Tiny Toes has been absolutely wonderful for our family. As a parent of a child with Down syndrome, finding a setting where my child feels truly supported, understood and encouraged was incredibly important to us. The team at Tiny Toes go above and beyond every single day to nurture his development and
ensure he feels included and valued.
They take the time to understand his individual needs and work so hard to help him grow in confidence, communication and independence. The staff are patient, caring and genuinely invested in his progress. It's clear they don't just see it as a job - they truly care.
The extra miles they go to adapt activities, celebrate his achievements and support his development have meant so much to our family. Watching him thrive in such a positive and nurturing environment has been amazing.
I highly recommend Tiny Toes Day Nursery we are incredibly grateful for their dedication and kindness.

Tiny Toes has been very helpful for my child's development. The activities are engaging, and I've noticed real progress since we started. It feels like a trustworthy resource for parents looking to support their little ones in a meaningful way.

Lovely setting, garden could be better if there were trees and soil/grass but that is only my opinion as I believe it is better for children's development to engage with a natural setting.
The place always looks clean when I visit and there are some additional touches which I love such as the bowl
of fruits by the entrance were children can help themselves to whatever they fancy and the library corner where you can borrow books.
However, there are things which could improve such as the fact that items become misplaced often (eventually found but after few days) and I can understand how that is difficult to manage as children leave their belongings anywhere and everywhere; some staff could use with more training/exposure maybe as they do not seem to know how to distract a child that is upset when being brought to nursery and I believe that happens quite often therefore a valuable skill.
Handovers could also be more structured rather than a general summary of "a good/not so good day"

My baby girl started at tiny toes in September of this year and I was so apprehensive about leaving her only being nine months old.
I have to say I could not be happier with the care love and attention that every member of staff gives to each child. this placed me at ease and I could not recommend
this nursery enough. I tell everybody about how content she is and all of the staff that are so happy friendly and welcoming.
The activities that the children do are amazing and nothing like I would be able to provide at home if you're considering this nursery I would strongly suggest going viewing it as I know you would fall in love just like I did

We absolutely love Tiny Toes, our son is thriving in his class and it's amazing seeing how much all the staff love him. Every member of staff is friendly, say hello in the corridor and many will call our son by name even though they aren't in his class.
We are kept updated on how much food and sleep
he's had and are called straight away if he's poorly.

My granddaughters love attending the nursery. They have a lovely varied day to suit their pace and have lots of educational learning as well as peer group learning. The staff are very attentive to the children even though at times particularly dropping children off and collecting them is somewhat busy,
however staff always seem to manage these busy times. The girls have developed a strong bond with the nursery staff and occasionally it is a slow process to take the girls home. It is a lovely nursery and suits the girls well.

This is our second child to attend Tiny Toes Lordshill. Our eldest was here eight years ago in the older rooms, and it's wonderful to see that the nursery is still offering the same high standard of care.
From our first enquiry about childcare right through to the first day, the experience has been
excellent. The staff consistently go above and beyond - always friendly, supportive, and willing to answer any question, big or small.
The only area that could be improved is the recording on the app, as we're occasionally unsure whether water or a second bottle has been given.
The food options are varied and encourage children to try a diverse range of flavours.
Overall, the care is exceptional, and the flexible hours are ideal for busy working parents. I would highly recommend Tiny Toes to any family.

When I wanted to book and extra ad-hoc morning in addition to our regular hours due to a dentist appointment the staff were only too happy to help. It was a really simple and easy process. Would do this again if needed.

Since our child started in 2024, we and they have loved it there. The rooms and staff have been brilliant, they have a big range of resources and the staff have fantastic ideas for learning and developing the children. Their creativity has no bounds and we are always amazed at the different and exciting
ways they engage the children on every topic. The staff genuinely care for the safety and wellbeing of my child as well as the management having high expectations of health, safety and development of all children. We have experienced many nurseries over the years with another child also and Tiny Toes has been the best by far in all aspects.

It's been almost 3 months since my daughter started attending Tiny toes.
She had a difficult first few weeks and is at the stage when separation anxiety hits the most, however staff deals with it brilliantly to make sure she settles in!
She is happy, getting confident with her eating and gets to explore
a variety of activities supporting her development.
Nursery setting is beautiful, clean, spacious and safe, I recommended this nursery to a few of my friends as well as children are definitely in good hands at Tiny toes.

My child has been going to tiny toes since she was 10 months old , she has made her way though the room is the nursery and has loved every room , she has a good relationship with all the staff , the staff are always happy to see her in the morning and ask if she has been ok and a hand over about what
is has been doing in person or by the app, my child loves talking about what is has been doing in the day and what food she has had in that day , she loves going in to nursery and pick fruit from the fruit basket in reception on her way in / out

Tiny Toes Day Nursery Lordshill is a great nursery!
The management team truly sets the tone, they're always so positive, approachable, and genuinely interested in every child's wellbeing and development. It's clear they know each child as an individual, and that personal touch makes such a difference.
What
stands out most is how supportive they are, not just with the children but with parents too. They're always ready to listen, offer guidance, and celebrate the children!
It's always reassuring that my child comes home happy and having had a fun day while I have to work!
The whole environment is warm, welcoming and full of life.

My little boy is new to the nursery
and doesn't speak yet, but the girls have been so supportive and understanding, helping him settle in with patience and kindness. I can truly see that he is well cared for and happy there. I fully recommend Tiny Toes to any parent looking for a loving and professional nursery environment. Huge thank you .

Would like to praise Rachel for her support with my son. Rachel always helps with settling him in the morning, as at times he can find this difficult. I often miss her on handover in the evening, and Rachel makes sure to send me a detailed handover using the app.
Thank you, Rachel for supporting my
son and ensuring he is settled and happy.

As a parent, finding the right nursery for my child was one of the most important decisions I've had to make, and I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the very first day, the staff at have been warm, caring, and incredibly professional. My child has settled in so quickly thanks
to the nurturing environment and the genuine attention every member of the team gives. The communication is excellent too, we receive regular updates, photos, and an in-depth handovers upon each pickup. It's clear the staff truly care about each child's wellbeing and individual needs. Thank you!

Our son has been attending this nursery for just a month, but we're already so happy with our experience. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm and nurturing environment that helped our little one settle in surprisingly quickly. His main carer, Richelle is absolutely amazing -
she's patient, caring, and truly attentive to every detail. It's clear that she genuinely loves working with children, and our son already feels very comfortable and happy in her care. Even in such a short time, we've noticed positive changes in his confidence and social skills. We feel very reassured knowing he's in such good hands. Highly recommend!

I was looking for about 3 months or even more to catch space for my son. When I saw an advert of Tiny Toes why not to try. For following next day or even same day I get phone call if i would like to have look around with my son and reserve space if we would like it. To be honest this is the best day
care which I could choose for my son even I can see he is happy staying there and he gets used to them really quickly. Even on first day when you just coming in you feel they are safe and feeling like in home. If I would need to refer to any parents a day care this is the one which I would send them to.
