Providing childcare and nursery schooling for children between the ages of six months and five years, Bright Horizons Oldshoreham Day Nursery and Preschool offers a rich learning environment where children can flourish and develop by learning through play. The nursery takes a child-centred approach which promotes creativity, individuality and self-confidence in the children.

With large, bright play rooms equipped with age-appropriate toys and resources, children can participate in a range of activities which enhance their learning, while following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The nursery also offers an exciting outdoor space where children can play safely and further their learning.

Staff at the nursery are highly knowledgeable in child development, with experience ranging from graduates and early year professionals to trainees with life experience. Parents are kept up to date with their child’s progress at the nursery through written feedback and regular meetings with their child’s Key Person, who is responsible for their development.

We absolutely love LittleSaurus Nursery in Shoreham!! Everything about it is wonderful and our little boy loves it there.
It's big and spacious with a huge garden. It's amazingly clean all the time and the staff are fantastic.
We often ask for an extra day every few weeks and they are so accommodating
at a moments notice.
Our little one is always happy to be dropped off there and a big smile on his face when we pick him up.
We would recommend the nursery a million times over we love it. Quite frankly we can't understand why people go elsewhere!!
Keep up the great work LittleSaurus.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this nusery and have nothing but positive things to say about it. From the moment we went to view Littlesaurus both myself and my husband felt all our worries and concerns fall away and we felt excited that we had found the perfect fit for our family.
The facilities and space are outstanding but the whole place has a warm feel to it. The attention to detail from photos of the children's family on the wall to help them settle to allowing the children to become independent by having a free flow system where they can choose to play outside or inside and do so safely.
Every member of staff are dedicated to ensuring the kids are happy and they take the time to really get to know your child as an individual. The home cooked food which they make on the premises which my little one tells me is better than mummy makes means you can feel happy in the knowledge they are getting the best nutrition. My boy is very happy!

My son has been attending nursery for over a year now, the staff are amazing, caring and work extremely hard to ensure every child is happy and content. The nursery is very clean, spacious and the garden is massive with different areas for different ages. I particularly like the idea of the webcam which
you can log in and see your child playing. Amazing team which I highly recommend to any parent who is looking to put their child into nursery.

I was nervous about putting my little boy into a new nursery. He had just settled into a lovely nursery in Brighton however due to work commitments we needed to find one in Shoreham. After visiting all of the nurseries in Shoreham, LittleSaurus was by far the best.
Clean, organised, structured and
well managed whilst creating a stimulating environment that allows children to learn and have fun. The facilities are fantastic and the staff are outstanding. Given that this was my first child (he is now 18 months) I really wasn't sure what to expect. My expectations were only based on the nursery in Brighton and before even visiting LittleSaurus I thought our old nursery in Brighton was the best in Sussex, how wrong I was! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending LittleSaurus to anyone. The day my little boy goes off to school and no longer attends LittleSaurus will be a very sad day.

Our son has been attending LittleSaurus for 7 months now and we are very pleased with the care, communication and the great learning environment provided.
All staff are interested in our son and have made a big effort to get to know him and us. His key worker is amazing and caring, knowledgable and
provides brilliant daily feedback and assessment feedback. Any questions we have had, have been answered professionally with great knowledge and speed. Thank you.

My first impression of the nursery was clean, great outside space and happy children. But the one thing that I think makes this nursery stand out is the staff. I can't sing their praises enough. They work extremely hard and always with a smile. Nothing is too much bother and they are always accommodating.
I am a freelancer so sometimes have to work extra days & the nursery is always able to look after both of my children at the drop of a hat, something that is a huge plus point for me. The staff always integrate my children's personal development & interests into the day too which is important to me. The systems in place make the nursery run like clockwork. Although it is an institution that is part of a larger chain it doesn't feel like it. The relationship between the team, children and parents is very personal. Like all nursery's it's expensive, but I wouldn't be happier with my children anywhere else. They're happy, polite, confident, clean & well fed here. I couldn't ask for more.

My daughter has been going to LittleSaurus since she was 9 months old and we could not be happier with the service LittleSaurus has provided.
From day one, her key workers have provided a very happy environment for her, along with all the staff and she has flourished in all aspects in the time that
she has been there.
We chose LittleSaurus over other local nurseries because of the fantastic outside space and facilities, but the real stars are the staff who work here.
All the staff seem genuinely happy to be there and provide a fun environment in which the children can develop.
Food is cooked fresh and the chef is some sort of magician in getting the kids to eat everything.
Nobody could ever say that sending a child to nursery is cheap, but I do feel that you get what you pay for and feel we have had value for money.
My little one will be going to School in September and LittleSaurus have provided her with the perfect start in her learning life.
We have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

Outstanding nursery. We are very happy with our child's development.
Child comes back home very happy and chatty.
Since moved down to two's his language has improved significantly as well.
Staff is lovely and friendly, he rarely cries when dropped off.
Overall - we couldn't ask for a better
nursery for our boy.

My daughter has been going to LittleSaurus since she was 7 months old (and is now nearly 3). There has not been one day where she has not walked in really looking forward to her day.


I can't speak more highly of the team at the Nursery. Every single one of the team care and I feel always acts in

the best interest of our daughter. They instil really important values and behaviours support and encouragement with a flexible approach.


They have a great structure and routine and right from an early age encourage, gently, learning of keys skills. They also have a fantastic, big garden and they always get the children outside for some fresh air wherever they possibly can- a huge plus for me.


The manager is brilliant, as is the deputy as well as the rest of the team. They always know about the children and how their days have been- and I feel 100% happy with her development, attention and care she gets at the nursery. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.
