Magic Roundabout Nursery Docklands

Our son attended MRN Docklands from the age of 2, shortly after we moved back to London from Australia. After visiting several nurseries in the area, we truly feel we made the best decision in choosing MRN Docklands.

The staff are wonderful - caring, professional, and genuinely committed to helping children grow. They encouraged our son's independence and supported him as he learned new skills. He started in the Toddler room, where the team helped him through a difficult settling-in period in a new environment. Their patience and support made all the difference.

When he transitioned to the Pre-school room at age 3, he continued to thrive. The balance of structured activities and free play was excellent - giving him opportunities to be challenged in his learning while still having space to explore and play creatively. He gained essential skills that have prepared him for school, and we couldn't be happier with his progress.

My son attended Magic Roundabout (Docklands) from 5 to 22 months old, and the only reason he left was due to us moving countries. Our experience with this nursery was beyond great. Despite initial apprehension around leaving our then 5-6 month-old, we quickly realised Magic Roundabout was the right place for our son. Staff was nothing but accommodating - they made sure he was always happy and comfortable, adjusted to his sleep needs (even carrying him around so he would actually sleep) and celebrated his energy and personality daily. Our son thrived during his time at Magic Roundabout Nursery, loved everyone and it was much harder to do pick-ups than drop-offs as he never wanted to leave the place. Magic Roundabout Nursery's staff was also always open to our comments and supportive of parents in general always seeking to understand if there were any parenthood struggles going on and how to coordinate efforts. Thank you for such a wonderful time. We definitely recommend Magic Roundabout Nursery to all parents!

We've been very happy with Magic Roundabout Nursery Docklands. Our eldest went all the way through from baby room to preschool and our youngest is currently in pre-toddlers. The staff are all professional, friendly, and approachable and keep us well informed about how our children are doing. We feel confident that our children are being well looked after. I would definitely recommend Magic Roundabout Nursery to other parents.

Our daughter has been at Magic Roundabout Nursery since she was 13 months old. Now in pre-school, she has been shown great love and care at every stage of her time in the nursery by a staff team who genuinely care and bend over backwards to give the children brilliant individual journeys during their time there. We would really recommend Magic Roundabout Nursery, adore the ethos, and want to say a huge thank you to everyone, we are super grateful!

My son loves going and he is developing so much and learning from staff and friends! He has attended since he was in the baby room. I love to know that he loves the food prepared inside the nursery by super chefs and enjoys playing in the nursery playground and also external activities! I couldn't have chosen a better place for him than the Magic Roundabout Nursery.

My son joined Magic Roundabout in June 2022, when he was 1 year and 3 months old. When he joined the baby room, he had a hard time settling in as a Covid baby, who was only used to spending time with his parents and no one else. The staff at the nursery made his transition as smooth as possible, holding and cuddling him when he was upset and trying to help him get his sleep without his mommy (not an easy task!). His Key Person at the time, today the Assistant Manager (very well deserved), and she looked after him as if he were her own - we were very glad to have had her at the beginning of our journey. As he grew older he moved to different rooms and was always comforted by the amazing staff, now he is at pre-school with the lovely lady and adores her! The nursery chef has also played a very important role in his time at the nursery, always very attentive and caring! Huge thank you to all the staff for everything you have done for our family!

I would not send my daughter anywhere else but to Magic Roundabout. I could not ask for more caring staff for my daughter. She loves coming into the baby room, and I can see how much she has come on developmentally. It is such a loving and caring environment, and my daughter absolutely adores it!

We're very happy with Magic Roundabout, Docklands. My little one loves going here and has been attending for the past two years. The best thing about the nursery is the staff. They are all truly wonderful. They go above and beyond and really care about the children. They treat the children like they are their own. In particular, my child's designated key workers, they ensured all his needs were continually met and formed good relationships with my child and us as parents. My child is thriving here and I am happy with how his development has been supported and progressed throughout his time at the nursery. Also, the management and staff are approachable and receptive to anything you may want to discuss with them concerning your child. Thanks Magic Roundabout!

We are so happy with Magic Roundabout Nursery Docklands. The staff are so kind and caring towards all children and the nursery is designed in such a considered way to give children the best experience. Both my children have attended the nursery and have had wonderful experiences. I feel my child is completely safe when I leave them there and that is the most important thing.

The best thing about this nursery is the staff, my child has been with Magic Roundabout Nursery Docklands for a year and the staff are very caring and attentive, whether they are her key workers or not, they are always able to tell me how my child is whenever I call them. Both my partner and I feel our child is in safe hands when with them. Lots of activities for festivities - great party at Xmas and staff make an effort for other dates such as Chinese New year or Diwali. Outdoor space is small but they do ask the building management to use the bigger outdoor spaces next door when it's available, and often take the kids out to neighbouring parks, they even visited a passing warship once! Photos and daily updates are very regularly notified on the App they use. Overall excellent communication from the management team.

We felt at home with Magic Roundabout Docklands. The teachers are very attentive and friendly, and always make time to talk to parents with their all sorts of queries. A bonus is the food there tastes great!

My daughter has gone to Magic Roundabout Nursery Dockland for two years. She started when she was one year old in the baby room then moved to the toddler room and then the preschooler's room. The whole staff are amazing from all the rooms. I will always recommend this nursery.

We've been really happy with Magic Roundabout Docklands. We moved from another nursery and feel this is much more organised. The staff are well trained and there's a well-established system within the nursery. The key person made every effort to ensure our son settled well and the staff know all the children despite the different rooms. They design various stimulating activities and encourage the children to get involved. Communications are timely with real-time updates in the app which is really useful. The nursery manager and all the staff are very experienced and patient. The chef makes fresh food every day and our son eats and sleeps well since day one. Cleaning process is in place daily. They also have a garden and outdoor activities which is hard to find in our nurseries in Canary Wharf. I definitely recommend this nursery.

We are very happy that our son started his early education at Magic Roundabout. He started at thirteen months old in the baby room. Now twenty months in the pre-toddler room. He talks nonstop, and he has really good manners. The staff are also phenomenal. They are very invested in the children's education and well-being inside and outside the nursery. They are always very patient with them, and they respect their time of learning things. If you live in the area I would definitely recommend Magic Roundabout. You will not be disappointed.

I am very grateful to the staff for their attitude and the way they look after the children. Both my children attended the nursery, one of whom is already at school. I know how they work, and that's why I trusted them for my second child. The attitude towards the children is excellent, I have never had any problems. My child grew up there and learned to feed himself and all the daily routines. I must not forget to mention the warm and delicious food, which is offered and cooked on-site every day. I see my child happy there, and that is enough for me to be happy too. I thank them.

My daughter started attending Magic Roundabout Nursery Docklands in September 2021 when she was just shy of three years old. Since starting she has become much more social and has generally thrived. She has learned so much and loves attending. Her teachers are amazing and the activities they do always excite her. We are very happy.
