The food she is given is varied and nutritious and I love that they all sit at little tables and chairs to eat even in the baby room. Her independence has come on leaps and bounds including her ability to use cutlery!
The nursery staff even organises events for parents to meet and recently did a little Christmas show which involved even the babies. We're so lucky we found this nursery and I couldn't recommend it more. Thank you for everything you do.

was the bilingual aspect of the nursery, being the lone French speaker at home. The key persons (and the nursery staff as a whole) have honestly over-delivered on that point, providing a solid source of French in their lives and really developing their skills. It is not rare for me to discover that my kid has learned new words which do not come from me. And they typically learn words and concepts in both languages simultaneously thanks to the morning/afternoon activities.

The staff have been nothing short of phenomenal at every stage of her development, we have felt that she is genuinely cared for and nothing is more important than that! The opportunities afforded to her, be that singing, dancing, reading, creative play, are just awe inspiring. Finally 2 things that are very important to me are food and languages and she is supremely well taken care of in both! The fact she eats almost everything we put in front of her, is in no small way thanks to the wonderful range of food she gets at nursery. The fact that I get some sentences with German, French and English words thrown in makes me very happy indeed.

There is a lot of time taken to give personal and in-person feedback on each child at the end of the day, which gives parents a lot of reassurance in how their child is growing, learning and living with their peers. There was a lot of room for indoor activities but also outdoor play and the children were taken out to the local park nearby regularly (in good weather). Communication was always swift and easy, and every effort was made to make us feel welcome straight from the start. We are very grateful to everyone at Raphael Nursery for their care and dedication.

always been incredibly kind, caring, and professional. The French learning was simply an extra benefit for us, as our family is Brazilian, but what a wonderful surprise it turned out to be! Even without any French exposure at home, our daughter now sings, counts, and understands basic French words. It's been a beautiful and unexpected gift.

lovely friendships with many of them. The activities were diverse and interesting, she enjoyed outings and lovely events such as Sports Day and she loved the food! As English-speaking parents we were delighted with how her French understanding and speech developed, and we saw her grow so much in confidence and ability in all areas during her time there. We always felt that she was in safe hands at Raphael - even at the start when she took a week or two to settle, and were pleased with how we were kept informed about her progress and what she had been up to. We would highly recommend!

Having a Chez onsite was a big plus for us - It was so important to us.
The nursery was clean with enough light and an outdoor space and well secured - which for central London we found was amazing.
Would put our son to the same nursery without hesitation if we had to do it again.

In terms of follow-ups, an app is used on a daily basis to inform parents on their child's activities. A meeting is organised every quarter. It is a good occasion to ask all questions and better understand what are the next steps for your child. However, the Manager and her deputy are more than available to have a chat with you!
