Bluebell Wood Children's Nursery

Highly recommend Bluebell Nursery, has been wonderful for my daughter and she loves going and I have found them to be very accommodating for any parental needs, everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Thank you, Bluebell team!

My daughter has been attending Bluebell Wood since November and absolutely loves it there! She’s formed a real bond with the staff there and they really understand her personality and what she likes and doesn’t like. It’s always going to be difficult returning to work after maternity leave but I truly feel like it’s been made so much easier by knowing how well looked after she is there.

I am really pleased I managed to get her 2 full days a week there, I definitely recommend Bluebell Wood.

Both my children have been at Bluebell Wood Children's Nursery since age 2. They have both now just finished to go to school. They settled in so well and have been so well looked after they have thrived throughout their time. A year on since my little girl has been attending Bluebell Wood and she’s absolutely thriving. The ladies are all lovely, honest and follow your routines as much as possible. I feel at ease when leaving my daughter in these ladies' capable hands. She's happy and most importantly, safe. I highly recommend Bluebell Wood.

My daughter has been at this nursery now for a year, and she has come along leaps and bounds. She loves the staff and is so happy when I collect her. She only goes once a week, and I can see a huge difference each week. She is always extremely excited to go and play.

We moved our son from another local nursery to Bluebell Wood Children's Nursery, and it has been one of the best decisions we have made. The staff have been so good at identifying what he is interested in and encouraging him to explore these interests as well as new experiences. The outside play area, the messy play, the arts and reading books all seem to be thought about in a way that encourages fun but also simulates learning. The food has been a particular hit with our son, and it has been great using the app to see what he has been eating. Without exception, all of the staff are smiley, kind and genuinely thoughtful towards the children. On his non-nursery days, our son talks about the staff and looks forward to seeing them again. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bluebell Wood Children's Nursery and am delighted that our son is enjoying his time there so much. As a parent, I couldn't ask for more.

Very recently our daughter has been diagnosed with Type1 Diabetes. We can't thank the team enough for their additional support and flexibility during the initial weeks of diagnosis, and more importantly for the specialist Diabetes training (often in their own time), ALL staff have now received. This has enabled our daughter, just 5 weeks after being diagnosed to be back with her friends and normal routine. Thank you.

They have been great with communicating and managing us all during the pandemic and we feel our daughter is safe in their hands.

Great nursery, both my boys have been here since they were 10 months old. Really really nice staff and both of them have thrived. Also, the management has been so accommodating throughout the pandemic for parents and also set up a really good, safe system for the children to attend nursery safely ensuring they are kept in their bubbles. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been at Bluebell Wood 3 days a week since she was 10 months old and I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff were great from the get-go and she settled in literally straight away (in our first taster session). They work really hard to make it a home from home and really get to know your child and work with their needs/routines rather than making the child try to 'fit' with a nursery routine. I breastfeed and they made it so easy for me to continue this with expressed milk. If you are having any issues at home, they will also come up with creative ways to support you with this (i.e. getting my daughter and her little friends bathing the babies together while my daughter was going through a phase of fearing the bath). I feel so lucky to have such a fab nursery and it made the difficult transition of going back to work and leaving her so much easier! Thank you Bluebell Wood!

The nursery has been fantastic in helping our boys settle in. They’ve been incredibly supportive with their speech delay and we’ve seen amazing progress in their language, behaviour, and attention since being at Bluebell Wood. The staff are all approachable, friendly, highly professional, and endlessly caring - we are delighted to have found such a brilliant nursery for our children.

My son has been going to Bluebell Wood since he was 6 months. He’s now almost 3 years. He really enjoys all the activities. All the girls that work there are so friendly. I get regular updates with pictures of activities on the app. The kids get plenty of fresh air outdoors too, I thoroughly recommend.

Bluebell Wood is an amazing nursery. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending this nursery. The staff are very welcoming and have amazing ideas for fun activities to do. My daughter loves her time at nursery and after feeling very nervous about giving my daughter to someone else to look after, they made me and my daughter feel very comfortable!

My little boy has been going to Bluebell Wood for just over a year and absolutely loves it. All the staff are brilliant - so kind, helpful and approachable. I love receiving updates throughout the day to see what he has been up to, had to eat etc. I know that he is really well looked after, and he’s always excited to go in. Fantastic nursery, our son absolutely loves going here and always has lots to tell us about his day. They make a great effort in getting to know and understanding your child’s needs and I feel completely at ease leaving my son in their hands.

Returning to work after having your first child is stressful and I dreaded our first session where I'd have to leave him at a nursery when the pandemic has meant he's had little contact with anyone outside our immediate family, so when I collected him after his first taster morning and he was smiling from ear to ear I was so relieved! From that moment onwards he has absolutely loved going to Bluebell Wood and seeing his updates on the app of him playing and learning in a safe environment is wonderful. He's coming up to 18mths and I've really seen an improvement in his communication since he started. The staff are brilliant and very approachable and we couldn't be happier!

I would highly recommend this nursery. My daughter loves it there and literally runs through the gates in the morning. All of the staff know her and genuinely take an interest in her development and wellbeing, and are accommodating whenever I’ve had to ask for additional or altered provision. I was initially worried about the lack of ‘green’ outside space but quickly learnt that what goes in inside the nursery is far more important. The playground is small, but more than adequate, and the children are always involved in an activity of some kind; whatever the weather! My daughter has without a doubt, progressed whilst at the nursery and talks fondly of her time there.

I couldn't praise this nursery and its staff enough. The manager and the team are amazing with the children. My daughter absolutely loved her time here for the four years she was with them. They helped her grow in confidence and independence. They are always on hand for any worries you have and are always welcoming. My daughter made some lovely friendships here, and she will never forget her time with Bluebell Wood. Thank you.

Bluebell Wood is such a lovely nursery, from the second I looked around to the present day it felt like a second home for my girls. All the staff are so caring and take time to really get to know the children and their families. Both my girls settled so well and have just thrived. Highly recommend Bluebell Wood.
