Bright Horizons Golders Green Day Nursery and Preschool

I have been using this nursery for nearly seven years and am so happy with it. I was so confident leaving my first child there (despite being a nervous mum) and would not even consider anywhere else for my second who is now in the preschool, having been at the nursery since she was 11 months old. The staff really know the children and their individual needs and clearly enjoy the job. The communication is fabulous. I think the app is a great addition but communication has always been encouraged. Wonderful place.

As an Aunty of two children in the nursery I would like to say how amazing the nursery is!!!! I remember the first time I came to collect my niece from nursery how warm and friendly the teachers were and how you could immediately see the love the teachers had for my nieces!!! My sister is always telling me how excited my niece is to come to Nursery that she always runs inside happily!!!

My 3.5 year old daughter has been attending since she has been 10 months old and is very happy at the nursery.The approach to settling in was really great as it gave my child and myself the time to get to know the nursery, staff and setting very well and I didn’t feel rushed. My child has grown with the nursery and the nurturing and caring setting has been a big part of her development and self-confidence. The nursery manager and her team have always been super responsive and helpful. Thank you to all of the staff

We have had such a good experience with the nursery. Our child has made wonderful connections with her carers and the other children. All the staff members are really caring and professional. It’s been a real pleasure!

Overall the Nursery is good and we all like it. It has responsible and kind stuff, and they are always quite helpful and right here when we have any questions. The facilities and outside places are reasonable and far more enough for kids to use. The meals provided every day are nutritious and our kid liked them. The everyday feedback sheets most of the time are clear and easy for parents to follow up, however, it does have several times that the sheet is not completed by the key person.

I am very happy with my experience with this nursery and I recommend to any new parents as I've had a wonderful experience as well as my son.

The staff are lovely and caring, they listen and value my opinions and requests. The management team are very helpful and will put themselves in your place. The daily feedback is very helpful to support our evening routine. I am always informed of my daughter's development every 4 months. She is happy to go into nursery and is fond of all the staff.

We moved our residence a couple of months back, so the nursery was a new setting for our 19-month old daughter. We also went from 2-days a week to 5-days a week in a nursery setting. Right from the first day, every day, it has been a brilliant experience. Given Covid restrictions, parents can't see what goes on inside the nursery, however, the joy and excitement on our daughter's face as she enters and leaves the nursery every day is clear and the most definite sign that she loves being there. She is there 9 hours every day, and yet she comes out very excited and not too tired. She has also been learning things very quickly and you can see the staff consciously communicating a lot with the kids and have a real bond with each one of them. Great experience!

We have been very pleased with the way the staff have worked to settle our child in to nursery. Very impressed with the written update we receive every time and love the choice of topics chosen. We like to read the book given each week.

Despite all the challenges Bright Horizons Golders Green has been amazing - we love our weekly book from their library and writing our book review together. My almost 3-years-old couldn't be happier running into nursery every day and delights in telling me all about her exciting days, singing me her new songs and benign home her artistic creations. The communication is excellent, and I feel a part of the nursery life even if I can't go inside any more.

We have sent two children to the nursery and been very happy. The staff are kind and nurturing and really care about the children. The setting is well organised and communication is very good. Most importantly, I know my children are happy, safe and in good hands. I would gladly recommend the nursery to others.

The garden and playrooms are very nice and well presented, also much bigger than most nurseries.

It's a great nursery. The long settling period was very helpful for the child to get to know the staff and the new environment. This made the transition for our clingy and very attached daughter much easier. Staff are always friendly, take good care of the kids and try to comfort them whenever needed. They all know all the kids well and are able to give feedback even if they are not the key person for the child. Children individual needs and preferences are taken into consideration regarding food, sleep and activities they like etc. which is not always the case in other nurseries. This is very comforting that my child would be taken great care in a way she needs.

Our twins have been welcomed into the nursery environment with warmth and care. We feel fully confident in bestowing our precious children upon the team and the girls love it.

My son always giggles when he is dropped off and this puts my heart at ease when I'm at work, as I know he's having a great time and is in very good, safe hands.

My daughter has been attending Asquith Golders Green since March and she is definitely enjoying her time there. All staff are kind and caring. It's a joy when she comes back and does new things she has picked up during her time at nursery.

The only thing I would have liked is some kind of online journal of our children to see what they have done during the day with some photos/videos. I appreciate this is more work for the staff but it would be lovely to see our children having fun in a different environment.

This is a brilliant nursery! The staff here are very in tune with my child's needs and keep her well engaged. They are keen to pay attention and build on skills that the children have and also focus on things that they are not so good at to enhance those abilities. My daughter loves it here.

We would definitely recommend this nursery. Our son really enjoys his time here, the staff are caring and attentive and the nursery is organised and accommodating. This is our second experience here and it is lovely to see a lot of the same faces.
