I truly feel that my son is well looked after and supported, and because of this, he is thriving.

Communication is clear from the staff always regarding our child. The food is always cooked fresh which is not common in most nurseries.

My daughter joined the nursery in 2024 and went through all the classes from baby's room to pre school. When she started she had several allergies requirements that were always managed with absolute maximum care. The carers in the Golders Green Bright Horizon Day Nursery always made her feel at home and help to settle on difficult days. She's always happy to go and to explain what activities she did during the day. She has grown a lot and gain so much confidence since she started as at the really beginning she was a bit introvert and shy. When kids are happy we are happy and overall a really positive experience until today.

My son started his first experience away from home at Golders Green Bright Horizons nursery, and it's been such a great start for him. The staff are warm, caring, and always take the time to make sure every child feels happy and settled. The environment is bright, clean, and full of fun activities that really help the children learn and grow through play.

I love how well they communicate with parents. They always let me know how my son's day went, what he enjoyed, and how he's developing. It's clear they really get to know each child and care about their wellbeing. My son looks forward to going in every day, which says it all. I'm so grateful to the whole team for creating such a positive and nurturing space.

For my family's needs this place is absolutely great. I am a single mother of 2 (a preschooler and a under 1 year old) so for me was important find a place where both my kids can attend when I've decided to return to work from maternity leave. Knowing them at the same setting gives me the peace of mind, the long opening hours are very helpful for working parents who don't have any other support for childcare, the updates during the day are comforting. The staff is wonderful and warm, both kids made easily a connection with a staff member. The meals are very, very tasty according to my preschooler. I found everything very easy and straight forward from registration to nursery, accommodation, drop off and pick up.

My kids started nursery for the first time two months ago. One of my children does not take well to change and this was a massive change for him. But the carers were confident and comfortable with meeting both of my children's needs and communicating well with me. They are warm and gentle carers who will meet your children at their level, whatever that may be. I feel at ease knowing my children are in good hands each day.

The staff is so friendly and helpful and really helped my daughter settle in smoothly. They helped her build confidence to develop friendships and be more social and interactive with her peers.

My son started recently but has settled down well. I love the different activities that are planned for kids throughout the week helping them develop their social and motor skills.

My daughter started joining the nursery at 11 months. The first month was difficult but the carers spend lots of time helping her to settle in. Now, my daughter enjoys her time in the nursery a lot. The carers in Bright Horizons Golders Green Day Nursery and Preschool is very good and attend to the details, they know the baby's/toddler's preference by heart. My daughter has grown a lot and learnt a lot in the nursery, every time I show her the pictures in the nursery, she will give me a big laugh.

As a first-time parent, you will have many doubts about making sure to pick a suitable nursery for your child and this is the best one. Best choice I have ever made for my child. My daughter is so excited and so looking forward to go to nursery as she has got very professional staff who are always helpful and supportive and knowledgeable! A big thank you to all of them for helping my daughter’s development.

The management and staff have been absolutely brilliant during our initial days here at the nursery. The settling-in sessions went great where the staff gave us all the information we needed and made us feel super comfortable and at ease to leave our little one with them for a couple of hours. And he absolutely loved spending time with them!

Our 11-month-old joined this nursery in the month of Jan and so far we have had a very positive experience. All the staff are kind, professional and are on top of things which is very encouraging. We are given regular updates which has been very helpful in knowing what is going on and how he is developing. Overall it's been a great start.

My initial viewing and the staff I met really gave me confidence in moving ahead with putting my daughter into some childcare. I really, really loved the space and the atmosphere. The facilities were really nice with great outdoor space. I took a friend who has an older child in a nursery elsewhere and she was impressed. They have been kind and sensitive to my situation. My daughter has settled really well and enjoys her time there. Communication and updates are really well managed. She eats, sleeps and plays well, all a good sign she is happy. The structured activities and encouragement for learning through play has been a great thing for my daughter and I feel she really benefits rather than it simply being a childcare solution for me to work. I would highly recommend.

Bright Horizons ( Golders Green) is the most warm, welcoming nursery. Everyone is so positive and happy, it automatically makes you feel relief that your child is in good hands and that they are safe. The app is very useful, I can keep track of my child whatever she’s doing, for example, sleeping, nappy change, eating. Keeps me relaxed to know what my child is doing. It is a very professional and determined company and workers, they really care about you and especially your child. I am very happy that I chose Bright Horizons. It is very good of them that they always update us in every situation, even if it’s little situations. My child has settled very happily.

We are so happy with Bright Horizons - Golders Green, our son is going there for a year now and he feels at home. He created such beautiful relationships with the staff. Everyone is so dedicated and happy, they really love what they are doing. The activities are always so funny and the food is great and the fact that they always update photos and activities on the app makes me feel that my son is in good hands. The staff are attentive, caring and organise stimulating activities for my four year old. My child's key carer is wonderful and really goes the extra mile to ensure my son is happy and enjoys nursery. I would definitely recommend Bright Horizons Golders Green to any parent or guardian.
