All of the staff that cared for my son was fantastic. They were all in tune with his needs, were attentive and caring with him. They all do an excellent job. The manager in particular is extremely professional, enthusiastic and has such a friendly demeanour. She gave us the tour of the nursery and she gave us the confidence to sign up. There is also very quick to answer any queries and is always so helpful. They are both a pleasure to interact with. The menu for the children outstanding! There's a wide variety of healthy meals which is so important for development.

Meet the Team (2)
Nicole holds an NVQ level 3 in Early Years and has worked in childcare for over 8 years. Originally, she pursued performing arts in college, driven by her passion for singing and dancing. Later she transitioned to studying early childhood education.
Her journey began at Bright Horizons Kew, where she started as a part-time Lunch Assistant. Continuing her education, she obtained her Level 3 qualification and eventually ascended to the role of Nursery Manager.
Over the past few years, she has seized opportunities to support other Bright Horizons nurseries both within and outside of London. This experience has allowed her to contribute to the development of best practices and cater to the unique needs of each nursery.
