Mila has just completed her first term in the cubs room and we couldn't be happier with how well she is settling and how lovely all the staff have been! She is really cared for and especially loves the morning when the good morning song is sung to her when arriving! Thank you to the cubs room!
The nursery has been fantastic and my child loves to attend. All the staff are very warm and welcoming and no concern or question is a problem for them.
We are very grateful for the wonderful care our daughter receives at the nursery. She struggled a little initially while settling in, but the staff were incredibly patient, supportive, and cooperative in helping her adjust. Thanks to their care and understanding, she is now happy and well settled. The team is warm and attentive, and the handovers at the end of the day are always helpful and reassuring. We truly appreciate all the effort they put into caring for the children.
I would like to say a big thank you for all working at Tiny Toes in particular a big appreciation for Ellie, Rachel and Sabika for the great handover and feedback at the end of the my daughter day. I can definitely see her getting more comfortable, confident and happier since coming to nursery.
Tiny Toes has been very helpful for my child's development. The activities are engaging, and I've noticed real progress since we started. It feels like a trustworthy resource for parents looking to support their little ones in a meaningful way.
The place always looks clean when I visit and there are some additional touches which I love such as the bowl of fruits by the entrance were children can help themselves to whatever they fancy and the library corner where you can borrow books.
However, there are things which could improve such as the fact that items become misplaced often (eventually found but after few days) and I can understand how that is difficult to manage as children leave their belongings anywhere and everywhere; some staff could use with more training/exposure maybe as they do not seem to know how to distract a child that is upset when being brought to nursery and I believe that happens quite often therefore a valuable skill.
Handovers could also be more structured rather than a general summary of "a good/not so good day"
My granddaughters love attending the nursery. They have a lovely varied day to suit their pace and have lots of educational learning as well as peer group learning. The staff are very attentive to the children even though at times particularly dropping children off and collecting them is somewhat busy, however staff always seem to manage these busy times. The girls have developed a strong bond with the nursery staff and occasionally it is a slow process to take the girls home. It is a lovely nursery and suits the girls well.
She had a difficult first few weeks and is at the stage when separation anxiety hits the most, however staff deals with it brilliantly to make sure she settles in!
She is happy, getting confident with her eating and gets to explore a variety of activities supporting her development.
Nursery setting is beautiful, clean, spacious and safe, I recommended this nursery to a few of my friends as well as children are definitely in good hands at Tiny toes.
We couldn't be happier truly a fantastic nursery with a wonderful team!
Thank you, Rachel for supporting my son and ensuring he is settled and happy.
Thank you for your kind words. We are thrilled that your son is having such a positive experience at nursery with one of our fantastic members of staff.
As a parent, finding the right nursery for my child was one of the most important decisions I've had to make, and I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the very first day, the staff at have been warm, caring, and incredibly professional. My child has settled in so quickly thanks to the nurturing environment and the genuine attention every member of the team gives. The communication is excellent too, we receive regular updates, photos, and an in-depth handovers upon each pickup. It's clear the staff truly care about each child's wellbeing and individual needs. Thank you!
Thank you, your feedback means a lot to us! We appreciate you taking the time to write this review.
Our son has been attending this nursery for just a month, but we're already so happy with our experience. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm and nurturing environment that helped our little one settle in surprisingly quickly. His main carer, Richelle is absolutely amazing - she's patient, caring, and truly attentive to every detail. It's clear that she genuinely loves working with children, and our son already feels very comfortable and happy in her care. Even in such a short time, we've noticed positive changes in his confidence and social skills. We feel very reassured knowing he's in such good hands. Highly recommend!
I was looking for about 3 months or even more to catch space for my son. When I saw an advert of Tiny Toes why not to try. For following next day or even same day I get phone call if i would like to have look around with my son and reserve space if we would like it. To be honest this is the best day care which I could choose for my son even I can see he is happy staying there and he gets used to them really quickly. Even on first day when you just coming in you feel they are safe and feeling like in home. If I would need to refer to any parents a day care this is the one which I would send them to.
Everyone at Tiny toes has been so patient with me and my incessant need for information. Many thanks to Molly who always answers my questions kindly and seems to know whats going on with every child every day, to Caira and Rochelle for always giving detailed handovers to me. Caira always has time to give me extra info and in such detail you can tell she really pays attention to and knows every child. Thank you all in the cubs/koalas room for making my return to work so easy and for helping A thrive, and to the chef for all her hard work making amazing meals for so many every day.
The staff have always gone above and beyond. Management are always on hand if needed. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery from quite young, his brains amazing. From new songs to cooking and the outdoor play space is brilliant. I'm kept up to date with news and upcoming events and changes etc which helpful. The online app is an added bonus from toilet visits to what he's eaten throughout the day. I do feel more specific activities could be done on a daily basis and records of this for parents e.g pics?
Cleanliness is always 10/10 they take great pride in this.
A big thing for me has always been leaving my child/children in someone else's
care. From the very first day my sons started I've been reassured, heard and understood which is hugely comforting because I never have any worries or concerns.
Thank you to Tony toes :)

My name is Diana, and I am honoured to lead the wonderful team here at Tiny Toes. With over 15 years of experience in the childcare field, my journey began as a childminder, where I ran a successful personal business for many fulfilling years.
Throughout my career, I've dedicated myself to continuous learning and professional growth. I hold a Diploma in Childcare, a Foundation Degree in Early Years, and a first-class BA (Hons) degree in Education. My passion for supporting children's development led me to become a Special Educational Needs Coordinator, ensuring that every child receives the tailored care they deserve. Transitioning into management over a decade ago, I've had the privilege of overseeing early years settings with a focus on excellence. With four Ofsted inspections under my belt, I'm proud to say that two were graded Good and two were graded Outstanding, reflecting our commitment to quality and care. At the heart of my work is a deep-seated belief in the importance of laying strong foundations for children and nurturing a lifelong love of learning.
I am dedicated to ensuring that every child who walks through our doors at Tiny Toes has the opportunity to flourish and thrive. As a manager, I hold the values of Tiny Toes in high regard, and I am passionate about supporting my team to deliver the very best care possible. Every child, family, and staff member are valued and cherished, and I am committed to creating a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels like a part of our incredible Tiny Toes family.
Hello, I'm Molly, the Deputy Manager at our Warren Avenue setting, and I have a strong passion for early years education. I am deeply committed to creating a nurturing, fun, and supportive environment for both children and their families. My goal is to ensure every child and parents/carers' nursery experience is a smooth and joyful journey, where they feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. I began my career in my early years as an apprentice, and through dedication and a love for child development, I have worked my way through my qualifications to reach my current role. Since joining Tiny Toes just under a year ago, I’ve enjoyed building meaningful relationships with our children and their families, and I look forward to continuing to support their growth and development in the years ahead.
