Everyone is great with her and I can tell she's very happy here.

Generally, the care is good and the staff are very patient, caring and kind. My child seems happy and absorbed at nursery.

I have previously raised concerns about soap dispensers not being filled and this seems to have been dealt with now.

Fees have gone up again recently and Busy Bees' rates seem less competitive

We get great updates on her progress and I’m sure if we had any issues they would be dealt with appropriately.

I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

The events held and the additional activities offered are fabulous, I am actually a little upset that she will be heading to normal school next year.

The nursery is a fantastic place for our child. She has flourished there and loves spending time there. All the staff are warm and friendly to the children and really care, so we couldn't be happier with the service provided!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 6 months old - she is now 2.5 years and she absolutely adores it. The staff are friendly and genuinely seem to care about the children in their care. My daughter regularly sees the same faces and I get detailed updates on her day every evening at pick up.

I love that the nursery is far away from main roads and is nice and quiet, and I also love the varied menu that they serve - my daughter happily eats (almost!) everything that is served to her! I would 100% recommend this nursery to other mums in the area.

As a first-time mum, I loved the reassurance I got from the staff that my son was happy and settled. Every time I walk into the setting I get a warm welcome, followed by happy faces. I love the idea that my son sees the same face every time he attends.

My son was unsettled at first but within a month of going to nursery happily and always have spoken about the staff and children in his room. And staff do activities for the children that are very good and my son loves messy play Staff are so lovely and my son loves the nursery .i wish he could stay there and not go to school.

Both our girls have attended Busy Bees and love it. The staff are super friendly and helpful and we feel very lucky we have found childcare that has worked out so well. Our youngest cries on non-nursery days or did. In the end we had to let her go full time.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees Carshalton for nearly a year. From our preliminary visit I got a good feel about the place, the building is lovely but what I absolutely loved was the individual gardens for each room. The environment is just a home from home set in a quiet residential cul de sac. The nursery staff were fantastic at settling her in before she started with four visits gradually getting longer each time (and this was repeated when she moved rooms). The staff are absolutely amazing and a credit to the company - through feedback every day I pick her up and always with a cheerful smile on their faces! The chef is as equally talented with a tasty nutritional menu! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone.

My oldest child commenced his journey at this nursery at one year old. The staff are all caring and passionate about ensuring the children enjoy their time at nursery. If a problem does arise it is dealt with promptly. There is continuous feedback to parents via collection updates, parents evenings and the Busy Bees at Carshalton Beeches parent/ nursery book.

The children are provided with a wide range of activities to take part in which supports their development. Overall I would highly recommend this nursery.

Busy Bees at Carshalton Beeches is the bees knees my son thrives from being at nursery and loves the girls who work there. Brilliant staff and excellent place to make you feel welcome and reassured if you are an unsure parent. 100% recommend to all my mummy friends

My daughter has been attending the Busy Bees nursery in Carshalton for over a year now and has been placed in two rooms so far. Both times, the room facilities have been amazing, as has the staffing. My daughter has only had 2 key workers - one for each room. She attends full time and thoroughly enjoys her time there, including the menu which is tasty and diverse. The management of the overall nursery always delivers a high standard of care. The nursery also provides extra activities such as French and drama lessons, which we really appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone.

My daughter started at Busy Bees when she was just 9 months old. Every room she has been in she has been well looked after by the loving and caring staff there. I like how all the staff know who she is even staff members that I don't know! There is a real family feel about the nursery which is what both myself and my husband wanted for our daughter.
