Highgate Day Nursery

Would fully recommend this day nursery. My child has been there for nearly a year and a half and really enjoys it. The staff are amazing, so kind and genuinely caring. He enjoys doing lots of different activities, both inside and out and seeing the pictures and updates they send is brilliant. My child has allergies and they have been great in providing food that he can eat, anyone who also has this issue knows how difficult it is to avoid exposure when not fully in control, however, I have no issues as to his safety at meal times.

My little girl has be going to this nursery since she was 9 months old. The team at Highgate are absolutely amazing, brilliant, very approachable and informative on how your child has been doing. Couldn’t ask for a better nursery.

My daughter has been attending Highgate since the baby room, she’s soon moving into Pre School. I couldn’t be any happier with her progress, she has so many lovely friendships and the staff are amazing with her, from helping with fussy eating to toilet training. They go above and beyond. What I also love is how flexible they are.

Our son joined in September 2021, the nursery is brilliant and the team is amazing. My son come back happy and excited about the day. The nursery has a lot of activities for the children to do and I would recommend it to everyone. They keep in touch with parents with all information.

Highgate is a brilliant nursery. MY child has really loved her time there and has had so much fun. I am always updated as to her progress, she eats a variety of different food and they supply pictures of her having fun. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My little girl is super clingy so we knew nursery would be a challenge but the girls in the baby room are just amazing! My daughter's key worker is absolutely brilliant and loves my daughter like her own. I know that she's 100-percent cared for and fine in her care. They don't mind a million phone calls to check-in and whenever I contact the nursery everyone is kind, understanding and helpful, no matter how silly the question! As a first-time mum, I was really weary but the ladies made me feel confident that my little girl is in safe hands! Thank you.

Really friendly staff, they really take the time to know and understand the children. Very accommodating and understanding, particularly in Covid-19 times where they were willing to be flexible to the extent they could.

An absolutely amazing nursery. My son thoroughly enjoys attending. He's coming on fantastically with learning, potty training, speech and much more. The staff in the toddler room go above and beyond and my son genuinely loves the staff. The admin team are also very responsive and helpful and very accommodating if any appointments arise. The updates and photos are fantastic too, seeing my son's progress through photos and a diary means that I regularly know how he is getting on. I would highly recommend this setting. 5-star. I am a truly happy mum and very grateful for everything they all do for my boy.

We have two boys in the nursery, one in preschool and one in the baby room and they both love it. The staff are friendly and my sons love interacting with them. They have come on leaps and bounds since attending and grown in confidence from interactions with the staff and peers, I would definitely recommend the nursery!

We also love seeing her on her observations playing with the other children and enjoying all the toys and activities.

I can see from photos and from what my children tell me that the staff are well involved with the children and provide great activities.

My little girl has been attending Highgate Day Nursery since she was she was 8 months old. I have been very pleased with the care she receives. Her teachers have always been very loving and caring. And my little one has developed so much and learnt a lot of things. I absolutely recommend Highgate Nursery to any parent for their little ones.

No complaints here! I feel happy dropping him off while I go to work, knowing that he enjoys being there and is well looked after.

Overall excellent nursery, and very good staff. Only one thing. The pick-up and drop-off is not organised, as you could be waiting for a while to collect or drop your child due to long queues. Should organise a better system.

Highgate is a brilliant nursery that I would recommend to anyone! All staff are friendly and easy to talk to. My daughter struggled with the transition to nursery, but the staff have been really understanding and supportive. I always feel up to date with what is happening in the nursery and anything I need to be made aware of. I also love the app, where staff can share pictures and observations.

My one-year-old son has been at Highgate for four or five months now and he absolutely loves it. I'm starting to worry he loves the staff more than us! He gets lots of interactive playtime, learning, creative activities, and outside time. The staff are all really lovely and informative. The end-of-day report is very useful.

My little girl currently goes to Highgate Day Nursery. She's in the toddler room. She has real attachment issues, with not being able to be around people or away from me (because of Covid). The staff at Highgate have been amazing and really comforting towards her. Helped her settle in its take her over 3 months to settle in but she's getting there and I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to help you. Massive thank you very much from me, you guys are amazing.

My son currently attends Highgate Day Nursery Handsworth, my child has become happy. He loves to go to nursery the staff are great and very friendly. The quality of the care is excellent. Thank you for my sons development.
