Offering a spacious and well equipped environment with a fantastic outdoor garden, Faith Montessori Nursery offers spaces for children aged from 6 months to 5 years old.

Faith is conveniently situated on Stanstead Road in Forest Hill and offers inclusive, imaginative and STEM activities for children with dedicated play rooms for the baby rooms (6months-2yrs), toddler rooms (2-3yrs) and preschool rooms (3-5yrs). The setting opens from 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year and is closed on bank holidays and over the Christmas period.

The nursery’s aim is that every child should have the opportunity to realise their own individual potential, by providing high quality childcare and additional support when required.

I am incredibly grateful for the care and dedication that Faith Montessori provides for my son. The nursery is a wonderful place where children are nurtured and supported to reach their potential.
The staff are truly exceptional- caring, professional, and attentive to each child's unique needs.
The
manager, in particular, has been outstanding. Her patience, kindness, and genuine passion for working with children are evident in everything she does. Her ability to connect with my son has made a world of difference, and I've seen him grow more confident and engaged under her guidance.
The nursery has also been excellent in maintaining open communication with parents. I always feel informed and reassured that my son is in the best hands.
I wholeheartedly recommend the nursery to any parent seeking a nurturing and professional place for their child. Thank you, especially to the manager, for making such a positive impact on my son's early years!

Fantastic nursery with wonderful aunties to help support our little ones and very in-depth activities to help their little brains develop. The staff at the nursery are very friendly and caring, and very in-depth reports are given at the end of term regarding your child's learning development (sectioned

Really good nursery, they're just down the road from us and have been looking after my 18-month-old since he turned 1. He always goes and comes home happy and smiling, and they have a great spread of activity for little ones his age. All the staff are lovely, and most importantly, give you nothing but
a sense of trust. He's also coming out with words at home that he's clearly learnt at nursery, so they're obviously doing a good job day in day out.

I have 2 kids attending Faith Montessori Nursery, one is 4 and the other one is 3 and is autistic. The help I got from the management and the aunties about my son was unbelievable. They supported me and my wife all the way through being there for us when it was needed.
My 4-year-old loves his aunties
at the nursery as his first language is not English the aunties were so supportive and patient with him.
I will highly recommend Faith Montessori to any of my family and friends you will never have any doubts about how your kids have been treated at the nursery as they will treat them like one of their own kids. I could not express my feelings to those lovely people who have been there for us.

My daughter attends this nursery three days a week and since she's going there is progressing a lot in her language development. The aunties are always lovely with the children. They used the app to show the activities the children had in school and I love it every time they update photos.

Faith was recommended to me by several parents and I’m glad that I chose to send my son. He enjoys coming to nursery every day and has learnt a lot during his six months there.
The “aunties” (as the nursery team are called) are very friendly and build a great relationship with the children. They lead

My child has been attending Faith London Nursery from April 2022 and throughout the time there, staff have been amazing in supporting their development. My child had a speech delay, however, after a few months their speech dramatically improved and no longer required a speech therapy referral. My child
really loves reading, drawing and always enjoys playing with her friends. Finally, staff at Faith London Montessori are amazing. Always there to help and providing loving care and support to all. Thank you all. I would recommend Faith London Montessori to all families.

My son has attended Faith Montessori Nursery for nearly three years, going through the baby, toddler and preschool rooms. My daughter started in the baby room last month. Both are part-time and the nursery has always accommodated occasional requests to put them in for extra days. The staff are kind
and caring and many of them have worked there for years. They upload photos and video highlights of activities at the end of each week. The food menu is healthy and varied. I am grateful to the team for identifying my son's special needs and applying for extra resources to support him. He sometimes drags his feet about going to nursery but once he gets there he has a great time, learns new things and bounces out happy at the end of the day. My daughter loved it from day one.

My little one has been attending Faith Montessori Nursery since she was 13 months old and it's now been a year. She's gone from baby to toddler room and has been absolutely loved and cared for throughout.
The women that work here are kind, genuine and have a real love for the children they take care
of. Every day, without fail, my little one is greeted with a smile at the front door and always has a massive smile on her face.
As a family of mixed heritage, it's very important for us to have our little one in a culturally diverse environment and Faith has a beautifully mixed environment with aunties from all different walks of life, which reflects in the gorgeous food they serve the children.
Our little one adores Faith and I'm sure the aunties feel the same way about her also.
I'm so glad we picked Faith compared to some other nurseries in the area. Parents, you won't be disappointed.

Our daughter loved going to Faith Montessori Nursery and we were very happy with the care she received from the baby room until pre-school. She developed close bonds to the staff and although we heavy-heartedly had to leave due to a house move, she still talks about the teachers and children. She has
learned so much at Faith and the preparation for school is outstanding (I see the difference more so since she is at a different pre-school now). We made very good friends with other parents and still keep in touch with teachers and parents. I couldn’t recommend Faith more.

I couldn’t recommend the nursery highly enough. The staff are truly wonderful. They have great relationships with the children and provide them with wonderful, enriching experiences on a daily basis. Our daughter has been going to Faith Montessori Nursery for a year now and absolutely loves it there. All the staff are so affectionate and joyful with the babies, they seem to have fun-filled days and it’s great seeing the activities the aunties prepare for them in the updates we get. Every member
of the team has been a joy to interact with over the last year. We received a very thorough report on our child’s development at the end of last year and it just goes to show that as well as creating a fun and loving environment, they are observing individual development to make sure every child is thriving.

Hello, my name is Dola Bakare. Thank you for visiting our profile on the Daynurseries website.


On behalf of everyone at Faith Montessori Nursery, I would like to welcome you to our page.


Please go to our website for more information. We hope our website will provide you with an insight into who we are and how we operate.


The nursery opened in April 2004. I initially qualified as a Software Engineer and worked in IT for many years. After having my son, I decided to open a nursery that better represented my philosophy and ethos of looking after children. It took five years to open the nursery and although my son missed out on attending the nursery, my other two children attended. I am married and have 3 (now grown-up children of my own). I retrained in childcare and now have many childcare qualifications including an EYTS (Early Years Teacher Status).


I have a passion for children and believe every child should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential.


My goal is to provide the highest quality of care and staff and also to create a safe, happy and stimulating environment for your child to make the best progress they can.


I believe that every child should be given all they need to enable them to reach their own individual potential.


Our aim is to provide you the peace of mind and reassurance that your child will be lovingly cared for.


I have an amazing staff who work tirelessly to deliver excellent service to all our children and also to you the parents/carers.

I have worked in Early Years for over 10 years and hold a Level 3 Childcare in Early Years qualification, Montessori Qualification along with a BA Honours Degree in Communication Sciences/ Film Making.


After working on a film project with children and entering in their world, I decided to change my career. I started with Montessori training which opened the wide world and then did a level 3 Diploma in Childcare and a Diploma in Speech and Language. I also have a level 3 SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator).


I was welcomed into the FMN family in 2008 and all the years working at the nursery have given me the opportunity to continue my learning journey.


I believe in supporting each child in their individual learning journey and I am passionate about supporting those with special educational needs by providing a warm, stimulating and welcoming environment in which children and staff can engage and explore. I like to make the day as fun as possible and also to support the children’s communication with the use of props and Makaton.
