(and always do receive) such a lovely welcome from the nursery owners and all of the staff, and that has remained the case for the past 18 months. Our Son is suspected autistic, but this hasn't been an issue at nursery all. In fact, we are continually blown away by the effort that all of the staff put in to help meet his needs, not only in his day-to-day attendance but also with the steps that we need to take in order to get him ready for school, whether it be paperwork or understandable explanations about the process. A wonderful nursery through and through!

The staff are very thorough with ensuring the kids have everything they need, for example sun cream in the summer and wet suits/snow suits, and work so hard to ensure everyone okay and well looked after. The communication via the app they use, as well as updates upon drop off and pick up is fantastic, they really take notice and are always updating us throughout the day. I will always recommend this nursery and can't thank the staff and owners enough for making this part of parenting so much easier for me, especially as a first time mom! 100% recommend.

with any queries. My son attended for two years, left, but then came back after two weeks in another setting as it just didn't compare to this nursery. They welcomed him with open arms and made sure he settled back into his routine. They offer many different sessions to accommodate any work pattern and even offer breakfast and after school club!! My son is always happy going into nursery and is happy when he comes out, he always says he has had a great day! They're supportive of his toilet training and are happy to support parents too. I highly recommend this nursery! Thank you Precious Times! Keep doing what you're doing!!!

I love the app where I am informed about my sons day including Nappy changes, meal times, activities and my favourite is the photos.
The nursery has had some renovation recently, it is a nice building with a big garden.
The communication is great - we receive newsletters and also memos including homework and next steps.
I'm overall very happy with my experience as a parent of this nursery.

nurseries I viewed, it's like a home from home. My favourite thing about Precious Times (other than the amazing staff!) is the constant updates throughout the day, from what he's eaten, things he's said to what's he's been making and playing with. I also absolutely adore the artwork that comes home with him! Handprints, footprints, little scribbles and painting! I keep every single thing and it makes my day when he comes home with a new piece! Precious times make me feel like I'm dropping him to a house full of aunties for the day! They've taught him so much and I'm so so grateful for them every day! They're caring, professional and go above and beyond for your little one ! Second to none.

at this nursery, if I ever have an issue I feel it would be dealt with quickly. On the whole, I think it is a fantastic nursery and run very well. The staff are really family, and really care about the children which speaks volumes.

They put so much effort into engaging the children and involving the parents. It's very reassuring leaving your child somewhere you know they will be cared for properly

Each individual that has been a key worker for my boy has always given thorough updates and he can't stop talking about them when he gets home. It's clear that a lot of time is taken to carefully prepare for what each class does each day to cater to individual needs and interests. They not only teach skills to prepare them for school but enhance their talents/interests... for example, my little boy loves spiders and they often encourage him to go on a bug hunt, capture bugs and even keep some contained in the classroom. They have animals which brings out a caring, compassionate side to children. My little one loves this nursery, I know I made the right choice. P.S FOOD IS AMAZING.
