Micky Star Nursery & Pre-School

Micky Star has been a cornerstone of our family's life for years. Our son attended from 13 months old in 2023 until he graduated preschool in 2025, and our daughter is now thriving there, having joined from the baby room in 2025 to the toddler room currently.

Their Montessori-inspired educational framework is fantastic. Children are gently guided to lead their own play and explore age-appropriate activities. They also make wonderful arts and crafts that have become lasting memories for our family. They have a fantastic big garden that allows lots of room to run and play every day, which is amazing for practicing gross motor skills safely. They also enjoy regular trips to local parks and libraries.

Without wider family support in the UK, Micky Star has been our absolute rock. The peace of mind they give us is priceless.

Both of my kids are genuinely happy at every pickup. They have formed beautiful bonds with their peers and the trusted, caring staff. Thank you Micky Star!

My daughter has been going to Micky Star for over a year. Overall I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend. Mainly because of the staff who are great. Also much better outdoor space than most other nurseries I visited. I love that they take the children on trips to the library or the park. They do different activities every day.

They are very proactive in providing feedback and updates on how she's progressing.

I also like the fact that they respect different culture and embrace British value. Everyday my son ends the day with a very happy face.

My daughter has been going to Micky Star for a year and has just started full time. I'm very happy with the nursery and would highly recommend. The teachers are wonderful and prepare great stimulating activities for the children. Also, the outdoor space is quite sizable for central London.

Excellent nursery. Large spaces, very nice outdoor garden. Lots of trips, lots of fun, very nice and caring staff in the baby and toddler room. Our daughter is enjoying her time there. The staff was supportive when she was struggling to settled in at the beginning.

Caring and dedicated staff, excellent meals and learning activities in the baby room. Teacher to baby ratio is great and they all know the babies so well as a result and are able to provide personalised attention. The faculties are also very well kept, always neat and cleaner and safe.

The only small improvement I'd suggest is making sure the food menu is followed more consistently. Other than that, it's a brilliant nursery, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring and engaging environment for their little ones!

We are so happy with the experience at Micky Star! We have had our son in their care since he was young. The staff are all wonderful, and they have such a positive way of engaging with the children. Our son really feels at home there and we know he is in great hands.

Excellent outside space and equipment both inside and outside for the toddlers. Workers are very caring and my children like going to nursery every day. Also very much appreciate the healthy and varied menu, which both kids enjoy.

A brilliant nursery. The staff in the baby room are incredibly kind - just the best - and helped our daughter settle in, reassuring us all and providing lots of feedback. They do so many great activities (music, craft, books, yoga!) and are outside twice every day which she loves. The baby room has lots of resources, plus a separate sleep room which is great. The big outside space is the best we saw of all the nurseries around. We get lots of updates on the app, a check in with her key worker each term, and lots of chance to come in and be part of what's going on through parties, concerts etc. Our daughter has learnt so much (her speech is coming on every day!) and is clearly really happy and brilliantly looked after. We would 100% recommend.

First of all, I am really happy with this nursery, my son has got a lot of knowledge and is happy. They support him very well and the staff are amazing on the manager, she is a very lovely lady. I recommend this nursery for everyone to put their child in. They are very safe for children, the staff look after the children very well.

Nursery is really good, and it has a great equipped garden and playground. Staff are great and children look happy. We are so pleased with the rapport our son has built with the many staff at Mickey. He came to the country, didn't speak English and was very shy; but with the connections he has built, he has grown in confidence and really been able to show his personality.

Our daughter has been going to Micky Star Nursery for a year and she loves it! She attends the baby room, where the play area is large and there is an independent sleep room and eating area (which isn't always the case in London) - and we love the big garden too! The staff is very kind and welcoming; the management is very passionate and dedicated. One down side is that I feel there has some turnaround in the staff lately (which could be a concern) but it doesn't seem to have affected our little one who is always very happy to go! In any case, we highly recommend this nursery.

I’m really happy with the nursery and my son seems to enjoy his time there. It has an amazing garden with lots of space for outdoor activities. The permanent staff is well-trained, caring and supportive.

The nursery has amazing facilities, with a garden that they make great use of. The children are well cared for and happy and definitely enjoy the food! There has been some staff turnover whilst we were there, which management was good at keeping us up to date and the new staff is always good. I would definitely recommend it!

Our daughter has attended from 12 months old and we are so grateful to the wonderful team who care for all the children as their own. The outdoor space in central London is fantastic and well-maintained and all the children have a connection with their teachers and look so happy. Our daughter is always happy to attend and is never hungry on collection. The updates via the parent portal is great too. We think there should be a little more community interaction as there is limited parent-to-parent communication.

Lovely nursery with beautiful outside garden where children spend a lot of time. Welcoming and accommodating staff. In-house cook catering to specific nutrition needs. The classrooms are big and equipped with many different activities and toys. The baby room also has a dedicated room for sleeping. Opening times are working parent-friendly. Our baby has thrived there and we heartily recommend it.

Excellent nursery for each category. Our baby loves to go there. The place is very nice and very big for a central nursery, food is good, staff is very good too. The communication through the application is very good for parents. Thanks.
