Heath House Day Nursery and Pre School

Our daughter has attended Heath House since she was a little over 1, and will be leaving soon to go to school. She has loved it there and has settled into each room well, always connecting with an adult in each room. The staff are always friendly and happy to tell you about her day, even in the last year when it's been very difficult for them to continue operating during the pandemic. I would happily recommend them and my daughter will be sad to say goodbye.

Both of my children have attended the pre-school here. My son is already at primary school and has been able to flourish due to the amazing preparation his teachers at Heath House gave him. My daughter is now preparing to start primary school in September and is receiving the same phenomenal support that my son did (as am I). She is so ready to rock big school and it is all thanks to Heath House's amazing staff, who despite everything we have all gone through over the past 18 or so months, have been absolutely incredible and often gone above and beyond to give the children the best experiences they can.

Our daughter has been at Heath House for just over 2 years now and loves going in each day and the staff there. We are totally at ease knowing our daughter is receiving great care and learning there and it almost feels like an extension of our family.

My experience with Heath House has been excellent. The staff are fantastic. They really helped my daughter settle especially considering she was born during the lockdown and therefore had little exposure to other people. They have helped grow her confidence and I'm really pleased we chose this nursery.

Heath House is a fantastic nursery. We couldn't be happier with the care and support our son gets from the friendly and engaging staff. He loves nursery and especially the forest, which is a real bonus for such a central location. We have found Heath House to be really flexible and accommodating to our son's needs, including supporting him through potty training before he turned 2 and asking for our input on his next steps! It is so nice dropping our son off knowing he will have a great day with really caring, warm and encouraging people around him. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Heath House to others.

Heath house is like a home from home, my children settled in so easily and it's clear to see how much they love all the staff. The staff are amazing and are always so approachable. I'm so glad that we found Heath House!

I chose Heath House for my son after visiting when he was only three months old. I was really impressed straight away and felt very comfortable with the extremely friendly and attentive staff. I really liked the huge range of educational activities on offer as well as the lovely forest area for them to explore. My son started at Heath House at the end of June 2021 aged 9 months, and he has settled in excellently. After only a couple of weeks, he has bonded well with his carers and has been showing a keen interest in lots of different activities. We have also noticed an overall improvement at home in all of his skills since being at nursery which is wonderful.

Communication is good with the nursery sharing photos and stories on a regular basis.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Heath House over the past 4 years with both our children. We have always felt so reassured that our children are in good, safe hands, that they have developed well and most importantly that they have always been so happy there. The staff are friendly, professional and dedicated. Highly recommend.

Heath House gave us some remote support during lockdown and opened quickly and safely soon afterwards. Our son left ready, excited and prepared for school, which is the best we could have hoped for.

Great nursery for my son who has been there since a baby. Always lovely caring staff who have such an affection for the children. Great activities and facilities and the menu is really diverse! Love the place as does my son.

Heath House is an exceptional nursery! I’ve had my elder daughter there from the age of 8 months and my younger daughter from 3 months and the care, love and attention that all staff give to the children is phenomenal. The staff are highly trained and will always support the growth and development of each child according to where that child is at. There is consistent feedback and correspondence with parents and support for parents and children. The staff make it a wonderful, welcoming place with a fantastic atmosphere and children are encouraged to grow and learn through exploration and inquiry. The nursery management is friendly, thoughtful, approachable and always willing to help out and are positive good leaders. Their warm, open and friendly attitudes are amazing and I wouldn’t consider any other nursery for my children!

Staff really helped my little boy settle into the nursery when he started in May. They called me regularly in the first week to put me at ease. The nursery staff are all lovely.

The staff at Heath House are brilliant, we have found them to be caring, attentive and a crucial influence positively in our little girl's development. The nursery is laid out well with plenty for little ones to do and enjoy. The outside play areas include a mini forest area which proves a big hit from the stories we hear. We receive regular updates on development stages, these include photos which are great to see.

My child has been going to Heath House Nursery for 8 months now.

As a new mum I was very apprehensive leaving my child when I returned to work. All of the staff in the baby room were fantastic - very caring and reassuring and I felt that my child was safe and being cared for.

My child seems to really enjoy going to nursery and is thriving - I am currently seeing weekly changes in him.

Heath House is a friendly nursery who have been caring and communicative when looking after my two year old.
