The team for the whole nursery have been amazing. From the settling in sessions to the starting days. They are so friendly & helpful, happy to provide updates & contact when there are any queries. They have really put me at ease that my baby is being well cared for & having a great time.

The whole team have made my daughter and myself feel so welcome during her first few weeks at nursery. She loves being with the team and it's so reassuring for me to know she's happy and safe. Great Job everyone

I am so happy that our children attend this nursery. The support, care and range of activities are exceptional, with so much to do both indoors and outdoors. Our eldest talks endlessly about his day, and his happiness and excitement are so lovely to see. He really does come home having had the best day and he learns so much. He just thrives. Our youngest has only just started and has already settled in so well. There is so much for her to do aswell. We feel so lucky that both our children are cared for in such a nurturing, supportive and stimulating environment. Nothing is too much to ask of staff. We feel like each member of staff has genuinely taken the time to know our children - and us - and the care that they receive there is immeasurable. We couldn't recommend this nursery more highly!

Amazing nursery, our son loves it and he has a great day, hes always happy when we pick him up and the staff are friendly and so caring. The garden area is brilliant and my son gets up to so many activities during his day. Would recommend Ducklings Day Nursery to anyone.

Tinkerbell's is a really good nursery in Redditch. The staffs are very friendly and nice. They don't do any racism too. I really like this nursery for my kids. They treat every child like their own and take very good care of them. I will give them a 5 star review

My little boy loves going to nursery, he first started and was hesitant as per usual for a new starter but very quickly he got used to it and excited to go his nursery sessions, the staff/key workers are all so lively and make him feel so welcome and comfortable. Hes always smiling when I drop him off and especially when I'm picking him up he doesn't want to leave!

My daughter has been attending Ducklings since April 2025, starting in the baby room, toddlers and now preschool. We would 100% recommend this nursery, all the staff are professional, caring and friendly. The nursery has great space for playing and outdoor area is fab too including forest schools, trips to the park and their allotment, they are outdoors most days come rain or shine. They keep us up to date with food menu and activities with pictures during the day on the app, which i love. Also the nursery is always very clean. My daughter enjoys going and will be sending baby number 2 next year!

Ducklings nursery has been amazing for my little boy Monty. He's been attending from about 11 months old and now he's nearly 18 months. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and it's a very calm atmosphere within the nursery. Monty's eating and social skills have come on a lot since starting the nursery. 100% recommend.

I want to be clear that the staff themselves have been caring and have, at every point, tried to rectify issues where they could. I have genuinely felt sorry for them having to work during the hot weather.

Tinkerbells held a family forest school morning for parent carers to attend. What a fab morning! Activities were fun, engaging and used natural resources. Pupils enjoyed having family members sharing in these experiences. Staff clearly enjoy their jobs and enjoy giving the pupils great outdoor experiences. They have a wonderful forest school area at Tinkerbells with lots of great resources. Can't wait for the next family morning!

My son has recently transitioned to Owl room for preschool. I was very nervous about the transition as he really struggles with changes to routine however he has settled in amazingly. Saskia and Freya have been absolutely amazing with helping to support the change by giving him updates on what's planned for the day, what friends he will expect to see and any activities happening for the day. Every morning their energy is 10/10 and they always greet him with excitement and enthusiasm as soon as he walks in the door which puts a huge smile on his face! Their support has been amazing. We also attended a forest school event where parents could attend held by Kim and it was brilliant. My son had an amazing time and it was lovely to get a glimpse into what a day at nursery looks like for him, see his interaction with friends and the bonds he has made. The activities and forest school set up is lovely and Kim was getting all the kids engaged in nature. I can't speak highly enough about them.

Attended forest school and it was amazing, so lovely to see my daughter enjoying the outdoors and all the activities they provided and being able to join in with her.

Staff are amazing, supportive and friendly and any concerns are addressed quickly and effectively. Our daughter really blossomed at Tinkerbells, made so many friends and genuinely loved spending time there, she was sad to leave. We will always appreciate the time she spent with Tinkerbells!

Both my children have attended the holiday club. Overall I've been happy. Both children come home saying how much of a good day they have had. They have also formed some lovely relationships with the girls who work there, Especially Freya and Zara who have been amazing.

Very good nursery, I would highly recommend to everyone. The staff is very friendly and caring, my daughter always feel happy and secured there. They are helping with special requests as well, and always answers promptly.

Tinkerbells has helped our little boy he every way possible with his delevopment in social skills his confidence he has come a long way in last year. we cant thank the staff enough of what they have done for us and our little boy he has grown so much in the last yr he has been at tinkerbells. Tinkerbells have always been amazing, communicative, kind, caring and interested in the children's development. Every member of staff goes above and beyond.

This nursery is great! My little boy really enjoys it here and is always happy to go in. The staff have always been very supportive and welcoming! There is a lady called Zoe who also works there and she is amazing with my little boy and I can't wait for him to move upto her in September.
