We've been really happy with our experience at Green Day Nursery so far.
From day one, the team has made a genuine effort to make our child feel welcome. They've been very understanding and accommodating of his more complex care needs, and have done a wonderful job helping him settle in with the group.
The
staff are always polite, kind, and caring. It's such a comfort to see my child happily leaving the house for nursery each day, and it gives me great peace of mind knowing he's being so well looked after.
We also really appreciate the regular updates on the app about his daily routine and pictures from the day. It helps us coordinate feeding and sleeping at home, and it's lovely to see how he's developing in those important areas.
The management team also puts a lot of effort into organising fun events and activities for both the babies and parents, which really shows how much they care about building a supportive community.
Overall, I'm very happy with our choice of nursery

Professional and very caring staff who always provide excellent care for the children. My daughter has been attending this nursery for a year now and she is always happy and excited to go every day. I can also see her progress and development day by day.

My daughter (13 months) started her nursery settles in February. I have found the nursery to be excellent so far and staff to be friendly and helpful.
Compared to other nurseries in the area they offered 8-9 settle sessions which I feel really helped make the transition easier.
They have fantastic
access to outside space, directly accessible from each room which again I didn't
easily find in other nurseries. My daughter really loves playing outside and they get to do a wide range of play including sensory play.
The nursery have really robust allergy protocols and a good menu.
The app is really useful to see real time updates about my daughter's day for sleep, food and nappies. We really love seeing photos when they are uploaded to the app (consent was requested).
The key worker system is lovely.
Highly recommend this nursery. Attend an open day to see the range of play and learning that is offered in a child-led setting.

We have had such a fantastic experience with the Nursery with both of our little ones. The staff are caring and welcoming which meant our children settled in so well in the Nursery. The progress the children make is amazing, especially in the baby rooms.

Overall good nursery, really lovely stuff. However, number of children are exponentially growing in the nursery and it's noticeably more busy than 18 months when we first started. There's good focus on a variety of activities but due to number of children per staff in the older groups, I wonder how
much focus is on individual child's development needs there.

My child has been going to this nursery for just over 3 years and I have nothing but positive feedback for the staff
Management: The managers are the best managers that have worked at the nursery handling any problems or issues quickly and effectively.
Staff/ Nursery Leads: The development and growth
each year with my child was due to the work and care the staff put in.
The safeguarding is excellent and they will always call you if your child has an accident.
All the staff are amazing but I especially want to give a shout out to 7 staff members in particular due to their consistent care and support has always put my mind at ease when my child has been in their care.
The chef is an amazing chef and the food is lovely (especially his cous cous and beetroot brownie. Had this at the parent evenings)
App: The app allows you to track your child's activity through the day, which includes what they eat, and their bowel movements.
I would highly recommend this branch.

Our child goes to the nursery, he started at 9.5 months and when we drop him off he's happy, feels at home and often doesn't even look back when I say bye!
The carers are very warm and nurturing and he's had good consistency with the same carers since he started which is very comforting to us and
to him.

We love this nursery, we had our daughter there since she was a year and 2 months. Staff are very attentive and genuinely interested in the well-being of the kids. Kitchen on site and good accommodation of food allergies, which is really important. Good app updates so we can see the updates throughout
the day and pictures too. Some parties sometimes, which is nice for kids. Such lovely, big garden space. Different activities, football coach visits in the summer, which was fun. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Very happy to have found Bright Horizons at Eltham Green. Having searched and visited many nurseries for my now 2-year-old I can only sing the praises of the baby room and nursery staff. My second child will be starting there in July and I already know he will love the team.
Highlights, a multitude
of spaces indoor and outdoor. Fresh on-premises cooked meals including snacks. Great app that keeps me and the nursery updated very easily. Observations, eating habits, sleep etc.

My son looks forward to nursery every day, which is a credit to the staff. I, along with family members can see how much he's developed since attending. I can see how much he has a great relationship with all carers and he knows them all by name, so going up in class will be a smooth transition. The
outdoor space is also a lot bigger than other nurseries I viewed which is a plus.

We transferred our son to Eltham Green Day Nursery and Pre-School after we moved and the commute to his old nursery was proving too difficult.
We are truly impressed by the care he received in the last year. His primary carers are exceptional, always working hard to keep him stimulated, and giving
us daily updates on his progress. Our son had some difficulties with his speech and language when he first started and the staff volunteered to do the exercises we were working with the speech and language therapist with him. I am convinced that their efforts contributed massively to his speech development. Within a few months of being at that nursery, he was able to communicate more clearly. The nursery is very well run and the staff are always organising activities for the children and they make active efforts to prepare the children for the reception. Our son is always happy to go to nursery and always looks like he has had a great day.
I would highly recommend it as a nursery and pre-school.

From the moment we enrolled our child more than 3 years ago, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. We have been attending Eltham Green for 3 months, after having an older sibling at the same setting 4 years ago. We specifically chose this nursery because of the positive experience the first time around and are very pleased with it.
Nursery staff are well trained and caring. Many of them have been
working there for years. The rooms are big, clean and well set up, without awkward sleeping corners or spaces that you sometimes see in other nurseries. There are 2 large gardens with small babies having their own dedicated outside space.
The routines are good with a variety of fun activities, the chef is amazing, and our child can be a fussy eater at home but has no problems with food at the nursery.
Our oldest has been to 4 different nurseries and Eltham Green was the best experience of them all.

I highly recommend this nursery! My son absolutely loves it here, the staff are amazing and so reassuring. They have an on site chef who cooks two hot meals for my son and he loves it, he eats things that he wouldn’t eat if I cooked it. The management are also very lovely and accommodating when you
need advice or if you need to talk about finances etc.
