Wow what can I say my little girl started the nursery in April and what can I say she's come on so much and there is not a single bad thing I can say. I love it when I am sitting in work and can see updates on my baby girl's day. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond and treat my baby girl like
one of their own I can go to work and know my little girls being looked after and having lots of fun. My daughter goes in happy every day and even cuddles into staff when I come to collect her still full of smiles. The resources this nursery holds are out of this world and have everything for the best start in life. The outside space is always set up so lovely and my little girl loves all the exciting activities they provide on a daily basis. The management are so helpful and are always very accommodating to any extras I may need and to answer any questions I have. Want to thank the whole team for being a big part of my family.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees Spital for over a year now and is always happy to attend. They do lots of fun activities and she always seems to eat well at nursery. Everything feels very secure and the indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for her age now with lots of space for running and exploring.
The staff are lovely and always happy to help.

Busy Bees Spital is just fantastic. The staff have been so accommodating and our little boy absolutely loves it there. The daily activities are great and so varied. Their outdoor space is beautiful and food is really varied. I have a lovely relationship with our son's keyworker as well as ladies in
his room and can chat to them about anything! A relaxing and stimulating environment, we could not be happier after six months.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees for sixteen months. She settled in well from the very start. And has a great relationship with the girls who work there. She runs in most mornings with a smile on her face, making the transition back to work so much easier. The updates on the app about what she's doing
with photos and what she's eaten etc. are brilliant. I feel she is very safe there as well, knowing that the staff are very vigilant about people coming into nursery and the security measures in place for when somebody different comes to pick my daughter up for me.

The nursery has been outstanding with meeting my child's needs. He has been there over a year now and has really settled in. He has an amazing 1-1 and he's so understanding of his needs. They listen to every concern I have regarding my child and they make improvements.

My daughter has been in Spital Busy Bees for 14 months now. She absolutely loves going to nursery and she has grown so much in confidence since starting.
Her development has come on leaps and bounds and her social skills have improved massively.
The staff are so accommodating and so supportive.
Whenever I've had an issue or a concern, it’s been dealt with quickly and professionally.
The manager is a lovely person and treats you like an individual, knowing you and your child’s name and showing support and care whenever needed.
One member of staff is amazing with the children and I've grown a lovely relationship with her. Shes so loving and attentive.
Another member of staff is fabulous too, like a 2nd mother to the children.
I love this nursery and really appreciate them all and all their hard work.

Our little girl started in January 2024 at 8.5 months old and from the initial show around we could tell how at ease she was with the staff and setting, something we didn’t get at other nurseries we went to see. We attended their stay-and-play on a Monday to help familiarise her with the room she’d
be in and by the time she had her first settling session she took herself straight off to play with the toys and we haven’t had a problem since. We struggle to say bye to her of a morning, she throws herself at the morning staff and always comes out smiling at the end of the day. We couldn’t be happier with how well she’s settled in and the staff are all so caring and you can see they have a genuine interest in your child’s development. We are so glad we found this nursery and have recommended it to friends already. Thank you for making what is usually a stressful time, as stress-free as it could be!

Our boys have only started attending the nursery recently and they have settled so well with thanks to the amazing team!
All the team are so helpful and supportive. Our boys always come home and tell us how much they have enjoyed their day playing and learning.
The food menu is excellent with a wide
variety. I have always found the venue clean and tidy.
I would recommend anyone to use this Busy Bees based on what we have seen.

I have nothing but amazing words about this nursery. My little boy has been looked after so well and absolutely loves going, he's probably one of the only children that cry when they leave! A special mention for one staff member who has looked after him since he started a year ago and genuinely cares
about him and his development and I definitely see that the feeling is mutual. She has been so lovely to us and takes time to speak to us about my son's day every time we see her. She is amazing! All of the staff are unbelievable and I couldn't wish for a better nursery for my son to thrive. As he moves up through the classes I see the bonds he creates with staff and can see that it's a genuine affection from all staff. Could not recommend Busy Bees more!

My little boy has been here since he was 7/8 months old and has just gone into pre-school. We've had some challenging times with him but the staff over the past 12 months have been a massive support for us as parents and for him. He had developed so much and has really special bonds with staff. They
have gone the extra mile to help try new things to aid his communication, give us ideas and reassurance and have endless patience with some of his more challenging behaviours.
They have catered for his food allergies and been flexible and supportive of his changing needs and management are always happy to give information or give support.

