Bright Horizons Eltham Green Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has had the most outstanding experience at this nursery. I know the education system doesn't work in this way, but the staff deserve termly bonuses for the amount of work they put into nurturing the children and fostering strong relationships with families. If you want a nursery where your child will feel safe and happy, a place where they will excel and feel like they are part of a family, then this is a good choice for you. Our daughter began in September 2019, at 17 months old and at 3 years old is now coming to the end of her time here. Her language development has always been good, noticeable from a very young age. She has been able to communicate with other children and staff very comfortably and has always looked forward to nursery, naming all her favourite teachers! They feed your children very well and take the time to help with transitions such as dropping nap time, toilet training etc. Because of their hard work and genuine care, I have peace of mind and can do my job. Thank you!

Wonderful staff, very professional, friendly and caring. My little one loves coming to nursery and I feel confident that he is in very capable hands. Cannot recommend it enough!

They are very conscious of my son's food allergy and we have complete trust in them leaving our son with them in the knowledge he is well cared for and kept busy.

Our son absolutely loves nursery. He is constantly learning new skills and comes back home singing new songs. They also do an activity with tapping sticks that he recreates with us at home (our son is teaching us). Our son is being looked after very well and they really care about his well being. I could not recommend this nursery more!

Absolutely everything about the nursery is wonderful: The staff and children have wonderful relationships and I trust the staff implicitly. The nursery has been a home from home for both of my children. I couldn't ask for anything more.

All of the staff are friendly and one big family that supports each other. My daughter is learning and developing so much and in the best hands when not in mine.

Really happy with the creche and staff. I felt really listened to during our sons settling in period. The staff take care to ring/update us. The creche has also set up a great secure system to deal with the pandemic. Our son has a good relationship with staff and has therefore settled really well. For an anxious parent, this creche and its staff is excellent and really helped put me at ease.

After meticulously researching and interviewing with various nurseries, when we came across Bright Horizons Eltham Green, we knew we found 'the one'! Our son has a medical condition, so choosing the right nursery was particularly important. From our very first contact with Bright Horizons Eltham Green, staff were welcoming and ready to accommodate the extra needs that our son requires. So far, 2 months in, we could not be more pleased with the care and stimulation provided to our son. He has settled in very quickly and we can already see a big change in his development! We would highly recommend this nursery.

My youngest is now at this nursery full time and my eldest attended from 9 months until school. I can't recommend it strongly enough: the staff, facilities and care are utterly fantastic. The staff turnover is very low meaning that the children have consistency. The children thrive there from a young age and we couldn't be more pleased with the development seen in both of our children.

Both my sons attend Eltham Green and I couldn’t be happier with the experience we have had. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, my boys are settled and enjoy going in of a morning and are full of energy when I pick them up. They get to spend lots of time outside as well as lots of arts and crafts and reading.

We've just settled into the nursery which has been a very positive experience. The staff offered extra settling sessions so baby and I had longer to get used to the arrangements. Staff listened to baby's requirements including dietary and nappies. Staff are very friendly and caring. Generally, children here seem content and happy. The food goes down a treat! We're very happy with our choice of nursery.

Nursery has had a very positive impact on our son. He has become much more sociable, loving and confident. He is always learning and is well cared for. The staff are very well trained and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone who was looking for a place for their child. He is a changed child. Nursery is his second home.

The nursery team are fantastic, all the staff got to know our son and supported him to settle in alongside his key person. Our son is really happy there and waves goodbye to us in the mornings. The chef makes delicious food, our son eats a wider variety of food at nursery than he does for us at home! The management team are also really supportive and approachable and made the settling in process easier. We wouldn’t send him anywhere else.

I am so happy with my decision of putting him into the nursery.
