Little People of Fulham is an a-ma-zing nursery. Out of the one I visited in the neighbourhood 4 years ago for my first daughter it was the one where I felt the most love for the children. The team is great! Very engaging and nice with the kids. My 2 daughters are there now and I feel very good when
I leave them in the morning, knowing they will spend a great day doing lots of fun activities, eating good food and receiving lots of love and attention.
Reply from Jane Gleasure, Owner at Little People of FulhamThank you for your lovely comments. The staff team is amazing and truly dedicated individuals to their craft. Your comments on the menu are noted and we have just designed our autumn menu but they will be taken on board for the spring menu and any suggestions are always welcomed.

Exceptional nursery - they do so much with the children. They have extensive activities for the children and teach them so much at every age. In Montessori, prior to lockdown, they did lots of activities at the nursery (yoga, pilates, ballet) and also swimming, going to the local park and going to local
museums, etc. Since lockdown, they have maintained the activities at the nursery, which keep the children engaged. Management were also very supportive of parents, children and staff during lockdown. The staff are very well-trained and give very detailed feedback on how your child is developing. Every week you get a summary of what the children will be learning the following week and in Montesorri, the children learn literacy, maths, science and arts. My daughter was a bit shy when she joined and they developed a plan for her and within a few weeks, she blossomed into a very confident little girl. She loved the nursery and was very sad to leave. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough!
Reply from Jane Gleasure, Owner at Little People of FulhamThank you for your lovely comments. Covid -19 has indeed been a challenge and that has meant that some of our extra-curricular activities have had to be adapted, but we are looking to have most of them return over the Autumn term. We have a fun-filled range of activities in the nursery, that continue to stimulate the children in our care. I will ensure that they are all shared with the staff team.

I was anxious for my son to start nursery at 10 months, settling in was made easy with the staff help, he was super happy started with 3 days and we gradually got to a full week schedule. Thanks to the amazingly supportive and super welcoming staff, communication is very easy and transparent with them,
I knew how my son was spending his days even post COVID through the app! He loved it so much and we as parents loved it too it was his second home! The manager and 2 other staff members, in particular, are amazing! Unfortunately and with a sad heart, he will be leaving Little people due to moving houses and distance! I recommend it for every family! Don't think twice!
Reply from Jane Gleasure, Owner at Little People of FulhamThank you so much for your kind comments, I will ensure that the manger and all her team sees it. Everyone has worked extremely hard to ensure that the children have the best possible care in our nursery, and have adapted to all the changes that Covid-19 has brought with professionalism and kindness. We are all delighted to work with such lovely children.

This Nursery is the best Nursery for me, honestly all the staff feel like family, they are the best, I've never seen like them at all. Very kind, very helpful, they are fantastic. I wish all the best for all. They know how to teach the child, my daughter learns a lot from them. My daughter started with
them since she was 8 months and now she’s nearly 5. She’s happy and she loves them all because they are the best, plus friendly, kindly, they have a warm feeling with the child, you can see the children are happy when they go in the morning. Me and my wife had a good time with them. It was pleasure for us to meet this kind of people, we wish all the best for all.
Reply from Jane Gleasure, Owner at Little People of FulhamThank you so much for your lovely comments and kind words. We hope that the education and care that she has received at Little People, will ensure that she has a smooth transition into the reception class in her new big school.

My little one is at Little People of Fulham now. He started in the baby class and is in the toddler room now. They tick all the boxes for me in terms of mental and physical stimulation. The weekly lessons and themes are always communicated to the parents and they have freshly cooked meals prepared on-site.
The carers honestly love what they do and coming back to nursery after lockdown proved that. My son was so happy to return to nursery. The carers shower those kids with love and kindness and they provide a safe place for the kiddies to learn. They have handled the whole Covid-19 situation really well, considering they were put under massive strain. They made sure Keyworker parents and families were fed during lockdown. We get constant updates on the online portal and great feedback at the end of the day. They take the kids exploring in neighbouring parks (not sure if this is happening during COVID). It’s a very special school and a great little family to be part of. The management team are amazing!
Reply from Jane Gleasure, Owner at Little People of FulhamThank you for your kind words. The past few months have been extremely challenging but the staff have been focused and dedicated to ensuring that the children in our care continue to have the best possible love, and attention, and even with the current restrictions we have adapted our routines to ensure that the children continue to have stimulating and exciting days. I will ensure that I share your lovely comments with the staff team.

