Grove Hall Nursery

My daughter has had an amazing at this nursery and has been there ever since she was about 1 year old. She is now heading off to primary school and is very excited. The GH team have helped her develop into a very independant little lady, with lots of confidence.

The staff are friendly, understanding and very knowledgeable. I'm lucky that my youngest is still there and we get to still have the team and part of our lives.

The staff prepared her well for school. She came out of nursery able to write the alphabet and can articulate her thoughts well. The staff took teaching seriously and nursery time wasn't just all play and no learning.

Grove Hall has been a big part of our lives and has meant our little girl has thrived, is happy and confident. Teachers are loving and the nursery provides an excellent environment of care and learning.

Our daughter has been at the nursery from age 2 to 4, from the toddler room through to preschool, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

She has absolutely loved her time there, and it's been amazing watching her grow in confidence and independence. The team genuinely knows her, cares about her, and has always made her feel so loved and comfortable.

One of the things we've loved most is how much they do with the children. She's had tennis and sports clubs, dancing classes, lots of arts & crafts, trips to the park and grocery store, and Thursday library visits. We love that they get out into the local community and have so many different experiences.

It feels genuinely emotional to be leaving after two years. She's made lovely friendships, learned so much, had so much fun, and has always been incredibly happy there. We're so grateful to everyone who has looked after her and would recommend the nursery in a heartbeat!

We also love that there is an onsite kitchen with fresh food cooked daily so the children get 2 hot meals there a day.

This nursery is highly recommended.

Grove Hall have looked after my babies since June 2022 and they are absolutely fantastic. The staff are like a family and we've sent our youngest there too from September 2023. Both have flourished, Team Grove!

Both my daughter and now my son have attended Grove Hall. We have been very happy with the nursery. The staff is its real forte. They are very kind and nurturing and we have felt very lucky to have a nursery which is like a home from home for our kids. The facilities are also good and the kids all seem very happy.

Our daughter is so happy at Grove Hall. The staff are lovely, thorough and the atmosphere is relaxed and happy. The nursery itself is bright and interesting and the approach from the staff is flexible (eg. on days attended, food provided, structure of the day, etc). I feel very confident and comfortable leaving my daughter there 5 days a week for long hours as she is so happy and relaxed. Thank you, Grove Hall!

My daughter has been in this nursery for nearly 3 years and we couldn't have been happier. She is cared for in a very loving way, is learning very fast - very advanced for her age - but what I believe to be the most important - how well they teach the kids great social skills.

This is a very good nursery. My daughter has been happy there since she started 2.5 years ago, thanks to the caring staff. The kids are offered lots of activities including yoga, music, sport and cooking! The opening hours are also very convenient for working parents.

Since starting at Grove Hall my son has settled in well and enjoys his time here. The staff are welcoming and pro-active, and my son enjoys the activities and playing with the other children.

Grove Hall is a very well managed nursery. We have been very happy with the way in which our son is looked after. The nursery staff are keen to understand our son's routine so they can help him settled in well. We enjoy seeing his daily activities report when we pick him up and it helps to understand his behaviour (e.g. If he only took a short nap). The best thing about Grove Hall are the nursery staff, they are so gentle and caring and it is lovely to see that they have really bonded with our son.

The staff are very caring and nurturing. They are very engaging with the children who are all extremely happy in their environment. The range of activities is diverse and the children are stimulated and enjoy learning through play. I have had 2 children at Grove Hall over the past 6 years and I am very happy with all aspects of care.

They are also open long hours and hardly ever closed during the year. An ultimate solution for working parents. My son attended from 13 months - 4 years and my daughter started aged 7 months. We love it.

Grove Hall is an excellent nursery. The staff are very caring. I knew my son would get cuddles and attention whenever he needed them. At the same time, they give him space to develop his own interests. As a result, he is a confident, secure and sociable little boy. The nursery put a lot of effort into engaging with parents, putting on special events for parents and children. This adds to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
