She has grown in confidence, independence, and curiosity thanks to the stimulating, creative activities and the nurturing atmosphere the team create every day. Communication is excellent, management are caring and fabulous, and I always feel she is in the safest, kindest hands.

There was a lot of room for indoor activities but also outdoor play and the children were taken out to the local park nearby regularly (in good weather). Communication was always swift and easy, and every effort was made to make us feel welcome straight from the start. We are very grateful to everyone at Raphael Nursery for their care and dedication.

always been incredibly kind, caring, and professional. The French learning was simply an extra benefit for us, as our family is Brazilian, but what a wonderful surprise it turned out to be! Even without any French exposure at home, our daughter now sings, counts, and understands basic French words. It's been a beautiful and unexpected gift.

We always felt that she was in safe hands at Raphael - even at the start when she took a week or two to settle, and were pleased with how we were kept informed about her progress and what she had been up to. He's grown so much since starting- he learned to eat on his own, discovered a love for singing, picked up loads of new words, and learned to share. He always ran happily to his lovely teachers, and the rest of the staff, who were all so kind. Unfortunately, we had to switch nurseries recently, due to location, and it was such a hard choice-we still miss them so much. Even our son keeps asking for them, and we visit whenever we can. If they ever open a nursery near us, we'd go back straight away!

We have no question that our daughter is incredibly well looked after as she asks us every morning "Shall we go to nursery?".
She has made wonderful friends with the children and educators alike, and her skills have progressed in leaps and bounds - she constantly surprises us with things she has learned!
