Faith Nursery Forest Hill

I couldn’t recommend the nursery highly enough. The staff are truly wonderful. They have great relationships with the children and provide them with wonderful, enriching experiences on a daily basis. I feel happy knowing my child is safe in their care. The communication with parents is excellent and the management will always try to help if we need an extra day here and there.

So thankful for the amazing staff, my daughter loves them. The conditions are really great and the staff are really amazing and very helpful with everything. My daughter is very happy that she goes here and has become a more social child.

Our daughter has been going to Faith Montessori Nursery for a year now and absolutely loves it there. All the staff are so affectionate and joyful with the babies, they seem to have fun-filled days and it’s great seeing the activities the aunties prepare for them in the updates we get. Every member of the team has been a joy to interact with over the last year. We received a very thorough report on our child’s development at the end of last year and it just goes to show that as well as creating a fun and loving environment, they are observing individual development to make sure every child is thriving.

I have had both my children at Faith Montessori Nursery and totally recommend it. Feels like a big family, kids develop and learn through play and create great bonds with the staff. Lovely, big space and children always spend time outside in all weathers.

Our son started in January, and we were so amazed by the warm and friendly staff. Our son settled in so quickly, and after a few weeks, he was clapping his hands with excitement when we did the drop-off. The food is great, and the activities look brilliant too. They are very flexible and offer term time only, which I haven’t found amongst other nurseries. Admin has been really good too.

We've been incredibly happy with the support and encouragement that Faith has provided to our son. The aunties are wonderful, identifying the individual needs and strengths of our son, and giving him opportunities to develop further. He's building strong friendships, gaining independence and learning key life skills.

The nursery uses a password-protected system for parents to access to see pictures of their child doing activities. I find it really cute. For example, I logged in and saw a picture of my daughter making a Mother’s Day card for me. They also help you to understand more about what skills your children are capable of. What I love the most is that they prepare hot tasty meals for the children to enjoy and often take them to the garden area for exploring and playing. My daughter loves it here.

The food is balanced and nutritious as well as homemade.

Perhaps the place inside looks a bit chaotic, but our children feel loved, and the organisation regarding pick-ups, payments, comms, etc, is excellent.

My daughter has some hearing loss, and the staff have been very accommodating and supportive.

The environment is great, with great support and communication with parents.

My two daughters have both attended Faith Montessori four days a week since they were a year old (now 4 and 7). We’ve been really happy with the nursery, both children have been happy there, which matters most! They have clearly had good relationships with the ‘aunties’, who have remained the same for years. They clearly have great staff retention, which is a good sign and less disruptive for the little ones. If you want a nursery that has cameras in the rooms and loads of written feedback, this probably isn’t the nursery you. It has a homely feel, always smells of cooking, and the staff are warm and motherly. It’s also one of the most affordable in the area. We will be sad to say goodbye when our youngest starts school in September.

Our son started at Faith when he was nine months old and he’s now two and a half years old. We absolutely love all the aunties who work there, the family feel, the activities, the yearly parent evenings, the weekly observations, etc. Our son is always happy to go and talks very fondly of his key workers. We have moved 30 minutes away from there when he was just over one and have still chosen to keep him there. Highly recommend this loving nursery!

My son has attended Faith since he was 20 months old. He is now three years old and loves it there. The staff are all very caring. The food is freshly made every day with two hot meals included. It is also very flexible being able to accommodate extra days when I need to suit my work commitments.

Our daughter seems to love her time here, and her key workers are always very welcoming and kind. The events (Christmas party, photoshoots) are all well organised and offer a great view into life at the nursery.

Our little boy started in the baby room at Faith in October 2023. He is very happy there, and we have been so impressed by the lovely environment they create and the range of sensory activities on offer. The menu is balanced and nutritious, and whatever is cooking, always smells delicious when we arrive in the morning. Thank you to all the staff at Faith!

Nothing bad to say. The staff are friendly, attentive and great. The food options are good, and have been very supportive of the SEN progress of my daughter. Would defo recommend them to anyone. Happy I chose them for my child.

Whenever I pick my child he always has smiles on his face.

The team at Faith Montessori are just wonderful. Both of my children have attended. They're knowledgeable and caring. My daughter runs in every morning. I collect her with a smile on her face in the afternoon. I'm so glad that we chose this nursery.