Busy Bees provided a high level of care for my son from the age of ten months to four years old.
Professional and highly motivated staff who are warm and approachable.
Well-managed teams reflect a happy environment.
My child was always well-stimulated, and he looked forward to attending each day.
He built excellent relationships with his key workers and always had a big smile when I dropped him off and collected him at the end of the day.
The preschool class is outstanding and has given my child lots of skills and confidence, which he has taken forward to F2. Thank you, Busy Bees Spital.

My son went to Busy Bees from age 2 to 4 and he absolutely loved it! The staff are brilliant. He had the same key person throughout and he made a really lovely bond with her, thank you. Also, all of the others are lovely too and really can't do enough for the little ones.
My little girl started recently
in the baby room and has different teachers, she has settled in so well and we get regular updates on her day. The management team are lovely too. Thank you Busy Bees Spital, I would highly recommend.

I can honestly say Busy Bees Spital is fabulous, I can't speak highly enough of all the staff from the manager, she is friendly, professional and really cares about the children, as do all the staff.
Every day is a learning experience, my daughter loved it and she loved her key person, they go above
and beyond to ensure the children are engaged, happy and safe. Always planning activities from bug hunting in the garden to sports activities and fun pyjama days. The calendar is filled with things to bring the children together to learn and celebrate.
My daughter loved the environment and gained so much confidence thanks to the time and effort put in by her key person and all the pre-school staff she is ready for big school.
I highly recommend Busy Bees Spital and I'm grateful to have been able to have the peace of mind of dropping my daughter off every morning knowing that she was safe happy and cared for.

Absolutely amazing! All 3 members of staff in Bombos 1 go above and beyond for my child, the staff from the relief team and from other rooms are also amazing when asked to cover in the room/be in there. All staff who work with my child continuously support his development and encourage him consistently,
they listen to my queries and are always the most genuinely lovely people! The Centre Director goes above and beyond consistently and always has a smile and is always happy to help! And the Assistant Centre Director is very warm and welcoming, she greets every child by name (as do most staff) and is again always happy to help!
The ladies from Bombos 1 are always so understanding, they put my mind at ease and give my child the best experience! Busy Bees Spital is absolutely an amazing centre with so many different opportunities for my child day in and day out as well as all of the other children!

Since my daughter started, the staff have been amazing. They have cared for her and given her all the extra cuddles she needs. My son started preschool in January 2023. The girls and the manager have been great. When I come there is a warm feeling, all the staff are friendly. My daughter has attended Busy Bees Spital since November 2020. There was a rocky period (like with most businesses) during the aftermath of COVID and if you speak to parents who were affected by that period please do not listen to their opinion as the nursery has come so far since then. The nursery
is wonderful and they truly care for your child. I have found the pre school to be particularly brilliant in that they enrich the older children, it is not just come in and be left to play. My daughter who is 3 can write her name, recognises every letter in the alphabet and has started spelling simple words. She only attends 2 days a week! She loves all the teachers in her room especially her key worker who is always so welcoming and informative upon pick up. All the key workers in each room have been amazing with my daughter. I will be so sad to leave the nursery this year after having both my daughters attend over a period of 7 years and would highly recommend it to anyone.

My child has started in the lower pre school room (BUZZ 1) after having a bad experience at another nursery. The staff are always so supportive on drop off and give great feedback. I have already seen her flourishing and I know she is happy there and that's all I need to know!

My daughter has been at Busy Bees for almost a year now and skips into there, happily, every day. She has come on leaps and bounds and surprises us every day with everything she is learning while she is there! Her key worker is absolutely lovely and she loves her. We feel so happy and comfortable when
she goes in. All of the staff members are more than happy to help and the new centre director who took over in the summer is much better than the previous one. You can really see the positive difference she's installed into everything in the nursery. There's always so much on at the nursery and exciting activities for the children to be a part of. Keep doing what you're doing guys!

Hello, my name is Laura and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Wirral Spital.


I am a fully qualified Early Years Educator, and I have worked in early years for many years now. In addition to this, I have a degree in BA Hons Education Studies with Physical Education, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, Teaching and Learning. During my years at Busy Bees, I have been provided with many opportunities and experiences to enhance my knowledge and ability to be able to provide children with the best possible care and learning opportunities to give them the best start in life. I also have many years of experience supporting children with SEND and supporting them in every way I possibly can.


I am committed to giving every child high-quality care and learning experiences to ensure they have the best start in life.
