Bright Horizons Kew Day Nursery and Preschool

We cannot recommend Bright Horizons Kew enough! The level of care and attention our toddler received as he settled into the nursery was so incredibly reassuring. You get a sense that all the staff working at the nursery genuinely care about their children which again is a reassuring feeling! Our child has come on leaps and bounds in so many ways since starting nursery as he gets to experience so much fun every day. The best thing about this nursery is of course everyone working there, but other big positives include the facilities that are purpose built with a safe outdoor garden, and the food menu that is varied and healthy. We are very pleased we chose to send our child to this nursery!

Our son is excited to go the nursery on most mornings, walking right inside looking for his friends without a big fuss. We feel so fortunate to have found this nursery right around the corner: truly a great team!

I'm very satisified with all the staff and the nursery facilities as a whole - specially with the open spaces the nursery has. We happen to live nearby as well so all in all a very nice place to secure your kids while parents are busy with their working days.

Our daughter has been at this nursery just over a year and our experience has been wonderful throughout. The staff go over and above consistently and the feedback and observations are so thoughtful and useful to see. Thank you to all the team!!!

The nursery is a fantastic place for our daughter. The staff are so kind, caring and they communicate consistently through the day via the app. We're regularly updated with photos of activities that our daughter is doing, in addition to detailed developmental updates. Our daughter continues to grow in confidence and is genuinely happy to go to nursery. The facilities and food are fantastic whilst there is no screentime for babies or toddlers. This was a major factor in us choosing this setting. We are so happy we chose this nursery. They genuinely care and I can't recommend it enough to other parents.

The staff are warm and genuinely interested in my son's development. They appear excited to tell us about new milestones, words and achievements. My son looks forward to attending every day.

I am very impressed by the care and attention my toddler receives in Bright Horizons Kew Day Nursery and Preschool since he started in September. Every morning he is excited to go there and keep talking about his teachers at home. We feel so comfortable to leave him in the care of the staff there as they are all so caring, gentle and friendly.

Our little one, who is so attached to me, settled so well! On Friday last week, he didn't want to leave one member of staff, in particular, at all and asked for her all the way back home. We are so grateful.

I want to especially commend the nursery manager for her exceptional care and attention. She carefully planned my daughter's settling-in period and adjusted it according to her daily experiences. Nicole's reassurance and support made me feel confident that my daughter would have a wonderful day interacting with other children. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth transition for both children and parents is truly commendable.

My daughter started at Kew Day Nursery as a baby and now she is in nursery class. She is very happy to go to the nursery and loves to explore all the messy activities they do in there and has developed brilliant skills such as eating on her own using a fork and knife. She has begun to speak in full sentences to communicate her needs. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff in the nursery for working so hard and providing the best possible support and knowledge for each individual child.

She loves going in and is so happy when I collect her which makes me feel content knowing she is having such a great time building friendships, learning new skills and being creative.

This is my second son to have had the privilege of being educated at Kew Day Nursery and on both occasions, I’ve been very happy with the standard of care. The management staff are always very accommodating of my last-minute requests. I find the teaching staff patient and warm towards my son and appreciate all the updates/photos I get during the day of the activities he’s participating in. I love that he has a full day of stimulation and gets home exhausted and ready for bed. I’d like to thank all the teachers involved in his development and care.

Kew Day Nursery has been absolutely amazing with my two sons. One staff member in particular is great as is all of the staff. I'm so happy with the progress of my son and his speech has come on tremendously. Thank you to everyone for being amazing.

Kid is happy to go every day. Nice classroom and playground. Teachers are very helpful and caring. They helped my kid who doesn’t speak much English to get accustomed and feel welcomed. She learned a lot about the country and the community.

My youngest has settled in remarkably well, despite having limited contact with other children or adults due to Covid-19. He has a really positive relationship with the adults in the room and is super happy to be dropped off each day!

Communication when our daughter first started (and beforehand) was poor. This is improving though and doesn’t detract from how happy our girl is. We also hope the main entrance gates are fixed soon as drop-off/collection is currently a bit inconvenient.
