We can't recommend this nursery enough! Our Son has attended for the past 18 months and he absolutely loves it. When we were initially viewing nurseries, we viewed two others on the same day as Precious Times, and they blew the others out of the water - we just knew this nursery was the one. We received (and always do receive) such a lovely welcome from the nursery owners and all of the staff, and that has remained the case for the past 18 months. Our Son is suspected autistic, but this hasn't been an issue at nursery all. In fact, we are continually blown away by the effort that all of the staff put in to help meet his needs, not only in his day-to-day attendance but also with the steps that we need to take in order to get him ready for school, whether it be paperwork or understandable explanations about the process. A wonderful nursery through and through!

I am so happy to say that my daughter attends this nursery, I am so pleased with how far she's come since joining. Her confidence surprises us daily and I'm so proud of her. I am currently pregnant with my second child and I can't wait for them to attend.

My eldest with possible SEN and not being great at socialising has made such amazing bonds with the staff, and over time since attending this nursery she has become better with her speech and interaction with other children. The staff are very thorough with ensuring the kids have everything they need, for example sun cream in the summer and wet suits/snow suits, and work so hard to ensure everyone okay and well looked after. The communication via the app they use, as well as updates upon drop off and pick up is fantastic, they really take notice and are always updating us throughout the day. I will always recommend this nursery and can't thank the staff and owners enough for making this part of parenting so much easier for me, especially as a first time mom! 100% recommend.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly, my son has been going to the nursery since he was 1 years old. He enjoys going to nursery, whilst he has been there, his speech and development overall has developed really well.

Absolutely love this nursery! Cant recommend it enough! So caring, attentive and they always put the children at the centre of what they do. They are so accommodating and welcoming and the staff go above and beyond. The owners and management are very approachable and will go above and beyond to help with any queries. My son attended for two years, left, but then came back after two weeks in another setting as it just didn't compare to this nursery. They welcomed him with open arms and made sure he settled back into his routine. They offer many different sessions to accommodate any work pattern and even offer breakfast and after school club!! My son is always happy going into nursery and is happy when he comes out, he always says he has had a great day! They're supportive of his toilet training and are happy to support parents too. I highly recommend this nursery! Thank you Precious Times! Keep doing what you're doing!!!

My boys have been with precious times since September and absolutely love it there ! The staff are amazing and the routine and resources on offer are so helpful and fun. They have a great way of communicating with parents throughout the day and making sure that children have the best day ever

I'm overall very happy with my experience as a parent of this nursery.

My little one started nursery at 9 months old, I was extremely anxious but the wonderful staff at Precious times made me feel so at ease ! He's now 18 months old and going to nursery is one of the highlights of his week! He RUNS to that front door and can't wait to start his day! It's not like other nurseries I viewed, it's like a home from home. My favourite thing about Precious Times (other than the amazing staff!) is the constant updates throughout the day, from what he's eaten, things he's said to what's he's been making and playing with. I also absolutely adore the artwork that comes home with him! Handprints, footprints, little scribbles and painting! I keep every single thing and it makes my day when he comes home with a new piece! Precious times make me feel like I'm dropping him to a house full of aunties for the day! They've taught him so much and I'm so so grateful for them every day! They're caring, professional and go above and beyond for your little one ! Second to none.

My little one has attended the nursery for over 12 months now, he was previously with a childminder. The nursery were so welcoming upon visiting, I got a warm homely feeling and just knew that he would be happy here. He has had a few key workers during his time so far including three members of staff. Each individual that has been a key worker for my boy has always given thorough updates and he can't stop talking about them when he gets home. It's clear that a lot of time is taken to carefully prepare for what each class does each day to cater to individual needs and interests. They not only teach skills to prepare them for school but enhance their talents/interests... for example, my little boy loves spiders and they often encourage him to go on a bug hunt, capture bugs and even keep some contained in the classroom. They have animals which brings out a caring, compassionate side to children. My little one loves this nursery, I know I made the right choice. P.S FOOD IS AMAZING.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery, the staff are kind and patient and have taught her so much! We have kept her in this nursery despite it being out of area and have even selected her new school out of area just so she can continue accessing the wrap around care at this wonderful setting. They put so much effort into engaging the children and involving the parents. It's very reassuring leaving your child somewhere you know they will be cared for properly

My son attends precious times day nursery. He has now been going for nearly one year. My son is very happy and comfortable here and often walks into the nursery with a smile on his face. Every time I pick him up he is always full of smiles and says he has had a good day. I feel confident in the staff at this nursery, if I ever have an issue I feel it would be dealt with quickly. On the whole, I think it is a fantastic nursery and run very well. The staff are really family, and really care about the children which speaks volumes.

I was optimistic about leaving him but it's the best thing I done especially with this nursery you get regular updates with what their doing and what they've eaten also how long they've napped ect since started my son has smashed potty training at not even 3 years old yet with help along side the nursery! My son always comes out bubbly excited to share what he's been up too :) overall a brilliant nursery

My son started this Nursey in September 2024 at just 18 months old. I was very sceptical at first due to him being so young, but this Nursey has helped my son develop amazingly! They keep you updated all through the day on what activities they are doing, meals they've eaten etc. The meals they provide are fantastic. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming. My son settled here straight away. Couldn't recommend this Nursey enough!

Overall, I am more satisfied with the progress and care at Precious Times Day Nursery. And I hope this quick summary intrigues other parents to sign their kids up!

At first, the nursery was attentive and helpful. However, the children would come out with soaking wet clothing and even dry poo on my eldest. I removed my child as a member of staff shouted at him and the nursery seemed to just brush it under the carpet. We have now moved to another nursery and it is amazing, can't fault it.

All my children have a specific diet which the nursery facilitates.

My son has been having a good time being there while we are at work. It has made him more engaging and active. The staff are beyond amazing and they care for the children a lot. They also offer a variety of activities for all age groups.

Highly recommended.

A fantastic place to send your child. The care they provide is second to none and my child is always excited to attend and spend time with his carer. His needs are always attended to, and they are always coming up with new and inventive ways to keep the children entertained and occupied. Highly recommend this place.
