We chose Blossoms after attending a few Stay & Play sessions, which gave us a great feel for the setting, staff and how they encourage learning through play. Signing both boys up was one of the best decisions we made!

The boys loved coming to nursery. They enjoyed the variety of activities, regular observations and fantastic outdoor area, which they make great use of rain or shine! The app is also brilliant and kept updated throughout the day, giving us great peace of mind.

Across their time at Blossoms, they experienced three rooms and had wonderful bonds with all the staff. Everyone was caring, supportive and helped them grow in confidence and development.

Although their time at Blossoms has now come to an end, we are incredibly grateful for all the fun, learning, adventures and memories. We would highly recommend Blossoms to any parent looking for a nursery. Thank you for everything!

They do so much for the children, there are always special days planned and different events to get the family involved

I had to move my child from a really wonderful nursery, so the bar was set high. I visted a lot before finding this gem. As soon as i went to the open evening i knew it was the right place. The staff are wonderful, my child is a little shy but when she sees her regular people who look after her she beams. The extra activities she gets to do are wonderful. The app is updated each day with meals, naps and lovely photos. Its an overall lovely nursery.

My son settled into the nursery really well, and we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. I love the nature drive there, and there are so many activities and learning opportunities for my son to enjoy and develop. The staff are all very welcoming, the nursery is always clean, and the app used to update parents is excellent. Communication has been great, which gives me real peace of mind. The meals provided are healthy and nutritious, which is another thing we really value. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Hi. Over the past few years, my son has become very dependent on us and could not go anywhere without his parents. Initially, he could only tolerate one hour in the nursery, but by the eighth day, he spent a full five hours there happily and without any issues. I did not expect him to change so quickly, but thanks to the efforts, kindness, and responsibility of the staff at this nursery, I have seen remarkable positive changes in my son in a short period. I am very happy and grateful to Blossom Nursery. I love you all.

First of all, I have to say Blossoms on the Reservoir is doing a great job on their social media pages. I fell in love instantly when I saw their social media. I booked a visit with Grace, she's wonderful I made my mind the minute she answered the phone. The excellent customer service made a huge difference. I felt my babies would be in good hands. The staff is superb they've been helping my little one settle smoothly. I'm really excited for what's coming next they have a mix of activities inside and outside nursery. I cannot thank them enough, for this reason I 100% recommend this nursery for any parent/guardian call today and you'll know what I mean.

I was very reluctant at first because my child has never been away from me even for an hour. He cried for some time in few first days but now he is happy, and learning every day. I am very thankful that they sent pictures and updates from time to time. Amazing daycare with caring, professional staff and a safe, nurturing environment. We truly appreciate the love and attention they give to every child. Highly recommend!

it is a very good nursery. My child is very happy and has been learning a lot. He has never been at nursery before and i have seen a lot improvements with his behaviour and alao routine. I am so happy with the support the staff has given me. They have gone above ans beyond. Thank you

This nursery is a nice place for my little one. I feel confident that she is in good care, as the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My baby cried at first but now she is used to the staff she is perfectly fine. I'm glad she is well cared for and happy. I also love the nursery app so I can check what she has had to eat and how long she has slept for. It's also great as I can message staff for updates and see pictures of my baby doing activities. I would definitely recommend this nursery

As a parent, asking reasonable questions about your child's care should not lead to this kind of situation. Due to the lack of clarity and confidence in how this was handled, I chose to remove my child.

From the very beginning, my daughter has absolutely loved going to nursery, which says everything. She's always excited to go in, and that reassurance as a parent means so much.

The staff are fantastic. So warm, caring, and attentive. They keep her engaged with a wide range of activities, and it's clear how nurturing they are in the way they support her development and wellbeing. Since joining, she has come such a long way, both in confidence and learning, and we couldn't be happier with her progress.

Communication from the nursery is excellent, and the app is incredibly useful for keeping up to date with her day and development. It really helps us feel connected and involved.

Amazing nursery, my little girl walks into nursery independently because she's so happy to see the staff, the staff always offer me so much reassurance when I need it and always communicate brilliantly with me, it's so nice to see that my child has settled so well into a nursery so quickly she gets so excited to attend which is a big relief to me! My experience with this nursery has been amazing, and I always recommend to friends and tell my family about it we love it here!

I have nothing but positive things to say about them!

I absolutely loved this nursery from day 1, the rooms look amazing, the staff seemed nice albeit very young. They make great efforts at Xmas and occasions RE Mother's Day too.

But here's the but. If you every want to discuss your child's welfare or any concerns you might have the staff label you as being aggressive and are not willing to have an adult conversation with you - they hide behind a messaging system and are completely inappropriate to parents. This has happened to numerous parents not just me. I had some feedback about handovers and parking and got a message saying I was rude to the team - couldn't have been a calmer conversation and I certainly wasn't rude! Later I was told I was aggressive and abrupt!! Never wanted to hear my side, just sent me some appalling messages!! I pulled my son out with immediate effect due to how they made me feel and to know it's happened to other parents just sums up the fact the nursery is ran by kids!

Ive noticed a big improvement in my child's confidence, social skills, and communication since starting here.

Communication with parents is excellent - i receive regular updates, photos, and feedback about our child's day, which is very reassuring.

Overall, i couldn't be happier with the level of care provided and would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Blossoms on the Lane is an amazing place to send your child. They are always doing the most exciting activities and extra curriculars with the children. I generally feel so safe sending my child there and know he is loved and cared for by the girls in his room. He is always smiling when dropped off and picked he up. He absolutely loves his days at nursery

We couldn't be happier with Blossoms. The team go above and beyond every single day, and the amount of thought, experience, and genuine care that goes into everything they do is phenomenal. Both of my children attend, and they absolutely love it - they run in smiling and come home full of stories and smiles.

The staff create such rich, engaging experiences for the children, and it's clear how much effort goes into making each day special. They know the children so well, support them beautifully, and make the whole environment feel warm, safe, and joyful.
