Its been our third week in the nursery and my daughter settled straight away.She loves nursery pretty much and doesnt event want to go home.Since she is a total picky eater I really hope that when she attends nursery for a longer period of time she will breakthrough and will try some of the foods which nursery offers.

Such a catering and fun nursery for my daughter since she's gone here her interaction with other people have gone so good she is now able to communicate with full sentences and the staff are so nice and caring towards every kid in there care

My son started here when he had not long turned 3, wasn't talking said the odd word & struggled to communicate with anyone outside the family home. Fast forward 6 months and he's speech has come on amazingly, he is super confident and absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are incredible and do everything in their power to protect, care and give the best to the children. I am beyond grateful for the senco at the nursery Katie who puts her all into ensuring my son has more good days than bad and helps keep him regulated on his rough days, the nursery have loads of resources to help with this along with the calming and caring environment they have created for the children. I highly recommend this nursery and speak so highly of the staff here.

Our boys have been attending the nursery for years now and I never had an issue both my boys love to go in. The staff is amazing the manager and assistant manager but truly all the staff always ready to help. Not just nursery related but they have always been there for me emotionally as well. Whatever was going on they invited me in for tea and a chat. My 1st born started with speech delay and in 4 months he was talking from 4 words to 2 world sentences he was 2 years and 9 months when he started. If we needed support with behaviour they listened and gave me a plan and support adjusted our parenting to nursery style as they thought us what strategies they use and it helped significantly. My 1st born is now in reception and while he is the type that won't sit still he news his phonics and numbers so he is having a good time in school all in all and i know we couldn't not have achieved this alone on ourselves. At 1st look you might think its outdated but the staff has heart of gold

I'm very grateful to the nursery staff. My son is very loved there and he goes there with great pleasure. He is very happy there. Thank you so much once again! I really appreciate everything you do for my son!

I can't be happier with the development of my son. When he joined, he was reluctant to speak. Now he speaks so much and he tells me everything they teach them at the nursery and the books they read. The practitioners look out for them with warm hearts and my son is very attached and has become very confident. Highly recommended! Thank you, ladies!

Alphabet House is a lovely nursery. I feel very confident in leaving my child in their care. The ladies have been great in helping my little one settle in. I would definitely recommend Alphabet House to others, looking for a nursery that are accommodating.

We felt the settling in really welcomed by both the team and the children! and we knew straight away that would be the perfect place for our baby girl. After 2 months she felt at home and so happy, she doesn't want to come home at the end of the day. She has lots of fun with other children in the group and is building relationships and bonds with each other! Would strongly recommend! You'll not regret it.

All staff are friendly and kind. They have been treating my daughter with so much care, especially one teacher. I have seen some improvements since she joined the school. My daughter has now settled well.

Alphabet House Nursery School - Beckton has been amazing. My daughter has been here since she was 2 in 2021 and has grown so much. They have been very helpful with her education and potty training. She has excelled really well. Thank you for all that you have done for my daughter and I’m sure she will miss you all as she’s now going to big school.

My daughter has only been here a short time, due to starting nursery at a school, but she has come so far in the short time she has been here. Her speech has improved already and she absolutely loves going. The nursery itself could do with some TLC, but the girls there definitely make the most of the resources they have. They are great, patient, kind and caring and I would highly recommend this nursery.

A wonderful nursery. Our daughter is 3 years old and very happy there. The staff are amazing and so kind to the kids. I have no qualms about leaving her there - she loves it. There are great activities for children including lots of soft games, theatre games and dances. She is exhausted when she comes home after having so much fun all day. Really glad she got a nursery and would thoroughly recommend.

The staff in the children's room are extremely kind and pleasant. My daughter is happy with them and she already knows a lot of new things, she can count and a bunch of other new things that she does by herself. Thank you so much!

I am absolutely delighted with this nursery, the staff are all so nurturing and caring and support the children's individual needs and interests. I know my child is safe here and has trusted and experienced adults who she adores. three staff members, in particular, are absolutely amazing! My daughter admires them so much. Updates are shared frequently and staff try to include parents in the child's development and play. My child is so happy here and enjoys going to nursery. Staff supported us with her transition at the beginning and she has grown into a confident, smart and playful little girl. Her eating habits have also really improved. She has opportunities to play and explore new things. I would highly recommend Alphabet House Nursery to anyone! She is going to miss Alphabet House dearly as she starts school this year, but I am so grateful for the wonderful experience she had in this nursery and how prepared they have made her for the start of our new chapter.

Very happy with this nursery especially with two preschool teachers in particular. Wonderful staff and safe place for kids. Plenty of activities for kids, safe environment, lots of fun for my son, also his English improved.

I highly recommend the Alphabet House Nursery. It took my daughter a little longer to completely settle in at the nursery, but the staff was really helpful and understanding. They have a lot of patience with her and let her do things at her own pace. She likes all of her teachers and every morning when she wakes up, the first thing she asks is if she is going to the nursery today. She has made huge improvements since she started going to the nursery; she started saying words in English, she knows how to count and she is more sociable around new children. Big thank you to one staff member in particular, who is my daughter's favourite teacher, for having patience, being kind and taking care of my daughter from day one. If you are thinking of taking your child to this nursery, you should do it without doubt. It is a thriving and happy environment.

Excellent nursery with friendly staff, good facilities and plenty of activities for kids to play and learn. My daughter speaks English as a second language and every day she comes home with some new words. I highly recommend this nursery.

My son started in September at the nursery. He really was not speaking clearly didn't know any colours properly. This time I’m really happy as a mum, the staff is incredibly amazing! Always supported with any questions and making my child happy at the nursery.
