My son has been with Little People since he was 14 months and he is now nearly 3. The staff at Little People are incredible and have given my son the best loving care I could have hoped for. We, unfortunately, are relocating out of London, otherwise, we would stay with Little People until he reaches
school age. His time with Little People has helped make him into the awesome little person he is growing up to be. They helped me through a difficult settling in process, have encouraged him to flourish throughout his development and recently assisted with potty training. They are very collaborative about the children's care and keep parents as up-to-date as possible, especially with the new app. Would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone in the Hammersmith/Fulham area. Will very much miss it!

The staff are very friendly, helpful and I'm sure all the children past and present will never forget them. My daughter has a particularly good relationship with many of the staff members from across the board and always comes home with stories about all the fun stuff she got up to in the day. The girls
are very good role models for her and I absolutely love them and all too pieces. They not only care for the children but I can see their genuine interest in the children's well being is at their core. This makes me feel at ease dropping her off as I know she will be treated equally and fairly at all times. My daughter has a very specific diet and when requested, the staff were happy to facilitate her dietary needs which I found to be amazing as not every establishment would be so accommodating.

Both my Daughters aged 18 months and 3 1/2 have settled really well in the nursery thanks to the loving and caring staff. I always found everyone to be very friendly and welcoming. I know my daughters are well looked after and kept busy with lots of activities. My 3 year old particularly enjoys ballet,
forest school and soft play. She has really thrived here and learnt to count to 20 and recognises a few letters. Very happy with the nursery overall and would highly recommend it.

We have been so happy with the love and care that our son has had at Little People of Fulham. Starting him at one, we were nervous he was too young but soon our fears were allayed and he settled well. We have seen him grow in confidence and he has benefitted from spending time with other children his
age. The staff are dedicated and clearly also love our son as much as us!

I can't be happier. Both my kids are extremely well looked after. The staff are like a big, happy family and the amount of activities is amazing especially swimming and Forest school.

We found our child's experience at Little People Fulham very positive. He attended from age 1 to beginning school. He was very happy, loves the staff and for the majority of his time there had no issues about his safety or welfare. He made very good progress with his learning that prepared him well

I am very happy with the support the staff of the baby room have offered to our child.
They have shown a lot of understanding and willingness to take on our advice in helping our child in his transition to the toddler room.
We always found a listening and caring ear.
Our child is now growing in independence
by the day.
He never ceases to impress us with his English language skills and his growing vocabulary.
We are very satisfied with our choice to send our child to this nursery and I can't recommend it enough to all parents in the neighbourhood.

My youngest son has been at this nursery just over one year and clearly enjoys the time he spends here. I have no concerns whatsoever and would highly recommend Little People of Fulham as a well-led, well-structured and safe environment. The staff are all pleasant and provide informative updates on
your child's day development and behaviour. The fact that all 3 of my children have been looked after by Little People of Fulham over a 20 year period is evident of the high respect I have for the team.

This is an excellent nursery. Staff are warm and kind and my son is very happy here. Lots of extra curricular activities such as swimming, football, ballet and nature walks. Healthy food. All admin dealt with very efficiently. Highly recommend.

In August I was due to return to work. The nursery I found didn't work out, franticly looked around and found LPoF. Called up, appointment for the same pm. My children started two weeks later! The kindness, assurance, professionalism, of the staff was beyond my expectations. The amount of activities
offered are amazing, and the price paid competitive!


Both (age 17 months & 33 months) children love the nursery and have settled in well. My youngest is a fussy eater and been v poorly. The staff in the baby room have been great in looking after her and reassured me to leave her in their capable hands. My son was shy and was not talking a lot when he joined 6 months ago. Now he is so confident, babbling enthusiastic and well liked by his peers.


The other day I brought my children to the backup nursery in the office and couldn't help but compare staff and kindness. The staff of LPoF are extremely professional, kind and genuine in looking after our children like if they are their own.

Little People of Fulham has always given me peace of mind. Both my wife and I work 5 days a week so at work you don't want to have the stress of worrying about your child. The amazing staff in combination with the great facilities have made the nursery a great place for our child to learn and grow.
The weekly activities letter kept us informed of all the fun things they were doing and the way our child behaved showed us he was in good care. I would recommend Little People to any parent.

My 3 years old daughter has been going full time 5 days a week to Little People of Fulham since she was 6 months old. She has always loved it, never cried in the morning and usually doesn't want to leave. The staff are amazing, kind, gentle, trustworthy and they cuddle a lot!
The nursery facilities
are always improving, the new IT suite and the upstair space adds a lot of space.
I have recommended this nursery to friends and will continue to do so. My 2nd daughter will attend this nursery in September.

We just moved to Fulham at the time my daughter join the Nursery it is close to my house and the nursery environment is very nice, tidy and appealing. They have enough staff to care for children and the food is quite healthy. The only thing I don't like about the Nursery is the amount of cash you have
to pay as deposit to register you child, its quite much to be honest.

Our son has been at Little People of Fulham 5 days a week since he was 7 months old and we could not have wished for better care.
I remember the first time my husband and I visited the nursery we were immediately impressed - staff and children were all smiling & laughing, which is exactly what you
want for your child: a warm and happy place to go to!
The management of LPF is great too - they keep you up to date with newsletters, emails and text and there is always someone at the nursery when you need to speak about something. Emails get answered straight away and they take a very personal and flexible approach. Everything is monitored - your child's progress, what they've eaten, accident reports etc so you can be as involved or detached from what your child gets up to as you want.
But what makes this nursery special to me is definitely the people! There is a lot of love for the children. I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!

Alison

Alison Truss

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 1997

Having always wanted to work with children from a young age, Alison’s dream was to nanny and live in America which she did when she was 21. She has an NNEB diploma in nursery nursing and has worked in different nurseries throughout the years, finally coming to work at Little People in 1997.


Alison started as a nursery nurse and made her way up to be the manager at Little People Fulham in 2002. Alison is well travelled and passionate about different cultures and recognises children as unique individuals. She lives in Hampton and has a teenage son.


“I connect with children and feel a great sense of accomplishment in helping them achieve and enjoy their time at nursery. Working with children gives me so much joy and happiness and I love nothing more than getting messy with malleable activities.”
