We also note four management changes in two years, no permanent manager currently in post, and increasing reliance on bank staff. The on-the-ground team continue to do a wonderful job despite this instability, but communication from head office has been nonexistant.

Although there hasn't been a manager for quite a while, the senior staff have been doing a great job on keeping the nursery going. My child is always happy to go in, and I can't se that she is being well looked after.

Our little one loves going to nursury and has really thrived here with the friendly staff and facilities, particularly love the garden. There's also a nice community of parents around the nursery that is supported through breakfasts etc.

Cannot rate The Park Nursery highly enough. We have had both children go there since 2019 and it has been the most caring and enjoyable time. The staff in each room learn and understand each child's needs and create a warm and comfortable environment. We will be extremely sad when our daughter graduates but grateful for the time they spent there.

Our daughter went to The Park between the ages of one and four and it really is a wonderful nursery. The staff are so caring and lovely and we were completely relaxed about leaving our little one there. There's a lovely big garden and plenty of space inside. I would make sure you get in early on the waiting list though as it can be hard to get a space, such is the popularity locally.

Overall, I highly recommend this nursery!

We have had our two children attend The Park Nursery, our eldest for 3 years and youngest now for a year. It has been a wonderful, nurturing environment and we have seen how great an impact the nursery has had on their development. The staff are caring and thoughtful, they encourage each child to develop at their own pace and prepare them well for school. The outdoor area is the best we have seen and continually upgraded, the kids use it most days. We feel lucky to have been able to send our children to Park.

Fantastic outdoor space - best in the area. Caring and attentive staff. We get notified of illness and accidents and it seems like there are adequate procedures in place for these. Food/menus seem excellent. Varied and healthy with an on-site chef. Baby seems to like it. The only downside is that Wi-Fi in the baby room is not great so we don't get as many app updates as we would like.

I highly recommend The Park Nursery. I have two children who have both attended from 6 months old. It is a warm, caring and well-organised nursery. The staff are nurturing and my children have thrived here. They have well-structured activities, a good amount of outdoor play and value reading. I can't fault this nursery, it is excellent.

There is clear investment into the nursery, with new toys/equipment and recent painting to update both the interior paintwork and exterior doors and windows.

Our daughter has attended The Park Nursery since November 2023, and we have been thoroughly impressed so far. The staff are especially wonderful and attentive - my daughter has settled in so well, which is amazing. The facilities are excellent, and we can’t wait to see how she progresses up the year groups. Have recommended it to other friends with children as our experience has been so good.

My son has attended The Park Nursery since October 2018 and my daughter started in early 2021. I have been so impressed and grateful by the level of care, attention and nurture provided by the staff throughout both my children's time at the nursery. They are so happy there and obviously have formed attachments to the staff, who make them feel completely at ease and help support their learning in a nurturing and fun environment. The nursery workers are always upbeat and helpful and it is obvious that they work well together and really enjoy working with the children; they listen to them, are empathic, help develop their skills and seem to have a great time doing so. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff seem very stable compared with reports I've heard from other mums, so this has also been beneficial to the children. The garden is also a wonderful space, with actual trees and dirt - sadly becoming a bit of a rarity in nurseries these days. I highly recommend The Park Nursery.

Our son is so happy at the Park and is really thriving there, thanks to the care and attention he receives. All staff are absolutely brilliant, really caring, attentive, fun and loving. There is such a wonderful atmosphere here amongst all staff and children. Thank you!

My two children attended Park Nursery until they went to school (my son starts school this year so he is nearly finished at nursery) and have loved it! The nursery is wonderful and I highly recommend it. The staff are fantastic, so loving and caring. The outdoor space is excellent, the best I know of the nurseries in the area. There is a good variety of food and ever changing activities including bringing in external providers to deliver activities too. There is a newsletter every week and the management are really approachable - I've never had any issues with the nursery in six years. The nursery also runs the workplace nursery scheme which is a tax-saving benefit run through employers and the nursery and it's really easy to administer and saves you, the paying parents, a lot of money and the nursery gets extra funding too. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this nursery - it's wonderful.

We have had 1-2 children at The Park Nursery since Jan 2018 and we couldn’t be happier with the level of service provided. It’s a loving, caring, and joyful place for children to spend their early years. There is a high consistency of staff, with everyone being so endlessly patient and lovely that the care the children receive is consistently excellent. Our children’s personalities definitely have the spirit of The Park Nursery running through them - playfulness, empathy and learning. Our daughter left for school last September and often asks to go back and chat with the nursery workers. While other nurseries in the area have varied in quality and reputation over the last 5 years, The Park Nursery has held firm in doing great things every day. I’d strongly recommend sending your children here with no caveats - it’s great.

Our daughter absolutely loves her time at the Park Nursery. She is always smiling on her way there and has settled very quickly with the other children and her key workers. As parents, we can go to work without any worries, and we know that our daughter is having a great time. Having a regular routine with fixed meal times and nap times has really helped our daughter to get a much better rhythm and better sleep at night. The staff are lovely, very caring and professional. They take time to tell parents what the babies have been up to during the day, which is very much appreciated. We would absolutely recommend the Park Nursery to any parents!

Our little boy is soon to turn 3 and has been coming to The Park Nursery for almost 2 years now. He is delighted to go in every day and always comes out happy. He has formed some very close bonds both with other children and members of staff. We always get the impression that he is well looked after and cared for. There is always something new and interesting going on every week, and he's always bringing home new creations. The facilities are good and the kids have loads of space to play outside, which is nice during summer. All the staff are great, work hard and clearly care a lot for the kids. Special mention must be made of the fact that they all worked so hard to avoid the nursery closing during the pandemic, it really made a huge difference to us! We will very happily keep our son here until he starts school and will certainly miss it when he's gone.

Our daughter has attended Park Nursery since she was 10 months old, full-time, as soon as I went back to work. She's now in the preschool room about to head off to primary in September. I have always felt 100% comfortable leaving her in their capable and loving hands. Every member of staff we have had contact with (which is pretty much all of them in the three-plus years we've been a part of the gang) has been friendly, cheerful, knows our daughter's name, and gives out as many cuddles as she wants (a lot)! I recommend Park to every parent that asks. I could not be happier with the support, care, and education they have provided her during her time there, and we will be genuinely sad to move on in September. If you're lucky enough to get a spot in Park, I cannot say strongly enough that you should take it!
