I really like the varied activities she gets up to. The menus are always impressive and have helped my little girl try different foods.
The staff were also brilliant when I injured myself and have been so accommodating in the different schedules this has led to.
My daughter has been attending Busy Bees Spital since she was 8 months old. They have been very supportive with the transition of starting nursery for my daughter and she absolutely loves it here! She always comes home in a lovely mood after a full day of learning and playing. All of the staff have been genuine and friendly, as well as giving detailed handovers of how my daughter has been and what she's been up to throughout the day. I do not worry about her whilst she's at nursery because I'm confident that she's safe and being very well looked after!
My child loves going to nursery. She has great relationships with all staff and has come on so much since she started - she is such a happy and confident little girl. She has made friends and completes a wealth of fun and engaging activities throughout her days at nursery.
I know my child is safe in their care.
They always provide regular updates on my son and what he's been up to.
Clean environment and very secure.
My son loves it.
My daughter's time at Busy Bees Spital is coming to an end. She has been there since she was 7 months old. As parents, we have nothing but good things to say. From the staff in the baby room to her all-time favourite staff member in the toddler room. She has just completed her last 6 months with two staff members in the preschool room. Spital has been great. All the staff are friendly and helpful and played a massive part in her life. My child has flourished and is a confident young girl, and is really looking forward to big school. Myself and my partner have a second child starting in September so hopefully he will come on the same way my child has and I am sure we will continue to get the same level of service we now expect. I have to say the highlight for us was the graduation. All the stops were pulled out from the backdrops, the red carpet treatment and the cap and gown. It was the best way to end my child's time at Spital Busy Bees.
From the beginning, we felt confident she was fine and she was learning and interacting with others.
The teachers have been excellent from the start to the end. We never had any issues with our child regarding what the nursery provides for food or what they teach.
We trusted and relied on this nursery for the past over three years.
We recommend it and we are very sad to say goodbye to Busy Bees.
Thank you everyone that helped our daughter to grow so much and many areas.
We may see you again.
The staff make him feel loved and well-supported and he has made so many lovely friendships over the years.
As parents, we have always felt comfortable and secure that he is well cared for.
I would highly recommend Busy Bees Spital.
Most importantly, our son has loved every moment in Busy Bees and always runs in smiling and comes out with an even bigger smile and lots of fun, exciting stories to tell about his day.
Staff have been fantastic and gone above and beyond for every milestone of our son's life, including potty training. We are really sad to be leaving now that we are at the end.
Thank you to all of the wonderful staff, we have been so happy with you all.
Our daughter has been at the nursery now for seven months and the staff have been amazing! She started in the baby room and her key workers have been great as well as the rest of the staff in the baby room. She's now moved into toddler room and she is absolutely thriving and the team are just so lovely! The handover is really thorough and you can tell they are really invested in the children they look after. She had some known allergies when she first started and then, as we introduced other foods, she started having further reactions and the nursery has been great at keeping her allergens updated on their list ensuring she has no further contact. They make sure that she still has nutritious meals whilst taking into account her allergies and they really make sure that she doesn't come into contact with anything that she is allergic to.
The nursery has been great during my return to work, post-maternity leave. The director and assistant director have both gone above and beyond to support me and my family during this process. One particular member of staff within the baby room, who is not the key worker for my child, has also gone above and beyond to make sure my son has really settled. He is always full of smiles for her and this has helped the mum guilt ease even more for me. Thank you team!
Wow what can I say my little girl started the nursery in April and what can I say she's come on so much and there is not a single bad thing I can say. I love it when I am sitting in work and can see updates on my baby girl's day. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond and treat my baby girl like one of their own I can go to work and know my little girls being looked after and having lots of fun. My daughter goes in happy every day and even cuddles into staff when I come to collect her still full of smiles. The resources this nursery holds are out of this world and have everything for the best start in life. The outside space is always set up so lovely and my little girl loves all the exciting activities they provide on a daily basis. The management are so helpful and are always very accommodating to any extras I may need and to answer any questions I have. Want to thank the whole team for being a big part of my family.
My daughter has been at Busy Bees Spital for over a year now and is always happy to attend. They do lots of fun activities and she always seems to eat well at nursery. Everything feels very secure and the indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for her age now with lots of space for running and exploring. The staff are lovely and always happy to help.
Busy Bees Spital is just fantastic. The staff have been so accommodating and our little boy absolutely loves it there. The daily activities are great and so varied. Their outdoor space is beautiful and food is really varied. I have a lovely relationship with our son's keyworker as well as ladies in his room and can chat to them about anything! A relaxing and stimulating environment, we could not be happier after six months.
My daughter has been at Busy Bees for sixteen months. She settled in well from the very start. And has a great relationship with the girls who work there. She runs in most mornings with a smile on her face, making the transition back to work so much easier. The updates on the app about what she's doing with photos and what she's eaten etc. are brilliant. I feel she is very safe there as well, knowing that the staff are very vigilant about people coming into nursery and the security measures in place for when somebody different comes to pick my daughter up for me.
The nursery has been outstanding with meeting my child's needs. He has been there over a year now and has really settled in. He has an amazing 1-1 and he's so understanding of his needs. They listen to every concern I have regarding my child and they make improvements.
Her development has come on leaps and bounds and her social skills have improved massively.
The staff are so accommodating and so supportive. Whenever I've had an issue or a concern, it’s been dealt with quickly and professionally.
The manager is a lovely person and treats you like an individual, knowing you and your child’s name and showing support and care whenever needed.
One member of staff is amazing with the children and I've grown a lovely relationship with her. Shes so loving and attentive.
Another member of staff is fabulous too, like a 2nd mother to the children.
I love this nursery and really appreciate them all and all their hard work.
Our little girl started in January 2024 at 8.5 months old and from the initial show around we could tell how at ease she was with the staff and setting, something we didn’t get at other nurseries we went to see. We attended their stay-and-play on a Monday to help familiarise her with the room she’d be in and by the time she had her first settling session she took herself straight off to play with the toys and we haven’t had a problem since. We struggle to say bye to her of a morning, she throws herself at the morning staff and always comes out smiling at the end of the day. We couldn’t be happier with how well she’s settled in and the staff are all so caring and you can see they have a genuine interest in your child’s development. We are so glad we found this nursery and have recommended it to friends already. Thank you for making what is usually a stressful time, as stress-free as it could be!
All the team are so helpful and supportive. Our boys always come home and tell us how much they have enjoyed their day playing and learning.
The food menu is excellent with a wide variety. I have always found the venue clean and tidy.
I would recommend anyone to use this Busy Bees based on what we have seen.
I have nothing but amazing words about this nursery. My little boy has been looked after so well and absolutely loves going, he's probably one of the only children that cry when they leave! A special mention for one staff member who has looked after him since he started a year ago and genuinely cares about him and his development and I definitely see that the feeling is mutual. She has been so lovely to us and takes time to speak to us about my son's day every time we see her. She is amazing! All of the staff are unbelievable and I couldn't wish for a better nursery for my son to thrive. As he moves up through the classes I see the bonds he creates with staff and can see that it's a genuine affection from all staff. Could not recommend Busy Bees more!
They have catered for his food allergies and been flexible and supportive of his changing needs and management are always happy to give information or give support.
