I was very apprehensive at the start, leaving my son for the first time felt very uncomfortable however, the staff in his room, are so warm, friendly and smiley which made me feel instantly warm and comfortable. Settling in process went very quick as the members of staff in my son's room are so good at deflection and distracting during the time where I the parent had to leave. My son settled in so well and now runs towards his favourite nursery nurse. She is often the lead nursery nurse in his room and does a fantastic job of settling and comforting all the distressed children, I often pick up my son in the afternoon to see that he is been interacted with cuddled reassured, he is often smiling and laughing. Which reassures me that I have made the right choice to attend Busy Bees. I would highly recommend Busy Bees Carshalton, to other parents looking to place their children into a childcare facility.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was a baby and is now graduating to reception, and my son has been there since a baby and is now 2.5yo. The staff in every classroom have been so kind, loving and friendly - both my children have thrived there, made lots of friends, and love coming in every day. The facilities at the nursery are the best I've seen, with big light open purpose built inter-connected rooms, and a separate big soft astro garden outside for each class, which they use a lot and love. There is also a "soft play" classroom for the winter. They run external clubs (Playball, Debutots and French) which my children have loved and varies the week for them. The chef, Mary, is lovely and a brilliant baker! My children try new foods that they would never eat at home. The centre director has been a dedicated and consistent presence in the management of the nursery over the years. It is on a quiet residential road with dedicated free parking and a playground & park nearby.

Excellent service.We are really happy with the great service they're providing.Our baby started from May 2025 since then he is doing fine.He loves his carer.And they all give wonderful care.They provide us all the details how he did the day.We are really happy with their service.

My son enjoys his time at Busy Bees and loves his teachers and his friends. It is lovely to see the friendships that he has made. We feel assured as parents that he is in safe hands and is learning and growing each day. The communication channel between the management and teachers and us as parents is open and transparent which gives us a lot of confidence. I highly recommend Busy Bees.

My son attends this nursery and is in the preschool room, the staff are amazing and take care of the children so well my son is always telling me how much he loves it. The manager is so helpful and polite and is always there to be of assistance when needed.

My daughter started Busy Bees in 2022 and she has loved every moment of it. She has made great bonds with the staff and children within the setting there isn’t a day she doesn’t like coming to the nursery

She is in the preschool room and all the staff in there are amazing and the preparation for school is exceptional. The whole team and management team are all amazing and helpful.

Great staff and team members, all of whom show a genuine concern and care for my child. I feel relieved leaving my son there, he always opens his arms up to get cuddles from the staff members upon arrival, food is great he eats everything and the team is very helpful and receptive.

My 11-month-old son has started nursery at Carshalton, Busy Bees and it was the best decision we have made. The Centre director has been so supportive in the enrolment and settling in process and demonstrated clearly that his care is a priority. My son’s key person is so lovely and has been so professional, making sure all his needs are met and regularly updating me through the app. The nursery is beautiful and spacious with a lovely garden too. We are looking forward to seeing our son develop and grow, in such a caring professional happy environment.

My daughter has been going to Busy Bees, Carshalton since she was 11 months old and has always loved it there. One of the first things I noticed, is that all the staff knew all the children's names and although the children are segregated by age, they all have access to great equipment and outside space. The staff are really amazing and are so tentative with the children. My daughter has thrived here and it’s down to the staff. They have been brilliant throughout lockdown too. I always knew my daughter was safe, without losing the human connection with the staff, which was so important to me. My daughter is on her way to school this year and I know she will be very sad to leave Busy Bees and I have every confidence our next little one will have the same experience, when we send them to Busy Bees, Carshalton next year.

My son has thrived since being at this nursery and that’s down to his key worker whom he loves!

Busy Bees Carshalton have been amazing with our son, helping him overcome his delayed speech, behaviours and general toddler milestones such as toilet training. He always comes home happy and tells us what he's done in the day. They have fully supported his salt plan we have from home in the last few months and we can all see a different little boy.

Very happy with Busy Bees and would recommend highly, will be sending my second son in September when I return to work.

Our son has been going to Busy Bees Carshalton Beeches for nearly two years and he has been looked after amazingly. He is excited about going to the nursery every day. Staff and management are knowledgeable and always approachable. All our questions and concerns have been answered and responded to promptly and thoroughly. They put children first, treat them with respect and love - just what every parent would want! We have registered our daughter already to start in the spring which gives me peace of mind as I approach the end of my maternity leave.

This review is for the spectacular nursery manager. She is the heart and soul of the place. Every time I have feedback she takes it so positively and constructively. She has always made me feel valued. Nothing is ever too much for her. She takes pride in all her staff. She always takes the responsibility for every feedback and ensures parents that she will address it the best possible way. She always has a smile. She is so much fun to speak with and such a delight of a personality. Her parental knowledge and nursery management skills are just beyond 5 stars. She is an absolute asset to the organisation. The excellent nursery would always recommend. Very friendly staff and have coped with covid restrictions. My son is always happy when he is picked up. The equipment is always clean and a wide range of engaging activities.

My other child is still at Busy Bees and the strict coherence to covid rules is reassuring. The rapid response, their shutdown, Not Charging us anything in lockdown, and their measures now, have all given me confidence that this is a safe and caring environment for my girls.

My daughter loves the staff and talks about them at home.
