Dulwich Wood Nursery School Reviews (10)
Over all time Dulwich Wood Nursery School has 10 reviews.
My child started here a few months ago and settled in quickly. The staff really care about the wellbeing of the children, know them well and follow their interests. It's all play-based with short carpet times which is perfect for that age. The massive garden is amazing for the children to explore and my child tells me about water, sand, bikes, baking, home corner, painting, and more. My child has come home singing new songs and talking about stories they have read. I would recommend this nursery as a safe, nurturing and stimulating place for your child to start their learning journey.
My son attended Dulwich Wood Nursery School only for a short time but I can honestly say his experience has been a positive one. He absolutely loved attending this nursery and settled in straight away. He developed more confidence and thrived being in an social environment. The staff were brilliant with him and always took great care of him. They were professional and very much child led. I would recommend this nursery.
Awful nursery, horrible staff that do not communicate. I will 100% not recommend this nursery to anyone. It's just a glorified playgroup. They don't do any learning, all your child will be doing is playing. Take them to a playgroup.
My son attended the nursery for two years and I was very happy with his progress, the attention and loving care he received whilst there. He had a lovely foundational experience that was combined with staff who were committed to the care and safety of my son. I was truly very happy as well as thankful for the time spent at the nursery.
Both my children attended and I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery. The facilities are fantastic, lovely building and plenty of outside space. The staff are kind and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive. The transition from nursery to primary school was dealt with really well.
Dulwich Wood Nursery is an incredible place with dedicated staff, excellent resources which provides unparalleled care, support and education to all children.
The outside space at Dulwich Wood Nursery is fantastic and my son looked forward to every session he spent there. The staff are friendly and caring. They are very child-led and supportive. A lovely nursery.
Three daughters have gone through this nursery and I don't have a bad word to say about it. Now that you can pay for the top-up care it is better than ever. The teachers are of the highest standard and are fantastically patient and attentive with the two four-year-olds. We have all cried and had a big hug when each of my children has left as they have been so happy there. So many great memories made over seven years at Dulwich Wood Nursery.
I cannot recommend Dulwich Wood Nursery enough! The staff were fantastic at easing my child into nursery/school life. She built some wonderful relationships and it was brilliant to see the best in her, being brought to fruition through the many activities and friendships created at the nursery. It has been a brilliant foundation to her early years education! We feel truly lucky to have been part of this wonderful place.
My experience with Dulwich Wood Nursery/Children's Centre. After 6 weeks of my son attending, I had to take him out of this nursery. All I'm trying to say is if you can afford The Breakfast Club and normal Nursery hours and then after school clubs then you and your child are blessed. If you are receiving the free 15 hours do not bring your child to this nursery.
