Best thing about this nursery is the size of classrooms and garden, which are massive, compared to other nurseries in London. My son had a lovely time here and always happy to go to the nursery every day. I loved that the child is free to choose what they want to play, indoor or outdoor, and the teachers kindly let him explore his interests, such as playing with water, playing on the slide, etc. They always report via email immediately if any incident happened. The staff are very helpful and responses were always immediate.

The nursery is well equiped with very nice staffs members and excellent mentoring. My son was always happy to meet his mentors. The staff members were always cooperative. The monters were always follow the activities of my son.

We made the right decision for selecting this nursery for our little girl as it is the best nursery in West London. Our daughter could not speak and interact well with other children but now she is a different person and developed so much. This would not have happened without the team in Randolph Beresford. My son recently started this nursery and what can I say from the get-go they made me feel comfortable leaving him in their care. I had a one-on-one where they asked all about him and all his needs, and they explained about all the activities the kids participate in at the nursery. Their staff are warm and my son warmed to them within 2 days of his settling-in period which made me so happy I would definitely recommend them.

My son has been attending this nursery for two years. We love it and are very happy to plan to bring our little daughter as well. The staff members are amazing and very personable. I always leave my son happy, knowing that he will have an amazing time. The nursery has a huge garden and a great support network. They also offer forest school, which has been amazing for us. Would recommend it to anyone.

A concerned parent of 2 children. Please, please do not take your children to Randolph nursery. The staff are rude, the managers are abusive, my 4-year-old came home with a bruise on his face and the nursery tried to silence me when I tried to raise my concerns with them. The receptionists and the senior staff make fun of what the parent is wearing, they giggle behind the parents' back, unprofessional and they use power and control. Please do not take your children there.

Since joining Randolph Beresford Nursery my son has developed in so many ways. He is more confident and balanced and looks forward to going to nursery every day.
