Angelique is our Head of Operations at Alphabet House Nursery Schools, leading and supporting all our nurseries to ensure they provide the highest quality of care, education, and family experience. With a strong background in early years leadership, Angelique oversees the daily operations across all settings, making sure everything runs smoothly.

She works closely with managers and teams to develop staff, enhance quality, and maintain excellence in every aspect of nursery life. Angelique is also deeply committed to building positive relationships with families, ensuring parents always feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their child’s journey with us. Her dedication, professionalism, and passion for early education help create a nurturing and high-quality environment where both children and families can truly thrive.

Sonia is our Funding and Commercial Manager, working closely with families after their nursery tour to discuss fees, funding options, and childcare support schemes. She helps parents understand the different funding entitlements available and ensures everything runs smoothly during the enrolment process.

Sonia also leads our community partnerships, building strong connections with local organisations and families to support our nurseries’ growth and engagement within the community. Her focus is on making childcare both accessible and enriching for every family.

Abdul is our Brand and Quality Ambassador at Alphabet House Nursery Schools. He plays a key role in ensuring that all our nurseries uphold the highest standards of care, quality, and professionalism in line with the Alpha Curriculum. He is also the first point of contact for new parents, guiding you from your initial nursery tour right through to the settling-in process. His goal is to make sure every family feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their child’s transition into nursery life.
