The facility is amazing. The staff are amazing. Always happy & willing to go above and beyond for their children. My little boy loves going and is so excited to get in, which makes it so much easier as a parent. Communication is incredible regarding child's development. Overall a fantastic place to start your little ones journey.

Kids Play has always given my child everything they needed with regards to care and enrichment. Whether it's welcoming them into the nursery each day, or the activities provided. We couldn't have asked for a better nursery.

Kids Play nursery has been fantastic for both of my children. The staff are always lovely and welcoming, you can see they care about the children they are taking care of. They constantly have activities running to engage the children. The food is always good and my child enjoys it. Communication between staff and parents is exceptional and overall I can't fault them. I'll be sad to leave them behind when my son starts school.

It was lovely to see my daughter interact with other children and seeing what she likes to play with. Staff have been welcoming and showed great interest in my daughter. Rooms have been set up with different activities which my daughter greatly enjoyed. Thank you.

More like a second family than a staff, always approachable and my son adores them. Great communication, amazing activities and they know my child really well especially as he does short sessions. Never have to worry about him there which is all a mum wants

Kids Play Bury St Edmunds Day Nursery has been nothing but incredible with my son, who is 1 year old, who has a quite intense asthma condition. They have gone above and beyond with making sure he is well, also they are very well trained and efficient with administering his medication. I can not thank the baby room staff and management enough for looking after my son so well and always happy to reassure me when he is poorly or having an asthma flare up.

I especially want to commend the new manager, who has introduced some truly thoughtful initiatives that have enriched the nursery's nurturing culture even further. We are absolutely delighted with the care our family has received at Kids Play, and we would recommend this nursery without any hesitation. They have truly made a positive impact on our lives.

My son has been at Kids Play for 4-5 months, starting in the baby room, and has flourished! He's now transitioning into the pre-toddler room and all the staff has been amazing! They keep you up to date with everything so I always feel well-informed, they always say hello and are incredibly friendly. They genuinely care about the children and know them all so well. I never worry when my son is there as I know he is in safe and loving hands.

My little one started nursery last June and she is enjoying it so much. When I leave her there in the morning she looks happy and excited. The staff is competent and friendly. I also had the chance to talk to one of the staff for advice regarding my girl. I believe all of them are approachable and ready to listen. There are many opportunities for my little girl to develop, like learning to talk. Thank you very much.

Our daughter has been attending Kids Play since January 2024 and has thrived since being there. She only attends two mornings per week, but she loves her time there and always leaves with a smile on her face. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children in their care, and we always receive a warm welcome on arrival. We would recommend Kids Play to anyone.

We have had the best experience with Kids Play Bury St Edmunds Day Nursery! My daughter attended nursery there for a little over two and a half years (toddlers room through preschool) and during that time the staff has been caring and attentive. My daughter was always excited to see her teachers and engage in the many activities available to the children. The curriculum prepared her to start reception and the transition has been smoother than I could have imagined. The meals and snacks served throughout the day are plentiful and healthy. Communication from the daycare is top-notch. Our experience was so wonderful that we didn't even mind the nearly 1-hour round trip commute to/from our home. I recommend this nursery to anyone I can.

This nursery was the furthest from home but the best nursery I've come across in the area. The staff are friendly and the children are well looked after and I've never worried about my children being in their care. My boys love this nursery. My eldest son has been here for the last couple of years, I also send his brother. No bad words to say!

The nursery is a wonderful setting, I brought my daughter here for four years from a baby and knew my son would be happy and thrive socially and development-wise. Since being at nursery, my son has so many interests in activities and food.
