We are really happy with the teachers. Our daughter is going to this nursery and likes to be there.absolutely recommend this nursery as everyone who is working there are friendly,helpful and warm people.

I honestly can't thank the team enough for everything they do. Their patience, kindness, and dedication do not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a place where their child will be genuinely cared for and supported.

We are very satisfied with the teachers and the institution, there are always activities. My child loves coming and I always leave with a smile on his face. He loves the teachers, he has many friends since we have been attending, he is communicative with everyone and speaks English well even though we don't speak it at home. Thank you

Huge thank you to all the nursery staff. My daughter been going there for over a year now the treatment my daughter been getting from absolutely amazing. I'm so glad I have decided to send my daughter to that nursery. Amazing nursery I would highly recommend other parents to this nursery.

My daughter joined this nursery around two months ago, and I can honestly say the support she has received has been amazing. The first month was very difficult for her - she struggled a lot with settling in and would cry at drop-off every day. As a parent, that's not easy to see, but the staff handled it with so much patience and care.

I've also noticed a big improvement in her communication - she is picking up more words and expressing herself better, which shows the positive impact the nursery is having on her development.

The staff are warm, caring, and friendly it really feels like going from one home to another. My daughter is always excited to go, which says everything! They truly listen to parents and care for the children so well. Special thanks to Katie, Doris, and Bilikis - just a few of the many amazing staff. So glad I found this nursery

My daughter started at Alphabet House Beckton when she was 10months old and the nursery staff were so lovely with the way they welcomed her and settled her in. They were amenable with any request asked of to settle her in and pretty quickly, my daughter built great relationships with staff/her key worker. Its been 4 months and my daughter very much enjoys nursery. You can tell the staff care about the children and know her individual needs i.e they continue to provide 2 naps for her/ gave her breast milk when needed. My daughter is always happy at drop off and pick up to go to nursery and i'm very happy she attends here. Communication is always up to date and clear.

10/10 they have made my son feel so welcome. He is often upset to leave us, but once through the doors the staff make him feel relaxed and welcomed. He is learning day by day. Excited to talk about his day at nursery.

The team are kind, attentive, and excellent at keeping us updated, both during the day and through weekly summaries. We even travel further to stay with this nursery after moving-the peace of mind we have is priceless. Every member of staff has been fantastic, and it's clear they truly care and are passionate about looking after children with care.

The best nursery in Newham with the most amazing staff. My son had his last day today after 2 years at this nursery and we are gutted to leave (due to moving). The teachers are friendly and responsible- we never felt unsure about leaving our son here. Thanks to this nursery he has thrived into a clever confident boy.

Both my children have been going there for almost 2 years. And I am truly thankful to God that He gave them such a good nursery, with wonderful, caring, and loving staff. I had a very bad experience with the old nursery, and I was really worried about the new nursery. But I cannot express how happy and overwhelmed I am with the nursery staff. They are not only good teachers but also good people. Since I am a struggling single mother and cannot afford the full fees, they even help me pay half the fees. My only concern is my children's confidence; they are very shy and I want them to be able to talk to everyone with confidence. Overall, I am happy that my children found this nursery.

Its been our third week in the nursery and my daughter settled straight away.She loves nursery pretty much and doesnt event want to go home.Since she is a total picky eater I really hope that when she attends nursery for a longer period of time she will breakthrough and will try some of the foods which nursery offers.

Such a catering and fun nursery for my daughter since she's gone here her interaction with other people have gone so good she is now able to communicate with full sentences and the staff are so nice and caring towards every kid in there care

My son started here when he had not long turned 3, wasn't talking said the odd word & struggled to communicate with anyone outside the family home. Fast forward 6 months and he's speech has come on amazingly, he is super confident and absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are incredible and do everything in their power to protect, care and give the best to the children. I am beyond grateful for the senco at the nursery Katie who puts her all into ensuring my son has more good days than bad and helps keep him regulated on his rough days, the nursery have loads of resources to help with this along with the calming and caring environment they have created for the children. I highly recommend this nursery and speak so highly of the staff here.

At 1st look you might think its outdated but the staff has heart of gold

Alphabet House is a lovely nursery. I feel very confident in leaving my child in their care. The ladies have been great in helping my little one settle in. I would definitely recommend Alphabet House to others, looking for a nursery that are accommodating.

We felt the settling in really welcomed by both the team and the children! and we knew straight away that would be the perfect place for our baby girl. After 2 months she felt at home and so happy, she doesn't want to come home at the end of the day. She has lots of fun with other children in the group and is building relationships and bonds with each other! Would strongly recommend! You'll not regret it.

All staff are friendly and kind. They have been treating my daughter with so much care, especially one teacher. I have seen some improvements since she joined the school. My daughter has now settled well.