An amazing nursery with the most caring and loving staff. My 16 months old baby started in little people 4 months ago during the lockdown and I couldn't honestly have asked for a better family for her. She absolutely loves to go to the nursery where she is fulfilled with love and excitement. Outstanding
professionalism and the loving nature of the team always reassure me that she is extremely well cared for. The child wellbeing is always at the centre of their purpose, very attentive to my baby's needs when it comes to diet or other particular needs. I couldn't recommend this nursery more.

Little People Fulham are the best run, most friendly, most capable nursery provider I know of. Our child has been there for almost 3 years and has loved it since the first day. The team there have nurtured our child physically and mentally, and I am so pleased we chose them at the outset. So many nurseries
appear great but run into issues (often related to staff and child continuity but not exclusively) in a way that we have not. Furthermore, they were able to reopen safely in June following the lifting of restrictions and this was through the hard work and dedication of all the staff there. I couldn't recommend them higher.

We are very happy with Little People for our little one. He started there when he was only 6 months old and the staff made us feel good from the first moment when it's so hard to leave the baby in other hands. He settled in perfectly and has received love and stimulation since then. They did a great
job after the COVID outbreak making sure that the children would "re-settle" in well and putting the though in them and the staff. We received continued and clear information about the situation during lockdown and then the measures that were put in place for when they reopened to all the kids. They seemed genuinely excited to have him back and after a few days of re-adapting, he gets very excited when we go there. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Little People provides a very loving and caring home environment, it is infectious with cuddles and attention young children need. We have two children in attendance both starting at 6 months old, with our eldest now 3 years old. From the moment you walk in the wealth of expertise and attention to children’s
needs, is very evident. From settling in, to ensuring the child’s individual needs are met is very much at the forefront of the mind. Staff always provide clear communication on progress of milestones and helpful ways we can help at home. The ParentZone app the nursery provides for updates on their food and photos of the activities for the day. Our children absolutely love it and we could not recommend it enough.
During the covid lockdown, the nursery continued to be open providing the care we needed as key workers. The management approach to also ensuring their staff were cared for was above and beyond, and only further enforcing the loving spirit of the nursery.

Our Daughter has been attending Little People of Fulham for nearly 1 year, joining when she was a year old. We are so thrilled in all aspects of the nursery. She took some time to settle to nursery care as opposed to home care, but the care, dedication, perseverance and love the staff showed her have
paid off and she loves nursery. To see pictures of her doing such a huge range of indoor, outdoor and fun activities, learning more than we could teach her and making relationships is so important. The staff go above and beyond, even more so in the current COVID environment, to make the children happy, develop them and inform us as parents so we can engage after the nursery day.
The menu of homemade meals each week shows a huge variety with carefully sourced ingredients.
I truly believe the nursery goes above and beyond to care and nurture every child, and the results of such happy children speak for themselves.
Reply from Jane Gleasure, Owner at Little People of FulhamThank you so much for your lovely comments. It has been a tough few months but the children have kept us going, and all the lovely messages from parents have given us the boost we needed. I am pleased that you enjoy the information of her day on the app, and this gives a little snap shot of all the lovely activities we do in the nursery each and every day. Staff and children eat our lovely meals together, and this helps promote healthy eating habits for all the children. Thank you for all your support, over these past few months and we appreciate the time this review has taken to write. I will be delighted to share it with the staff

