Kids Play Bury St Edmunds Day Nursery

Honestly couldn’t be happier with how the team at Kids Play have been with my son. My son has additional needs as he’s autistic and non-verbal and they go above and beyond to suit his needs. He’s made such close bonds with the girls there and he gets so excited to go to nursery!

I have sent all three of my children to Kidsplay in Bury St Edmunds. My youngest is now 15 months and has been there since he was 7 months. The staff are always so friendly and take the time to discuss every individual child with the parents. I really enjoy my chats with them in the morning and afternoon! My children were all extremely happy there and I have always found that my children's individual needs have been catered for excellently. The support in my children's social and learning development has been brilliant. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

We love this nursery. All three of my children have come here, they cater for every individual need. My daughter is fussy and has a few general issues with drinking etc and nothing is ever too much. If I call with concern they put my mind at rest and I know my little lady is cared for and safe in there care. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Amazing staff and just an amazing place for your children. Thank you.

Our daughter has been with Kids Play since she was 9 months old. She is now 30 months and it is wonderful to see the bond she has with all the staff. As a baby and a toddler, her learning and development has thrived, she is always excited to attend and talks about her day all the way home. As a parent I can’t praise the staff enough, they are always very professional whilst being completely approachable. It never feels too much trouble to discuss our worries or needs (sleep, potty training etc.). It has always felt like a partnership. The managers were very helpful throughout the Covid response, we thought they showed outstanding communication and understanding in difficult times, for them and us, particularly in navigating rapid changes in policy. I absolutely recommend Kids Play.

Kids Play Bury St Edmunds is a lovely caring and nurturing nursery, my little girl has been attending the setting for over a year and absolutely loves it! The staff are warm and welcoming and go above and beyond for the children and the parents. My little girl is always so excited to go in, they always have outdoor play and lots of activities etc out for the day. I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Kids Play to any parent.

Staff are friendly, informative and great with our daughter. She has thrived from being here. Lots of activities to do. The focus weeks are a great idea and helpful to us.

The staff at Bury St Edmunds Day Nursery have really gone the extra mile to support my son who has special needs. Nothing is too much trouble and they have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the special needs assessment process. The staff are so friendly, professional and the facilities are first class. The team at Bury St Edmunds Day Nursery have found the perfect blend of task focus to help the children's activities and providing a person-centred approach for the odd shaped pegs. I couldn't be happier with the care my son receives whilst at this nursery.

Our little girl has been coming to Kids Play Nursery now for 2 years plus and we, as parents, love how the preschool is run. All the teachers are brilliant and so helpful in all aspects. The safeguarding is excellent.

Our son has been attending the nursery since he was 10 months old and we are so happy with our decision. From day 1, the girls have made us feel comfortable and individual. My son isn't just a number - he is a valued member of the Kids Play family. Nearly 2 years on, he has just had 2 tasters of pre-school and he is so happy to be making the move - which I know is down to the care and support the girls give here.
