etc.

Staff are professional all of the time and really do care about the children. There has been very little staff turnover which is always a good indicator of a positive place of work, so it has been lovely that those staff who worked with my first child now are part of my second child’s life which is great continuity of care and really does alleviate any anxiety or concern on leaving very young children for such long periods. They really do contribute to the development and happiness of the children.

We have had a great experience. Staff in Buttercups are brilliant with the children and my son settled in so quickly. We have been extremely happy with our experience so far.

My son started at Busy Bees Perivale 10 months ago. He was moving from the nursery he had been attending as a baby so it was not an easy transition initially. He enjoys going to nursery now and his teachers are often mentioned and even part of his imaginative play when at home. He needs no coaxing to go to nursery and that by itself is a blessing for any parent!

In my experience over the past year, I found Busy Bees has very efficient and friendly staff, extremely clean facilities including a big, cheerfully designed external play area and food cooked fresh on site by friendly chefs. The nursery managers are quick to respond to queries and requests. Also worth mentioning is the Parent Zone online portal. I enjoy its Gallery feature where you can view pictures of your child doing activities etc. I also appreciate the considerable effort and expense that Busy Bees puts into organising various events for children and parents through the year.

My child has been attending Busy Bees Perivale for 6 weeks and loves it. He has settled in really well and is very happy when I collect him at the end of the day. The standard of care is excellent and I trust every worker to have my child's best interests at heart. The communication with me at the end of the day and through Parentzone is excellent. It makes it much easier leaving your child when you trust that they will have a lovely day. The outdoor space is lovely and the two baby rooms are a good size. My child loves the food and has settled into the nursery routine well. It is excellent value for money as well.

Since my daughter has been going to this nursery she has loved it and has developed very well. The staff are great, good prices, happy we chose to use this nursery.

The staff are very friendly and my son really enjoys nursery. The room (baby) is really welcoming and the children seem happy to play in different areas. They put up family photos and have phrases up in different languages which I think is really great for the children to see and learn.

The nursery and staff are great, however, I do find it difficult when I get called to collect my child if, for example, stools are soft as it can be due to teething and is not poorly. I use Busy Bees as my primary care on a full-time basis for 2 kids (1 baby and 2 year old) so to be called frequently does put a strain on my work.
