They take the time to understand his individual needs and work so hard to help him grow in confidence, communication and independence. The staff are patient, caring and genuinely invested in his progress. It's clear they don't just see it as a job - they truly care.
The extra miles they go to adapt activities, celebrate his achievements and support his development have meant so much to our family. Watching him thrive in such a positive and nurturing environment has been amazing.
I highly recommend Tiny Toes Day Nursery we are incredibly grateful for their dedication and kindness.
I have to say I could not be happier with the care love and attention that every member of staff gives to each child. this placed me at ease and I could not recommend this nursery enough. I tell everybody about how content she is and all of the staff that are so happy friendly and welcoming.
The activities that the children do are amazing and nothing like I would be able to provide at home if you're considering this nursery I would strongly suggest going viewing it as I know you would fall in love just like I did
We are kept updated on how much food and sleep he's had and are called straight away if he's poorly.
From our first enquiry about childcare right through to the first day, the experience has been excellent. The staff consistently go above and beyond - always friendly, supportive, and willing to answer any question, big or small.
The only area that could be improved is the recording on the app, as we're occasionally unsure whether water or a second bottle has been given.
The food options are varied and encourage children to try a diverse range of flavours.
Overall, the care is exceptional, and the flexible hours are ideal for busy working parents. I would highly recommend Tiny Toes to any family.
My daughter loves this nursery, staff are all really friendly and helpful. She's built lovely relationships with staff and other children. She's always happy when I pick her up and loves playing in the garden,
When I wanted to book and extra ad-hoc morning in addition to our regular hours due to a dentist appointment the staff were only too happy to help. It was a really simple and easy process. Would do this again if needed.
Since our child started in 2024, we and they have loved it there. The rooms and staff have been brilliant, they have a big range of resources and the staff have fantastic ideas for learning and developing the children. Their creativity has no bounds and we are always amazed at the different and exciting ways they engage the children on every topic. The staff genuinely care for the safety and wellbeing of my child as well as the management having high expectations of health, safety and development of all children. We have experienced many nurseries over the years with another child also and Tiny Toes has been the best by far in all aspects.
My child has been going to tiny toes since she was 10 months old , she has made her way though the room is the nursery and has loved every room , she has a good relationship with all the staff , the staff are always happy to see her in the morning and ask if she has been ok and a hand over about what is has been doing in person or by the app, my child loves talking about what is has been doing in the day and what food she has had in that day , she loves going in to nursery and pick fruit from the fruit basket in reception on her way in / out
The management team truly sets the tone, they're always so positive, approachable, and genuinely interested in every child's wellbeing and development. It's clear they know each child as an individual, and that personal touch makes such a difference.
What stands out most is how supportive they are, not just with the children but with parents too. They're always ready to listen, offer guidance, and celebrate the children!
It's always reassuring that my child comes home happy and having had a fun day while I have to work!
The whole environment is warm, welcoming and full of life.
My little boy is new to the nursery and doesn't speak yet, but the girls have been so supportive and understanding, helping him settle in with patience and kindness. I can truly see that he is well cared for and happy there. I fully recommend Tiny Toes to any parent looking for a loving and professional nursery environment. Huge thank you .
Our son went to Tiny Toes once a week for a good few months. Overall he had a very good experience with the girls, he enjoyed his time and the one-to-one attention he had from some of the girls was tremendous and we really appreciated that. Our son wasn't too sure leaving mummy in the mornings but two staff members in particular were a great help with him giving him the support he needed. He was always smiley leaving and thoroughly enjoyed his time there.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are very grateful for all the feedback that we receive. Our staff care very much about their work, and for each of the children in their care. Our team appreciate your comments.
The app is great however sometimes we don't get updates of what my daughter is doing during the day. And not everything is uploaded on the app(what she's eaten, nappy changes, toilet trips).
Overall though it's an amazing nursery and I will also be sending my son there too.
Thank you, we really appreciate you taking the time to review our nursery. The team put in a lot of effort, and we thank you for your support.

My name is Leanne Murrey, and I have over 15 years of experience working in Early Years. I began my journey in childcare by completing a Level 3 apprenticeship, which sparked my passion for supporting young children in their development.
As my interest and knowledge grew, I went on to complete further qualifications, including:
· Level 2 in Supporting Children with Challenging Behaviour
· Level 5 in Early Years Education and Management
I’m now proudly working towards achieving my Level 6 qualification in Early Years alongside a course in Child Psychology, as I’m always looking to deepen my understanding of how children learn and grow.
Hi I’m Kate, the Deputy Manager at Tiny Toes Day Nursery, Lordshill, where I started in January 2025. My journey in childcare began over 20 years ago when I completed my Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education. Since then, working with children has been a significant part of my life, and I have embraced each challenge with enthusiasm. I truly believe that every child is unique, and supporting their development is both a privilege and a joy.
In 2020, I furthered my expertise by completing my Level 3 SENCO qualification, enabling me to provide specialised support for children with additional needs. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible families and watching their children flourish in a nurturing environment.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my own family, whether it’s gaming together or enjoying football.
