Bright Horizons Beaufort Park Day Nursery and Preschool

This nursery is a great nursery. It has allowed our daughter to confidently grow since being born in Covid lockdown. She has shown skills from early, which are expected to show later in life. Her speech is grown nicely, her motor skills, social skills and her understanding of yes and no, was developed very early due to the great staff teaching at his nursery. It has been a pleasure and a great decision to bring our daughter to this nursery, the management has no faults, and the staff has no faults. Always a pleasant atmosphere when dropping off our little one or picking her up. They accommodate every child nicely, which also helps with our learning at home. One of the best things that is great is the notes that are left within the app about very specified achievements and acknowledges every special detail and every special little aspect of our child’s day at nursery. It gives us a big heads up on how we go about our daily routines in the evening. Thank you to this nursery.

We really love this nursery, since all the staff were very kind and comprehensive with our daughter during her settlement period. As English as an additional language, they supported her as much as possible, so she had a smoothly first month.

Amazing experience with the nursery. It is the first experience for my daughter with any daycare and the nursery staff put in all the efforts possible to make it a smooth transition. Love the outdoor play area and the facilities.

Bright Horizons Beaufort Park Day Nursery is a great place for my child. They are friendly, give updates of the daily activities and take lovely pictures. My son enjoys being there and he learns a lot of things. The rooms are really good and they have good equipment and toys, especially the baby room.

This is an excellent nursery. We are happy that we chose this nursery. My son has flourished there and is getting a good start in life! He’s learning lots at nursery and they have lots of activities and lots of fun. He is always happy when he is met at the door by one of the staff and we always pick him up with a smile on his face. The staff are always friendly and approachable; my son loves them all! The activities planned are always based around a theme and they extend the children’s knowledge and skills. The admin team are also incredibly helpful too. It is a warm and friendly environment and the manager, is excellent. I’m really impressed with the nursery and my son loves it there!

I would highly recommend Bright Horizons, Beaufort Park for any parents looking to start their little ones in nursery. Since the change of management team, we have seen a huge improvement in service, communication and are so grateful for the care provided for our son, who started in the under 2's room and will be transferring to 2-3 room very soon! He really loves his carers in the room and was able to establish good bonds with all of them in a few week's time. Beaufort Park has also very sensibly taken the time to transition him into the 2-3s room the last two weeks, introducing him to his new key person and new friends. Our son is happy to go to nursery every morning and would give cuddles to them! We especially love the updates provided throughout the day, which include pictures and very nice descriptions of activities. Thank you so much!

All Nursery members are cordial and polite, especially staff members. The nursery manager and assistant manager are very understanding and helpful. We are happy that our daughter is part of the Beaufort Nursery Family.

I highly recommend Bright Horizons Beaufort Park since they reopened in September 2021. The management is amazing. They are always helpful, always answer your questions. They accept any feedback from a parent every time you approach them. The staff as well is great. Our daughter is really happy to visit the nursery and to spend a full time there. I believe this is the most important! Thank you all!

Very kind and supportive staff, warm and sweet approach, fast in providing feedback, very responsive to children’s needs, nice and friendly to children and parents. Creative activities within the nursery, a spacious place for a child to develop nicely and in the best way possible.

The standard of this nursery is very bad. Made some complaints but the management can't be bothered to improve the situation. Very poor service. There are much better options in this area. Do not recommend at all.

My son has been attending this nursery for 6 months now. The team in the baby room are amazing. Staff are warm, loving and caring. This makes me feel confident that my child is well looked after during the day. He also enjoys coming to the nursery and team welcome him with hugs and cuddles.

Hi, I'm a mother of a 2-year-old boy and I'm happy to share with you my experience of me and my son relation with the Bright Horizons nursery. We love the place and staff from here and I most like that the staff are really friendly and close to you they earn your trust very quickly because they are really nice and very good at what they are doing. Happy to have our son here and happy for the choice we've made. The nursery is really clean and the toys are safe for playing with, this aspect is really important when you are looking for a nursery. I can really recommend this place!

I love that when I pick my son up he has a smile on his face. The food cooked and served to the kids is exceptional. The staff are accommodating very friendly and easy to communicate with. I feel my son is well looked after and I can see his development month to month.

I've placed my second child at this daycare and all the staff are welcoming, caring and loving. They took excellent care of my eldest and now my youngest child. The facilities are excellent and the children are always engaged in fun activities.

I have a positive experience with Bright Horizon nursery. Everyone, all staff are always smiling and very welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone seems to really care about babies and children. We don't have any problems, we are very happy with the nursery so far and hope this will continue in the future.

Wonderful experience. My daughter settled in the baby room very quickly and she loves coming to the nursery. She eats well, sleeps and has lots of fun. This is all thanks to the excellent staff, management and chef. I really appreciate the safe and positive environment. The only area (that however, I am not asking to improve for obvious reasons) is the outside space is not that big and in the shadow, but at least there is a safe outside space. I will definitely recommend to anyone. Excellent structure.
