This review is for the spectacular nursery manager. She is the heart and soul of the place. Every time I have feedback she takes it so positively and constructively. She has always made me feel valued. Nothing is ever too much for her. She takes pride in all her staff. She always takes the responsibility for every feedback and ensures parents that she will address it the best possible way. She always has a smile. She is so much fun to speak with and such a delight of a personality. Her parental knowledge and nursery management skills are just beyond 5 stars. She is an absolute asset to the organisation. Thank you for everything you do for us parents and our kids by serving rightly through your organisation. Many thanks and wishing all the love and success in this role.

The excellent nursery would always recommend. Very friendly staff and have coped with covid restrictions. My son is always happy when he is picked up. The equipment is always clean and a wide range of engaging activities.

My other child is still at Busy Bees and the strict coherence to covid rules is reassuring. The rapid response, their shutdown, Not Charging us anything in lockdown, and their measures now, have all given me confidence that this is a safe and caring environment for my girls.

My daughter loves the staff and talks about them at home.

We are exceptionally pleased with the standard of care at Busy Bees at Carshalton Beeches. Our daughter has been going there since 14-months-old and she has loved it from day one. So much so that she even asks to go at the weekend! The nursery is always spotless, with a great variety of toys, books and learning equipment - and super outdoors space for all age groups. The food menu is nicely varied and nutritional. We are well briefed about her day and her overall progress and development and the whole team are always professional, polite and supportive. We were naturally anxious about our daughter going back to nursery due to COVID, but the nursery has handled everything exceptionally and our minds have been put totally at rest. I couldn’t imagine sending her anywhere else.

Busy Bees at Carshalton Beeches has been fantastic for our daughter, who is very excited to go in every morning. The whole team are both very caring and very professional, and the way that they have dealt with the COVID situation has been exceptional.

I honestly could not be more grateful to the whole team and especially the Manager at the setting for all of their support. My son was displaying extremely challenging behaviour a few months after myself and my partner split. The Manager made me feel so secure and reassured me that my son's behaviour really would improve with support and guidance. The strategies and reward systems are working and I just couldn't have done it without them. This team are a second family to us.

This is a great nursery with the focus very much on the learning and development of the young people that attend. Three of our children have attended this nursery and we have been very pleased with the care provided.

My son came to the nursery from age 2 and he was upset every day. But when I would call I would find out that he had been good. When I picked up he didn't want to go home. He loved the staff in 2-3 and had a good relationship with his key person. When he moved to pre-school he was so confident in going. The food was also good as he ate things there that he wouldn't eat at home.

My son has had an excellent time over the last two years at Busy Bees Carshalton Beeches. I remember when he started the nursery he was extremely upset and the nursery team looked after him so well during the transition and very quickly he settled in the place. He is very happy now to come to the nursery and his developmental milestones have progressed so well. It is a wonderful place for young ones. I wish I could have come here when I was two.

Both of my children have moved up to the next room. The youngest has a key worker we know well as she was our other child's keyworker. My daughter has quickly settled, it was lovely seeing her this morning go into her class with minimal fuss for once. This evening both my kids were having so much fun they didn't want to come home.

Our daughter started nursery at 10 months old having had a bad experience with our older daughters nursery - we had our reservations, however, the staff are friendly and were very caring and nurturing, she settled in well. They communicate really well as a team and are excellent handing over. The manager had completed a refurbishment and decorated most of the nursery which really improved the look and overall ethos. They are flexible and take parents concerns on board. I could not have hoped for a better nursery and more trustworthy or caring staff!

My son joined Busy Bees a year ago and he absolutely loves it. He's made good friends and has a good rapport with his key persons. The nursery has helped to improve his communication skills and also helped in his development skills. Highly recommend all their extra curriculum, they have encouraged my son's confidence.

Our son loves coming to Busy Bees at Carshalton Beeches and is always very happy when we come to collect him. He has really developed well here and the staff are very caring and organised lots of activities. We're very happy with the nursery.

Welcoming and friendly environment. Staff are very knowledgeable and personal. Always willing to adapt to day to day need changes. Lots of information at end of the day and happy to discuss concerns. Very satisfied.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees at Carshalton Beeches since she was a year old. She settled in so well and has developed socially and emotionally over the last 2 years. She is also developing cognitively and in line with expectations. She loves coming to nursery and has made great friends. She is cared for extremely well and I know that she is in safe hands. When I pick her up, she asks to stay longer. Would highly recommend.

I have been coming to Busy Bees at Carshalton Beeches for a few years now with two of my granddaughters, one who is still attending. I have always found every one of the staff to be friendly, kind and caring. Never once have either of my granddaughters said they didn't want to go to nursery.
