Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter attended Bright Horizons Chelsea between Sep 2022 and Mar 2026, from the ages of 7 months to almost 4.5 yrs old. She thrived at every stage during her time there thanks to the incredible environment and people. The facilities are well maintained, the management continuously improve where necessary. The garden space is generous considering the central London location. Food is prepared on site and the menus are arranged with kids' growing needs in mind. There is such a family feel, the staff are genuinely lovely people who became part of our family. They are so caring and pay very close attention to the children's needs. They supported us through speech therapy and ensured our daughter received all the help she needed. We wholeheartedly recommend BHC!

The team at bright horizons in Chelsea are very special. They are kind, attentive and extremely loving to the kids under their care. I was nervous sending my daughter off to nursery at 7 months, but my mind was quickly put at ease when I saw how they cared for her. Becca is a wonderful nursery manager - keeping the place well organised and structured, with a warm and welcoming approach. My daughter was in the baby room and totally fell in love with the staff in the baby room. They all have a special place in our hearts and we could not be more grateful to all the staff for their love and support during our daughter's time there.

Great staff and lovely outdoor space. Food is healthy and delicious. Our child has attended for about 2 years and we've been very pleased with the nursery staff throughout the time. Our child enjoys attending is happy to arrive in the morning.

It's a very friendly environment, more like a family. Everyone is very helpful and loving. They try their best and keep you updated. Especially, the management has a close eye on the kids and their development.

We have been helped with a settling period for our daughter which was successful. Our daughter acquired confidence throughout the weeks, with improvements in dining and in relations with other children. We are very satisfied and also, the app is particularly amazing, we are able to monitor what our daughter is doing and what/how much food she is eating. Great idea!

Both of my girls joined Bright Horizons Nursery when 20 months old and they quickly learned to like it. I can also say that the staff has been friendly and caring, and the new management makes us feel welcome.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons for more than 3 months now and she has truly blossomed during her time there: social skills, first steps, eating food... The staff is super welcoming to both parents and children. My daughter wants to go to nursery every day and I can see she is enjoying it a lot.

I have found the staff to often go above what is expected. They are kind, they care about the environment they are creating in the nursery and they put the safety of the children first. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I feel a big change in the ethos since the change in management and am very happy with all the staff who take care of my little one.
