Pitta Patta Day Nursery

My son was at Pitta Patta from the age of 1 until we moved out of London when he was 2.5 and he had the most wonderful experience. The staff are warm, caring and endlessly patient and organise so many interesting activities, as well as allowing plenty of time for the children to explore their own interests and play freely in the garden with their friends. We really appreciated the friendly, calm environment and the emphasis on time spent outside. My son loved playing in the garden and stroking the rabbits. It has been amazing to see him learn and develop and form such close bonds with his key workers and the other staff and children. While communication could sometimes have been improved, we always felt that the nursery listened to parents' concerns and worked to make improvements. We would really recommend Pitta Patta!

We've only had our daughter at the nursery for about a month now and she's settled so fast. The staff are amazing, very attentive and have already formed such good bonds with our daughter. The space is brilliant and the children get lots of outdoor time in the garden where the nursery has chickens and rabbits

Pitta Patta has been a wonderful start to our daughter's nursery journey. From the first day, the staff have been kind, warm, and attentive, helping her settle in with confidence. The range of games and activities is brilliant, there's always something new and engaging, and you can really see the care behind each session.

A special mention to Fatima, Shelli-ann, and Lisa, who have all been wonderful with our daughter. They're warm and welcoming, and it's clear they genuinely care about each child's happiness and progress. Our daughter always lights up whenever she sees them.

What stands out most is the attention to detail and genuine focus on wellbeing, nothing feels rushed or generic, every child is treated as an individual. Communication from staff has also been excellent; we always feel informed about how her day has gone.

We couldn't be happier with our choice, and would highly recommend Pitta Patta to any parent looking for a nursery that truly puts children first.

Couldn't be happier with the nursery. Send both of my children there and they absolutely love it. Staff are attentive to their every need and they both come home with a big smile on their face everyday. Could not recommend highly enough!

We have signed up with our youngest to attend next year.

The staff are all excellent with all of the children - very caring, present, and looking out for the best interests of the children. Our daughter is very happy with going to nursery, always seems to have had a good day, and we can see her development progressing well due to the care provided.

I have been very happy with Pitta Patta so far. The staff are friendly and caring and my daughter loves them. They communicate well re what they have been getting up to during the day. They do a wide variety of activities including music and French lessons. My daughter seems very happy and settled there.

We couldn't be happier with the standard of care for our daughter who is thriving!

My child was seriously injured while playing in the large garden at the back of this nursery. A cable tie had been left lying around and was pulled around his neck. He wasn't being adequately supervised and they only just managed to cut it off in time (cutting his neck in the process - he still has a small scar). I received a call to say he had been found not breathing. We had to take him to hospital in an ambulance to check he had not severed arteries in his neck (lots of broken blood vessels and swelling), not to mention the psychological effect.

The owner never apologised to us. The police also investigated as they were considering a charge of criminal negligence. The police photographer took photos of our son with all the injuries to his face and neck.

Ofsted shut them down the next day with immediate effect as there was a serious risk of harm to children, lack of appropriate policies etc.. Ofsted have allowed them to reopen but I understand they will be monitoring them carefully.

Very friendly staff, each day you get a brief rundown of the day's activities, each day you receive an email of the day's events, lots of parent participation around holidays and during the summer all round great place my kids love it.

Staff and management team are amazing; they are very attentive and have the best interests of the children there. Communication with parents is great, and their child development strategy is outstanding. The facilities and environment are fantastic. My little one loves it there.

It has been a fantastic place for our daughter to grow and thrive. They say a child's first years are some of the most important for setting them up well in later life, and I couldn't ask for more than that from the team. She has flourished here and all staff have helped with this since she started at 12 months. She has been right through the nursery from the baby room to pre-school and each member staff, including her key workers, has taken the time to support her, and us, in her development with many face-to-face meetings, parents' evenings twice a year and ongoing daily updates on her progress. As a teacher myself, I expect staff to tailor their curriculum to the needs of those in their care and Pitta Patta does that by the bucket load. They are caring, and considerate and really put the children at the heart of what they do. I wish there was more room to write more but you'll just have to see for yourself.

Pitta Patta is what I had in mind when I thought what a nursery would be like for our little one. The organisation and efficiency of the team, being on top of every email and message is incredible, with a deputy manager who is always there if you need her. We have felt heard, and our requests have always been taken into consideration. We know she is safe, cared for (her key person is the sweetest woman, and so are the rest of the team), and learning so many things in a beautiful space where she can just be her little self.

My child loves Pitta Patta. I have so much love for this nursery! The kind of care they give to my child is just outstanding. Each day she learns something new and her skill set and eating have improved so much by being here. My daughter has moved from Pandas up to Tigers, and all the staff know her name they are all so friendly. I feel at complete ease dropping her off. I would love to give 1 million stars for this nursery! The management are so lovely! The team who work there are just so kind to my daughter they even braid her hair!

They always bring pictures home and hang them up on the fridge. We have also received daily pictures on the app of our children getting involved in the activities, which I can say have always looked very creative. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for one.

My child loves Pitta Patta, has made lots of friends and is constantly developing and learning through play. The team are always so warm and friendly and has made the return to work easy knowing she is looked after by a great group of people that have her best interest at heart. Highly recommend.

Our daughter started at Pitta Patta when she was 11 months old. She has moved through three different rooms and has always been looked after with care and affection. The nursery feels like a family and our daughter has formed real bonds with several staff members which has been wonderful for us and for her. There has been staff turnover but also a constant core staff who work extremely hard and seem dedicated to the children. The outdoor space is great. We have also been impressed with the number of new initiatives implemented by the nursery, they seem keen to constantly improve and move forward. Overall we have been very happy with the nursery.

Pitta Pitta provides a wonderful nursery experience for our son. The staff are very kind and caring, and really make an effort to have lots of different activities to keep the children engaged.

Pitta Patta is excellent. We found it hard dropping off our child at first but they helped him settle in and he is so excited every day. Lots of extra activities, very friendly staff, and always doing fun things. They also have lots of pets which the kids love.
