Heath House Day Nursery and Pre School

This nursery is amazing. We sent both of our children there and they just do a fantastic job. We trust them with all our hearts and would not send our children anywhere else. Clean, amazing staff, good food, great facilities.

Heath House has been amazing from the day my daughter started. My daughter was struggling with settling in and within a short time with thanks to the wonderful, nurturing staff she settled in no time. My daughter always goes in happy and on pick up she comes running out with a beaming smile. The staff are all lovely and caring, and it is clear to see they all take amazing care of the children. The facilities are great and the array of activities for the children is vast and always different. Food seems to also be a winner with my daughter and she eats a large range of home-cooked meals (including the fact she has a milk intolerance this is catered for). I would highly recommend Heath House and will be sad when Frankie leaves to go to Infant school.

I have had 2 children go through this nursery 10 years apart. The quality of education and care has been consistently outstanding. They are compassionate, kind, caring and incredibly patient. My children have both had such enriching experiences. All staff are easy to talk to and relatable.

Heath House have been brilliant from my first enquiry through to my daughter starting. Communication has been great! They were flexible to allow my daughter to do multiple settling in days, which helped the transition immensely! Especially as being a Covid baby she wasn’t used to people or other babies. The team in the baby’s room are always super friendly and lovely and give really detailed insight into how each day has gone. My daughter is always happy to be handed over in the morning and comes home babbling with excitement from all the fun activities of the day. Thanks!

After lockdown, they helped my daughter re-adjust and kept me up to date.

We send both our children here and we think it is an excellent nursery. The staff are fantastic and the facilities are great - the kids love the forest area and the garden. The food is really good and caters really well to vegetarians. And the range of activities for the kids is brilliant. Overall we are really happy!

My two children started at Heath House in October 2020 and I can honestly say they have been so happy to go in every time. They both settled in very quickly as the process was very well organised. The staff are so lovely, caring and professional, and communication is excellent. They know the children so well and strive to give them high-quality learning experiences. Next steps and progress are always shared along with photos of the fun activities children take part in. The facilities are amazing - the forest is a favourite but it's great that there are several outside areas for the children to enjoy. I'm so happy I chose Heath House and recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their children.

We love Heath House Day nursery. Our one-year-old is currently there and he loves it. We sent our daughter there last year and she had a fabulous time. We were lucky to have a key worker to look after both of our children and they utterly adore her.

My sons are both at Heath House Nursery and have been since toddlers. They love it! The staff are brilliant, supportive and really friendly. Communication is always great and I know that the boys have happy and productive days. My eldest goes to school soon and I know he will really miss it.

Heath House has been absolutely amazing with my daughter and us since we joined this April. We recently moved to the area and they went out of their way to help her settle in and within days she had started to become familiar and confident with the team. They are caring and intuitive and seem to enjoy creating activities and a stimulating environment for the children. They have a big outdoor garden with lots of toys and also a separate 'forest' area that my daughter loves. They regularly update the online journal and make a real effort to show us photos and describing parts of my daughters day that she has enjoyed. The team in her Pre-Ps room and the front office team always make time for us to talk through any questions we may have which helps a lot especially with having to settle in during Covid times. We are grateful for such a lovely environment for our daughter.

We cannot thank the staff, especially our baby's, key worker enough. They take very good care of our baby girl and they incorporate our requests and accept our feedback every time. During pickup, when our baby’s key worker provides us with an update on how our baby’s day was she never rushes it or seems impatient, which is very heartening. The staff at the nursery seem to be truly interested in our baby’s development and wellbeing.

Our daughter has been going to Heath House Nursey for the last 4 months and we are delighted with the team there, they have been amazing! From the settling in days to the great updates we get via the online journal. Our daughter has developed so much because of the work of her carer. We would highly recommend Heath House Nursery.

Our son attends the Pre (ages 2 up to 3) room at Heath House nursery. Whilst here, he has really flourished, with his speech improving greatly. The room leader has been wonderful in encouraging his speech. The staff are all wonderful and genuinely care, going above and beyond! It really is a home from home environment. Would recommend.

My only request is: can I move in, please?

The food is a good variety and enjoyed by our boy. Early morning and late pick up are very convenient.

My daughter has been at the nursery for the last 4 years and throughout the nursery she has been cared for extremely well. She has developed into a very confident, kind and independent girl who knows what she likes/dislikes.

We chose Heath House for our daughter and it was a perfect choice. Our daughter started at the age of 3 months in the baby room and as hard as it was to leave her to go to work, I was comforted in the knowledge of the excellent care, love and attention she has received over the last 20 months. The staff are professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable, always willing to help, give advice when asked for and supportive. Their main concern is the child and ensuring that every child develops in a kind and nurturing environment, considering their age and their development and our daughter cannot wait to get to nursery every day. She loves the staff and she has a favourite who is a very special person and amazing with every child she interacts with, leading the room brilliantly. The other staff are also incredible and every one of them knows each child well, encouraging their individuality and a kindness and caring that is evident in the staff's own nature. I love Heath House!
