The Park Nursery

Three of my children attend The Park Nursery. As we had such a positive experience with our firstborn, we decided to send our younger twins as well. The staff are always helpful, and we can see our kids bonding with them as well as the other children, learning valuable social and other skills over time.

Our two children couldn’t be happier at The Park Nursery. Every room is fantastic. The staff are caring, kind, fun and supportive. I’m always really impressed by the emphasis they place on learning at such a young age. They make it fun but give them a really varied and age-appropriate range of activities to aid development. The food is also brilliant. They encourage a varied diet which is healthy and tasty. Sharon and Kelly are lovely. Really approachable and accommodating.

Our daughter and son have been so happy throughout their time at Park Nursery. Every member of the team support and care for the children tremendously, making it easier to say goodbye in the mornings. Really lovely nursery with really lovely carers and leadership.

My child has attended The Park Nursery from 11 months old to 4 years old and has just left for school. Our experience of The Park has been exceptional. From the warm welcome into the baby room to the incredible handling of a very tricky final year during the pandemic, it has been a wonderful journey and we were all very sorry to say goodbye. The team are friendly, kind and patient. The facilities are great - we love the real grass garden and mud kitchen. We received regular feedback and reports on our child's activities and a very helpful weekly newsletter. Thank you so much Park Nursery! You are a fantastic team and we fully appreciate your hard work and the support you give to your families.

My daughter has just finished there ahead of starting school and has been attending the nursery since she was 9 months old. My son is still attending. Firstly the staff are extremely attentive and full of enthusiasm. There is very low staff turnover which is comforting and means that the kids have had the opportunity to grow strong bonds with all staff members, not just their specific key workers. Our children literally run to the door in the morning and are always welcomed by friendly, smiling faces. The nursery itself has great facilities and a lovely outdoor section with mud kitchen, play equipment and other age-appropriate toys which the kids love. Overall it is a very warm and welcoming place. As a family, we feel very lucky that we've been able to send our children to Park Nursery. I would highly recommend to all parents looking for a nursery provider.

My son has just had his last day at the Park as he is starting school this year. He has spent nearly 4 years there and I could not have asked for a better start for him. All the staff have been so supportive and caring right through his time there, paying such close attention to him as an individual and really helping to build his confidence. His time in the pre-school room has helped prepare him so well for this big transition to school and I know what a strong bond he made with his key worker in this room. I can highly recommend this nursery. My son and I will miss all the staff very much.

Our 20-month-old daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 10 months old. She loved it from her first day and is always really pleased to see staff in the morning. Staff are all very friendly, warm and welcoming and communicate well. As well as daily individual updates, there is a weekly email updating on activities in each room and photos are printed off and sent home along with pieces of art. The company send further weekly updates and there are free workshops on issues such as sleep and managing behaviour, which are really helpful. There is a lovely homely environment, with thoughtful displays and calm spaces, e.g a lavender wall in the baby room. The outside space is excellent with equipment, trees and plenty of space.

We feel so fortunate to have found The Park Nursery for our youngest child (who is currently 1 1/2 yrs old) - we know lots of families who've had children there and always speak highly of their experience. Their provision is really brilliant, space indoors and out is fantastic, and they have great activities for the children. The staff are exceptional, warm, thoughtful and thorough in their care. The food offer is really broad, healthy and provides opportunities to try new flavours - my child has an allergy which has been dealt with really well. In addition to all of this, each week we receive information about what they've been doing with the children and how we can extend that at home, and they offer brilliant free workshops for parents. Our daughter is still little but always really happy to go to nursery, and if we show her a picture of the baby room, she is visibly excited, which is lovely to see.

The garden area is second to none - the space and equipment are fantastic. I am frequently impressed with the variety of nutritious meals that they are offered and the thorough feedback, about the day they have had, upon pick up. My little comes home very happy (and suitably tired!) because of all the lovely activities and stimulation she receives each day. I couldn’t be happier with The Park Nursery and would definitely recommend it!

Our son attended the nursery from 11 months old until aged 4 years, progressing from the baby room through to the pre-school room in that time. My wife and I were very pleased with the nursery, from the early settling experiences through to his development into a confident young boy about to head off to school. We particularly liked the care and attentiveness of the staff, with our son having formed close bonds with all the workers and management in his time at Park Nursery. We also loved the community aspect including friendships with other parents, the desirable location and the wonderful outdoor space. It is only due to our personal circumstances that we have recently left Park Nursery, and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Hither Green or surrounding areas.

I was very happy with this nursery, they helped so much with the transition of my child starting, and I felt at ease going back to work and leaving my daughter with the staff. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. All staff from room to management are so professional.

We couldn't be happier with the standard of care and support he's received from The Park team – he has formed close bonds with staff and other children and loves his time at nursery. The facilities are excellent – especially the garden where the children spend much of their time in warmer months and they enjoy a wide range of activities including cooking, gardening and trips out. His key workers have been great at identifying and working one-on-one with him on areas of personal development as well as involving him in group activities. He's a happy, sociable child, and I'm sure that's in no small part due to his time at Park Nursery.

Our daughter attended The Park from 8 months to almost 4 years and we have loved them being part of her journey. All the staff at The Park are amazing, they show endless love, passion and care for the children. There is a real sense of community, the nursery is a very special place and we are sad to be leaving them now. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Both our children go to Park and they love it. My oldest is about to leave to start school and we cannot express how thankful we are to the manager and the team for the level of care and support they have given over the last 3 and a half years. They have been wonderful at settling our baby into the baby room and we have utter confidence in the manager and the team. The garden is an amazing resource for a London nursery and the children spend a large amount of time learning and playing outdoors.

It’s the people that make the nursery, but the big garden comes second! It is fabulous.

Both of my children have attended The Park Nursery from the Baby Room all the way through to the Pre-School Room. It has been such a kind and nurturing setting. The staff are excellent with the children and the vast majority of the staff have worked there for many years, so staff turnover is very low, unlike other nurseries. The children are able to make close bonds with their key workers and other staff in the room, and we have always felt sad saying goodbye to staff as our children have moved rooms. Our youngest child has just moved into the Pre School room which he is enjoying, especially the large outdoor space that he can play in for a lot of the day. For any new parents looking for a nursery for their little one, we couldn’t recommend The Park Nursery more.

The staff are so caring and thoughtful, always attentive and take into consideration the individual needs of my children.

My two children have been at Park Nursery since they were 9 months old and I have never had a day when I have worried about leaving them in their care. The kindness and support that they give to both the children and parents alike has exceeded any expectations, especially during tricky times such as the birth of a sibling and the coronavirus. The garden is awesome and the children are lucky enough to get to spend lots of time outside. My eldest has since moved on to school and I truly believe that she settled so well into school due to the preparation that Park had given her. My youngest is now in her last year at Park and I will truly miss dropping my child there every day.

Both my children have loved going to Park. The staff are excellent - they genuinely care about the children and create a loving, safe, kind, supportive and creative atmosphere that my family feel is truly unique. We have learnt so much from their approach to nurturing - not only do they care wonderfully during the day they also support us as parents on our own journeys through potty training, learning to read and so on. The nursery itself has a wonderful garden with real soil, grass, trees and access to nature for the children to run around and play. That said, they are also always well protected with sunscreen, hats and shade in summer and warm coats and wellies in winter. Inside the nursery there is a homely learning environment with plenty of imaginative play involving bricks, construction, sand, water, painting, role play and so on. The food, particularly the vegetarian food, has always been excellent and my kids have enjoyed trying out new menus. A truly special nursery.
