Montessori on the Park is a private day care nursery providing high quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Situated in a stunning converted church on the St Marks Gate of Victoria Park and the end of Cadogan Terrace, the Nursery is perfectly positioned for both local residents and commuters into central London.

Alongside the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum, they follow the Montessori method of education, which was developed by Dr Maria Montessori, and is a child-centred educational approach. It is an approach that focuses on the development of the whole child, physical, social, emotional and cognitive.

The Montessori Method is an approach to learning which emphasizes active learning, independence, cooperation, and learning in harmony with each child’s unique pace of development. It is a holistic approach emphasizing all aspects of development, rather than on attaining specific pieces of information. The Pre-School children take part in daily Montessori sessions with a qualified Montessori teacher.

The Nursery’s approach goes above and beyond the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to foster deep level learning and optimise potential.

They offer a range of unique educational experiences which enable children to become successful, lifelong learners including, Wake up and shake up, a range of bespoke activities which promote your child’s well-being and confidence, and Garden Champions.

They also offer unique educational experiences which enable children reach their full potential including yoga, Spanish, drama, cookery and gardening as well as trips out into the community.

The dedicated staff team support children to fulfil their potential through a range of engaging experiences and learning opportunities, which are tailored to each child’s own developmental needs and interests, ensuring they are fully prepared for their next steps in education.

My son loves nursery and talks about his friends and teachers at home. My husband and I are always impressed with the quiet, calm atmosphere and the independence all the children exhibit. All the staff are friendly and smiley. The management is very approachable and helpful. We hope that our baby number
two will have space as well.

Our eldest son attended Montessori 5 years ago and we only left due to leaving the area. We had to remove our youngest from their old nursery due to safeguarding concerns. The staff at Montessori found us places urgently and have worked with us to ensure our youngest are safe, happy, healthy and meeting
(and exceeding) targets for their age. We adore the staff, they really go above and beyond to assist whether it be about the children or administration. The quality of care and teaching and activities offered are the best we have found.

My daughter goes to Toddler 2 and is very happy there. She is extremely attached to the staff members and also the other kids and talks about them at home. She much enjoys the activities and diversity and how staff respond to the specific needs of every child as well as the group. We much appreciate

Montessori On The Park is a wonderful nursey. You feel that the staff really care and make it the best possible place it can be for babies and young children. Unlike some other nurseries, it is a very calm environment and all the rooms are peaceful and uncluttered. My daughter has loads of fun at Montessori
On The Park and learns a lot, including how to do tasks independently. We love Montessori On The Park.

My child is 2 and loving the nursery. He would look forward to coming in every day and loves the practitioners.
He is learning new words, songs and becoming more independent with the guidance of the practitioners.
As parents, we are very glad to find such a lovely and caring nursery where children
can learn and play in a safe environment.
The practitioners give feedback on his day, updating on what he enjoys eating and playing everyday.

Our son is very happy at Montessori On The Park. The preschool environment provides an excellent balance of challenge and support - with a wide range of activities, independent, small group and larger group workings. There is a real sense of teamwork between parents and staff that works really well.

I wouldn't be able to do it without Montessori On The Park! Both of my children were in this nursery from the age of 10 months. When I leave them at nursery they run into the class without looking back. The nursery supported all our routines and have had an incredible effect on their developing both

My son is so happy at Montessori On The Park that he runs in to see his keyworker in the morning and he talks about his teacher and activities to us at home all the time and shows us his Yoga! I feel so lucky to have a place at this nursery. It is a warm, friendly, caring family environment where parents
views are listened to and everyone is valued. There is always a sense of calm and order and happiness in the classrooms and people remark to me when I take my kids to the children's centre/play dates etc that they can tell my children go to a good nursery from the way they play with their toys.

Montessori On The Park is a wonderful nurturing environment. The teachers are incredible and have all put a huge amount of energy into my child's development.
She loves her teachers. It is clear that all the staff: teacher, office, kitchen etc all care and that is so important. Thank you for helping

It is a pleasure to drop my child off at Montessori every morning, however, he never wants to leave in the evening. He loves a morning cuddle with his key worker and off he goes to breakfast.
Best of all, as parents, we are so happy that he is happy and content. We love the staff and facilities and
