Puddle-Ducks Nursery supports vibrant play and learning during your child's early years, within a safe and secure setting where they can feel inspired and creative.

Puddle-Ducks Nursery is a day nursery which is registered with OFSTED to care for children aged from 3 months to 5 years. They are open all through the year from Monday to Friday each week from 7.30 am to 6.30pm. The nursery has employed an experienced and friendly staff team that share a commitment and passion about childcare.

Located in a refurbished Victorian Villa with a large all weather play garden. The beautiful grounds and building are moments away from the river and the shopping centre, with excellent public transport links.

My son has been at Puddleducks for well over a year now, since he was 10 months old.


Puddleducks has provided him with a wonderful environment in which to grow and explore, with cuddles from the excellent carers never far away. Although they are not frightened of disciplining the children when needed,

this is always done gently and using explanations so that the child feels included as opposed to reprimanded.


The facilities are excellent, and they use the outside space as much as they can which is a great outlet for boisterous toddlers. All in all, Puddleducks had been a brilliant second chapter of our son's life so far. He is a happy, confident little boy with constantly improving manners and we know that the nursery has played a significant role in this.

Puddle Ducks nursery was a terrific start to our son’s academic and social pursuits outside his home. Everyday he was welcomed with so much warmth and joy that it became easy for my wife and I to focus on our respective jobs. The long opening hours ensure that there is a good buffer before the nursery
closes, in case one is running late. The staff lead by their manager, are very attentive and loving. We observed that the nursery premises were clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!
