Tiny Toes Day Nursery (Shirley)

We are very happy of how the team has been taking care of K. They are amazing! I will never forget the support they gave us during the early days when we first put him to Tiny Toes. It was difficult for us first time parents but it was also unsettling for K. With the help of the team, K slowly adjusted. Now, he has developed a lot and never cries when we leave him with the team. It makes us feel reassured that K is enjoying the nursery and in good hands. They are also very responsive when we have clarifications using the app. We truly made the best decision of choosing Tiny Toes.

Tiny Toes is great and I feel at ease when she is at nursery and all the staff have been wonderful especially Amellia, Barbara, Jade and Molly.

Since moving into the Pandas room my child has become more confident and she adores spending time with carers and loves when she is outside exploring the fantastic garden area.

Amellia has been fantastic and most definitely a main person that F will responds well to. Amellia provides fantastic handovers and photos of F and her day.

Barbara has been a wonderful key person in F's Tiny Toes journey and she always provides us with great handovers and wonderful photos of F's day. F loves going to Barbara at drop off and doesn't always want to leave Barbara at collection.

Jade has been a fantastic support to our family and F is very lucky to have her as a key person.

Molly has been supportive to our family and no query seems to hard whether it's big or small. Molly will help and respond with ease to those queries. F loves cuddles with Molly.

Tiny Toes has been such a wonderful support for my son's development. The activities are fun, engaging, and age-appropriate, and I've noticed such a positive difference in him since he started. A special thank you to Dan for his kindness, patience, and support. It's reassuring to know he is in such a caring and supportive environment. I would definitely recommend Tiny Toes to other parents!

I always recommend Tiny Toes to my friends and everyone that I know is in search of nursery for their little ones, they offer everything a parent could ask for!

A huge thank you to all of the ladies in Koalas. Since moving into the room, N has absolutely thrived. Her confidence and independence have grown so much, she's achieved so many milestones, and it's clear how much time and care you put into helping every child develop. N genuinely looks forward to coming to nursery every day to see her friends and all of the wonderful staff. We are so grateful for everything you!

My son has entered the phase of not wanting to be left in the nursery. This has been a very difficult time where I try to find ways to help him settle. Every single time, the nursery staff has been very accommodating especially Kate, Claire, Ellie, Molly, Dan and former staff Nikki who would go lengths to make him at ease and to comfort him whenever I leave. He will settle easily once he sees the same people and this helps me put my worries behind.

When he started here would also always go to Layla and Molly who he adores so much.

When I was scouting for nurseries, I knew right away that this was "the one"- and I was completely right!

What can I say-you are amazing. The smiles and energy you bring to parents-and above all, to the children-are truly wonderful. I love seeing my son walk in and out of the room with a smile and curiosity in his eyes; I know right away he's had a good day. Keep it up, girls-you're doing a fantastic job, and I love you for it.

L the graduation was amaizing. So well organised and thought of everything. Well done to all the staff it was amaizing. The children love going to nursery and nursery accommodate there needs daily. Any issues I raise are responded to by all the staff and my issue raised is dealt with, nothing serious, mainly use of aprons during messy play. My youngest grand child is getting a little bored in her year group, she is quite advanced with her learning and skill base for her age. Staff, when safe to do so will allow my grandchild to stay in the next group up. This action is so helpful and full of new stimulations and challenges enabling my grandchild to stretch her skills.

Mila has just completed her first term in the cubs room and we couldn't be happier with how well she is settling and how lovely all the staff have been! She is really cared for and especially loves the morning when the good morning song is sung to her when arriving! Thank you to the cubs room!

We are very grateful for the wonderful care our daughter receives at the nursery. She struggled a little initially while settling in, but the staff were incredibly patient, supportive, and cooperative in helping her adjust. Thanks to their care and understanding, she is now happy and well settled. The team is warm and attentive, and the handovers at the end of the day are always helpful and reassuring. We truly appreciate all the effort they put into caring for the children.

I would like to say a big thank you for all working at Tiny Toes in particular a big appreciation for Ellie, Rachel and Sabika for the great handover and feedback at the end of the my daughter day. I can definitely see her getting more comfortable, confident and happier since coming to nursery.

Tiny Toes has been very helpful for my child's development. The activities are engaging, and I've noticed real progress since we started. It feels like a trustworthy resource for parents looking to support their little ones in a meaningful way.

Handovers could also be more structured rather than a general summary of "a good/not so good day"

As a parent, finding the right nursery for my child was one of the most important decisions I've had to make, and I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the very first day, the staff at have been warm, caring, and incredibly professional. My child has settled in so quickly thanks to the nurturing environment and the genuine attention every member of the team gives. The communication is excellent too, we receive regular updates, photos, and an in-depth handovers upon each pickup. It's clear the staff truly care about each child's wellbeing and individual needs. Our son has been attending this nursery for just a month, but we're already so happy with our experience. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm and nurturing environment that helped our little one settle in surprisingly quickly. His main carer, Richelle is absolutely amazing - she's patient, caring, and truly attentive to every detail. It's clear that she genuinely loves working with children, and our son already feels very comfortable and happy in her care. Even in such a short time, we've noticed positive changes in his confidence and social skills. We feel very reassured knowing he's in such good hands. Highly recommend!

I was looking for about 3 months or even more to catch space for my son. When I saw an advert of Tiny Toes why not to try. For following next day or even same day I get phone call if i would like to have look around with my son and reserve space if we would like it. To be honest this is the best day care which I could choose for my son even I can see he is happy staying there and he gets used to them really quickly. Even on first day when you just coming in you feel they are safe and feeling like in home. If I would need to refer to any parents a day care this is the one which I would send them to.

Everyone at Tiny toes has been so patient with me and my incessant need for information. Many thanks to Molly who always answers my questions kindly and seems to know whats going on with every child every day, to Caira and Rochelle for always giving detailed handovers to me. Caira always has time to give me extra info and in such detail you can tell she really pays attention to and knows every child. Thank you all in the cubs/koalas room for making my return to work so easy and for helping A thrive, and to the chef for all her hard work making amazing meals for so many every day.
