They offer flexible hours to accommodate your childcare needs in a warm and friendly setting. Highgate is a brilliant nursery. MY child has really loved her time there and has had so much fun. I am always updated as to her progress, she eats a variety of different food and they supply pictures of her having fun. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My little girl is super clingy so we knew nursery would be a challenge but the girls in the baby room are just amazing! My daughter's key worker is absolutely brilliant and loves my daughter like her own. I know that she's 100-percent cared for and fine in her care. They don't mind a million phone calls
to check-in and whenever I contact the nursery everyone is kind, understanding and helpful, no matter how silly the question! As a first-time mum, I was really weary but the ladies made me feel confident that my little girl is in safe hands! Thank you.

Really friendly staff, they really take the time to know and understand the children. Very accommodating and understanding, particularly in Covid-19 times where they were willing to be flexible to the extent they could.

An absolutely amazing nursery. My son thoroughly enjoys attending. He's coming on fantastically with learning, potty training, speech and much more. The staff in the toddler room go above and beyond and my son genuinely loves the staff. The admin team are also very responsive and helpful and very accommodating
if any appointments arise. The updates and photos are fantastic too, seeing my son's progress through photos and a diary means that I regularly know how he is getting on. I would highly recommend this setting. 5-star. I am a truly happy mum and very grateful for everything they all do for my boy.

We have two boys in the nursery, one in preschool and one in the baby room and they both love it. The staff are friendly and my sons love interacting with them. They have come on leaps and bounds since attending and grown in confidence from interactions with the staff and peers, I would definitely recommend
the nursery!

Couldn't be happier with Highgate Day Nursery, our daughter loves going and is often pulling us across the car park to get there faster! So she definitely gives it 5 stars!
She started at around 7 months old and we've always felt she's in safe hands. She learns so much while she's there and clearly
has lots of fun!
Parent's evening was a great opportunity to talk about learning goals, talking, potty training etc and we feel our decisions are supported by her key worker. We also got to see her enjoying the room and her confidence in picking toys spoke volumes as to how comfortable she must be while she's there.
We also love seeing her on her observations playing with the other children and enjoying all the toys and activities.

Both my children are attending the nursery and all the staff have been so wonderful with them. My children have been through babies room, toddlers, rising 3s and preschool and I have always been so happy with the care and transitions they’ve received.
My children are often upset at drop off times but
I leave knowing they’re in safe hands and will be well-loved.
I can see from photos and from what my children tell me that the staff are well involved with the children and provide great activities.

I believe this is an amazing nursery for babies, my son has been going since 9 months old and he doesn’t have any hesitation about going. He has never come home sad or upset (apart from being poorly).
They all are very helpful and happy people who work in baby room.
His development has come along
as well.
Always keeping me up to date as well, with what he’s doing and playing with each week

My little girl has been attending Highgate Day Nursery since she was she was 8 months old. I have been very pleased with the care she receives. Her teachers have always been very loving and caring. And my little one has developed so much and learnt a lot of things. I absolutely recommend Highgate Nursery

My little boy has been there since he was 6 months old. After covid and lockdown, the team were brilliant at helping ease him back in. He is now 2 and runs into the nursery excited to see his friends and staff members.
No complaints here! I feel happy dropping him off while I go to work, knowing that
he enjoys being there and is well looked after.

Overall excellent nursery, and very good staff. Only one thing. The pick-up and drop-off is not organised, as you could be waiting for a while to collect or drop your child due to long queues. Should organise a better system.

My one-year-old son has been at Highgate for four or five months now and he absolutely loves it. I'm starting to worry he loves the staff more than us! He gets lots of interactive playtime, learning, creative activities, and outside time. The staff are all really lovely and informative. The end-of-day

My little girl currently goes to Highgate Day Nursery. She's in the toddler room. She has real attachment issues, with not being able to be around people or away from me (because of Covid). The staff at Highgate have been amazing and really comforting towards her. Helped her settle in its take her over
3 months to settle in but she's getting there and I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to help you. Massive thank you very much from me, you guys are amazing.

My son has just finished his time in the toddler room and he has really enjoyed his time here. The staff at the nursery have always been great which gives confidence in sending him. I really like how they provide a full vegetarian menu.

Hand on heart - I cannot fault Highgate Day Nursery whatsoever when it comes to the care and love they give to my daughter. She is awaiting an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis and they have been so helpful and proactive with their approach to everything, ensuring her needs are fully met. They have
been so supportive with sorting things out and have honestly made such a worrying and emotional time - a much more smoother and easier process for us as a family. My daughter leaves nursery in such a happy and chatty mood - she’s come on so much since attending the nursery and is so attached to her lovely keyworker. My son also went to this nursery previously so when I knew I needed to find a nursery, it was a no brainer that it had to be Highgate. The manager is always so responsive to calls and emails and I honestly cannot thank the entire staff enough. We are so great full for everything and will always recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a nursery setting! Thank you.

My son currently attends Highgate Day Nursery Handsworth in the baby room. The girls in the room are absolutely fantastic and very informative. They also make me feel very at ease when dropping my son off when he gets upset. The management is also brilliant and keeps you up to date with stuff happening
in the nursery.
Would 100% recommend Highgate to anyone.

My child has been going to Highgate for a few months now and he has come on massively in his development.
