I am absolutely delighted with this nursery, the staff are all so nurturing and caring and support the children's individual needs and interests. I know my child is safe here and has trusted and experienced adults who she adores. three staff members, in particular, are absolutely amazing! My daughter
admires them so much. Updates are shared frequently and staff try to include parents in the child's development and play. My child is so happy here and enjoys going to nursery. Staff supported us with her transition at the beginning and she has grown into a confident, smart and playful little girl. Her eating habits have also really improved. She has opportunities to play and explore new things. I would highly recommend Alphabet House Nursery to anyone! She is going to miss Alphabet House dearly as she starts school this year, but I am so grateful for the wonderful experience she had in this nursery and how prepared they have made her for the start of our new chapter.

Very happy with this nursery especially with two preschool teachers in particular. Wonderful staff and safe place for kids. Plenty of activities for kids, safe environment, lots of fun for my son, also his English improved.

Amazing nursery! Especially the Senco, the most patient and caring Senco I’ve met this far; she truly cares and it shows. Wish I could take her with me to my child’s next provision.

I highly recommend the Alphabet House Nursery. It took my daughter a little longer to completely settle in at the nursery, but the staff was really helpful and understanding. They have a lot of patience with her and let her do things at her own pace. She likes all of her teachers and every morning when
she wakes up, the first thing she asks is if she is going to the nursery today. She has made huge improvements since she started going to the nursery; she started saying words in English, she knows how to count and she is more sociable around new children. Big thank you to one staff member in particular, who is my daughter's favourite teacher, for having patience, being kind and taking care of my daughter from day one.
If you are thinking of taking your child to this nursery, you should do it without doubt. It is a thriving and happy environment.

My son started in September at the nursery. He really was not speaking clearly didn't know any colours properly. This time I’m really happy as a mum, the staff is incredibly amazing! Always supported with any questions and making my child happy at the nursery.

My baby has recently joined the baby room. She has found the separation quite difficult but I want to praise and thank one of the staff members so much, she has been so patient, warm and welcoming and has developed such a strong bond with her and has made me feel at ease when leaving her. As well as
the staff member from the toddler room, she has been a great help when the other is not there.
The posts with images and information about what has been happening are really informative and a lovely way to be kept updated and get an insight into what is happening within the nursery.
I know I can approach the management team with any queries or support needed as they are all friendly and make me feel comfortable.

Very efficient and professional staff, I love this nursery. My first daughter who is now 8 years old frequented this place and now I have also enrolled my youngest son. The place is always clean and tidy, the garden is gigantic and the staff are always happy and very sweet.

My son joined the nursery and he could not chew his food but rather swallow.
He would only eat yoghurt or fruit pot.
The staff at Nursery were amazed that they encouraged my son to eat and for that I am grateful.
The staff are very professional and understanding.
I have never felt worried about
my son. He loves going to the nursery.
Many thanks to the manager, deputy manager, the chef and the whole team.

The team are very professional and friendly and provides detailed daily feedback on my son’s progress. The staff has also been particularly supportive and patient while my son has been toilet training. I have no reservations about leaving my son in the care of this nursery and would recommend it to
other families living in the area.

Very friendly staff, good hygiene measures, and clear and timely communication are the main factors that eased our anxiety in sending our child back to this nursery post lock-down period. The staff frequently update tips, activities and other useful information on their user-friendly app. In addition,
this app is also used to update information on the food that was served and how much did the child eat. This is a great feature as it reassures and helps in planning for the rest of the day.

My son has been attending Alphabet Nursery and what an outstanding nursery it is. He has attended a few nurseries previously for many months and has never settled but within a few weeks here, my son was content and settled into the nursery routine. The manager, his key worker and all of the other staff
really do put the children’s needs and development at the forefront of everything they do. I am extremely grateful for their support in developing my son's skills and learning. The four-week menu is amazing and the children have healthy, varied and nutritional meals as well as good snacks in between and water stations are present throughout.

Staff is very professional and friendly. Always helpful. You get written feedback on a daily basis.
My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was ten months old. Now she is nearly two years old. She learns something new every day, which really helps with her development. I don’t need to
worry if she has eaten because they get food served every two hours. So if your child doesn’t like a meal you can be certain that it will have a meal in the next two hours. All in all, I would really recommend it.

Sonia is our Funding and Commercial Manager, working closely with families after their nursery tour to discuss fees, funding options, and childcare support schemes. She helps parents understand the different funding entitlements available and ensures everything runs smoothly during the enrolment process.


Sonia also leads our community partnerships, building strong connections with local organisations and families to support our nurseries’ growth and engagement within the community. Her focus is on making childcare both accessible and enriching for every family.

Abdul is our Brand and Quality Ambassador at Alphabet House Nursery Schools.