I would have no hesitation in recommending Little People. Our daughter, now 3, has been going since she was 8mths. Of particular credit to the nursery are the brilliant staff, many who have been with the business for over 10yrs providing stability for children and parents alike. They are full of fun,
energy and enthusiasm for the children, and really encourage them to get involved in so many activities. The role of the nursery in the current COVID Crisis was particularly commendable providing much-needed childcare and warm meals for keyworkers. In addition, it meant that they were well placed to provide a safe return for children, and my daughter has loved being back. While several things have understandably changed her enjoyment in attending has not diminished, and this is testament to the team always wanting to put the children first.
Reply from Jane Gleasure, Owner at Little People of FulhamThank you very much for your lovely review of our staff and service. We do take a huge amount of pride in the work we do each and every day and your comments are very much appreciated. We wanted to be open for the key worker parents during the Covid crisis, and the staff were amazing at how they all stepped up to the challenge, focused on the needs and the welfare of the children in our care, and then looked at how we could support the parents throughout this difficult time. Our focus now is to ensure that all the children have lovely summer days, full of fun and laughter and lots of outside play, and we believe that this has been achieved following all the guidance, and some of the new changes we have made in the adaption; we now intend to keep permanently as they are working so well. Thank you again; it's lovely to have all the children back.

I am a keyworker and during these challenging times, Little People have been invaluable to us. My son was able to attend nursery when many children his age could not. He settled in quickly given that most of his friends were not there for a few weeks - and the staff went above and beyond their usual
duties to ensure that the children were safe and happy during a very scary time. As if this were not enough, Little People also provided food to keyworkers at the end of the day - a godsend after a long day at work. Amazingly thoughtful and I cannot thank them enough for their care and consideration. My son is growing in leaps and bounds and he is reaching and exceeding his milestones. He jumps out of my arms and bounces into nursery because he cannot wait to see his teachers and friends. His happiness and sense of security at Little People is beautiful to see. Thank you to all of you for your dedication and your big hearts.
Reply from David Gleasure, Owner at Little People of FulhamThank you for so much for your kind words and lovely comments about the care and commitment of the staff. We are really happy that we chose Little People for our son, the staff are really friendly and caring and really involved with the children. Our son is quite shy and struggled to settle in initially but now he's excited to go and talks about the staff at home. They seem to get genuinely excited as well
when he reaches a new development milestone, showing that they really do care. They also were brilliant through the coronavirus outbreak, putting people first, communicating clearly and promptly and again demonstrating a caring attitude. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Our son has been attending Little People of Fulham for the last 2.5 years and our daughter also went to Little People (for 3.5 years). We couldn't be happier. Our children love all of the staff. And it is obvious why. In every age group, both our children loved their key workers as well as all the other
staff, who are very loving and caring. Last week, when our son started going back to nursery after the lockdown, he loved it instantly again. No tears, no drama, despite a 3-month break. He simply loves this place and keeps talking about the teachers and all the activities at home. Our daughter, who is very happy at "big school", even asked us recently if she can go back to nursery during the summer.
Reply from Jane Gleasure, Owner at Little People of FulhamWe loved having all the children back and can't wait to see more come back very soon. Through these difficult weeks, the children have kept us all grounded and we were able to join in all the fun too.

Our son started attending the nursery last June, having to move him from his last nursery. He has flourished here! All staff are extremely attentive and super engaged with all children focusing on each child's needs. Our son also suffers from multiple food allergies and the nursey has been able to cater
for him very professionally without excluding him from group activities. We would recommend the nursery without any hesitation.

We are very happy with the nursery. Our main objective is for our child to be attended by professional staff who have a long experience with children. The staff are very accessible as well as the management and that is one of the advantages of a local nursery. It is a difficult job to do and we are
very happy with the current staffing.
There are many opportunities and activities offered to the children and they really seem to love it. We never had one day where our child was crying after we left.
Also, we have not noticed any new nonsense gender-free methods that are introduced in some nurseries. We would immediately remove our child if that was to be introduced.

Deeply human and genuinely caring nursery staff.

I feel rest assured every day that my girl is taken good care of. While Little People of Fulham may seem a bit small, the teachers more than make up for it and the outdoor area is super nice.

I'm amazed by my 3-year-old daughter telling me about

all the bones in the human body, continents, seasons, numbers, showing me her ballet and yoga skills and talking to me in Spanish.

I'm very happy my little one goes to Little People Nursery.

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.927)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.927) out of 10 for Little People of Fulham is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 24 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 24 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.927 for Little People of Fulham is calculated as follows: ( (269 Excellents x 5) + (15 Goods x 4) + (3 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 287 Ratings = 4.927
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Little People of Fulham is based on 24 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 100 number of registered child places is 20, which has been reached with 24 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
