They offer flexible hours to accommodate your childcare needs in a warm and friendly setting. Our daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 1 year of age she is now four and still attending. With the help of this nursery, she has become a well mannered and respectful girl we cannot thank this nursery enough for how much they have brought our child along. If you have any doubts about
sending your child to this establishment please don't hesitate it’s a wonderful place with wonderful people working there we cannot wait for our second daughter to attend here which will be in February of 2021.

Very close-knit team- my daughter loves going to nursery! I feel comfortable to go to work knowing she is there and is being taken good care of, they cater to her allergies and needs have been flexible to meet our family’s needs where possible.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we receive from Highgate.
Their positive attitude throughout these uncertain times has been very reassuring and they have been very good at sending out communications and keeping us updated.
As a shift worker, my children are on flexible contracts which undoubtedly
saves me hundreds of pounds a month from not sending them when I’m off. This isn’t something a lot of nursery’s offer so for me it’s the most important thing.
In addition, they have been amazingly flexible when emergencies have popped up.
I’ve seen positive developments in both my girls since starting at Highgate and I wouldn’t think twice about recommend them to friends and family.

My child has been with Highgate nursery for just over 12months and his confidence, his ability to play, his social skill and social awareness has grown so much. The management and teams are encouraging of us as parents and of my child's development. The team members support my needs as a 1st time mum
- understanding my anxiety etc

Our son has been going to Highgate Nursery since before he was 1 year old. He is now approaching 20 months old. All the staff there have been beyond brilliant, and it is obvious that they have built a real connection with our son. He is always excited to go there in the morning, and happy when I pick
him up. I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

The keyworkers have been fantastic during and after the first lockdown. They have tried to keep everything the same for the kids other than washing hands more and keeping a little distance. Our son has really started to enjoy his time at Highgate more and more and that is thanks to the staff.

Our daughter really loves going to nursery to see her friends and key workers.
She has settled in so well, especially after the lockdown after so long away, she was fine going back to see everyone.
We have noticed such a difference in our daughter with her overall development, and that has been
noticed since attending nursery.
We feel safe dropping her off knowing that she is in safe hands.
Our daughter always comes home enthusiastic when telling us what she has done in a day.
Would highly recommend.

The staff at Highgate have been brilliant with both my children and are well looked after.
The Manager is absolutely amazing and will really help you out on any queries you may have.

The nursery has always been very supportive towards my daughter, I've noticed her coming on leaps and bounds since being at Highgate. They're very efficient as updating the EYLOG to let me know what she's been up to, as children never tell you! They have helped loads when I've needed Willow in longer
at short notice and keep me updated on any changes. They're EYLOG is brilliant in letting me know how I can improve my daughter's education at home, following what she has been learning at nursery. Every member of staff I have spoken to are lovely and always happy to discuss anything to do with my daughter.

Lovely staff, my son has such a good time there he's been going from 10 months old. They serve brilliant healthy food which he always eats plenty of. He is on a flexible contract which means changing shifts are not an issue. I'm a key worker and they stayed open through lockdown which was such a massive
help. We are moving from Handsworth but plan on keeping him in this nursery as we have had such positive experiences. I have recommended it to friends. Any queries they get back to you really quickly seriously happy with everything they do. I get weekly updates about his progress n tips on how to help him achieve new skills.

My little boy loves coming to nursery. He gets so excited when he sees the staff and crawls straight over to them with the biggest smile! He has started to make friends and comes home with pictures he’s made.
I’m so thankful to the baby room staff for helping him settle as well as he has done.

Our three children have all gone to Highgate from the age of two until they left to go to primary school. The staff are wonderful and the whole setting is friendly and welcoming. Both my children attended this nursery, my youngest had his last day today and it is a lovely nursery. My children have autism and all the staff helped support them in every way I have asked, and myself, when I’ve needed help sorting out going on to school. I would like to say a massive thank you to
my sons keyworker, who has been a huge part of my youngest's nursery life. She was his nursery mum and nothing was ever too much, even if it was just to listen to me whine about things, she would always be there. Helped me and my son every step of the way to get the help/support he needs in school. Such a brilliant person to have in the nursery.

My little man has just left Highgate Day Nursery. Cannot thank the staff enough for their support throughout his nursery journey. His key worker has been amazing with him and to us as a family. Highgate supported us through numerous meetings and helped support us when my little man got his autism diagnosis.
So thankful to all staff as it was a very confusing and unsettling time for us all. Special thanks to all for making our little man feel safe and happy. We will always be thankful to you all. Highly recommend Highgate and their lovely supportive and caring staff. Anyone looking for a friendly and caring bunch of people to look after their little ones then Highgate is the place to go. My daughter started in the baby room at Highgate in December last year.
She has settled really well thanks to all the fantastic staff that have built up a great bond with her to make sure she felt comfortable in her new environment! It has helped my wife return to work, knowing that our daughter is
happy and cared for.
She loves going to nursery and taking part in all the activities they do, especially anything messy! Every week she comes home knowing more actions to nursery rhymes and saying more new words, this is all thanks to the nursery.

Some of the most amazing ladies I know work here. Both my children have attended Highgate Nursery, my daughter since being 5 months old and I could not praise these ladies enough.
