We've had an incredible experience at the nursery! Every day, my daughter was excited to explore new activities-her favorites being the dinosaur and volcano projects. She's thriving and so excited for school next year. Highly recommend this wonderful, creative place

Flossie loves attending Chapelfield Day Nursery, she's been going since she was 2 years old.....started with 2 days per week and now up to 3 days per week. The management and staff are excellent and super helpful, the dedication and care offered by all the team is absolutely first class. It's the perfect experience to help Flossie to grow and develop through her toddler years!

We were very lucky to get a place for her. Since day one all the staff has been lovely to us but most importantly so wonderful to Juliette. All her key workers, Sophie, Angel, Ella, Chloe, Kirsty, Tegan and currently Abi, they all always kept us informed about Juliette's progress, feelings, improvements, achievements, everything. We always feel that Juliette is loved very much. Currently it is so lovely to she her relationship with Abi, her keyworker. We love Abi, and so does Juliette, we feel very relaxed when we dropped her off. We know that she is in the best hands we could ask for. In hards times, everyone is been just so supportive to us.We couldn't ask for a better place for Juliette.

We as parents have been grateful for a safe, inspiring place where our child has thrived. Our child is just so happy to be there and literally runs in every morning!

We are looking forward to seeing how he continues to thrive at nursery ahead of school. Thank you!

I am very grateful for the outstanding care my children have received and would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

Both my daughters have attended Chapelfield, and out 18 month old is still there. We can recommend Chapelfield enough. The staff are the main reason, all so lovely and they really do care for all the children, and make each of them feel special. Settling in for both our daughters went really well, and they loved going in each day. We were sad when our eldest left to go to school but happy to be back with our youngest. The management team are organised, helpful and clear with their communication, and the food is great we have even added some of Chef Dan's recipes to our home menu. We can't recommend Chapelfield enough and are so happy our girls have had, and are still having, that experience.

My son started in Jellybabes at the beginning of the year and is absolutely loving it. Within just a few days it became clear that the staff already knew him so well, and the settling in process was handled so carefully for both me and him. He already loves going to nursery and I feel such relief returning to work and knowing that he's happy and cared for. They've also dealt very carefully with his dairy allergy and he always has something delicious and dairy free to eat. Thank you Chapelfield!

Sending my children to Chapelfield Children's day nursery has been one of the parenting decisions I have been most confident in making!

My daughter attends the trowse branch, we joined in August after being on a long waiting list. I had debated whether it would be worth the wait and it absolutely was. The care, attention to detail and innovative activity plan is unreal, my daughter loves going! It's a fantastic setting where they really make the most of their environment , weather and kids interests. Clare the office manager is a joy to deal with and the retention of staff shows it's a lovely setting for kids and staff! Martina the chef is fantastic, with my daughter regularly telling me martinas foods nicer.

Our daughter is thriving at Chapelfield - she is always so happy to go in in the mornings and talks to us a lot about all the things she's done at nursery, about the staff and about her friends. From what she says it's clear she loves nursery and there's a really positive environment in the room. The baby and toddler rooms where she was before were also fantastic. All the staff are incredibly warm, caring and dedicated, and communication is excellent. They know our daughter very well and plan wonderful activities for her individually and for all the children as a group. We love the stay and plays they organise so parents can come in and visit. The management team are also absolutely brilliant! Chapelfield feels like a family and we feel lucky to be able to send our daughter here after sending our son a few years ago - he loved it too and still asks to go back! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery and can't thank the staff enough for looking after our children so well.

My youngest is currently at the city nursery and has been since Jan 2025. She is thriving and enjoys going each day. The communication between staff and us has been nothing but amazing. They have helped her in more ways than I could ever explain. We look forward to watch her flourish during her time at this nursery. All staff in both settings that we have had communication with are truly phenomenal. Huge shout out to Angel, Chloe, Courtney and Helen in JB's room. Outstanding service from every single member of staff. We feel so lucky to have got our daughter in here. The location is amazingly convenient and the provision the staff provide is exceptional. We're always a bit sad when our daughter leaves one key person and changes room only to find that we like the next one just as much.

The staff are exceptionally supportive and caring. Every team member takes the time to understand each child as an individual, helping them feel safe, confident, and happy. What really stands out is the nursery's commitment to setting children up for success - not only for school, but for life. Through thoughtfully planned activities and play-based learning, they build strong foundations in communication, independence, and social. We are extremely happy with our baby's experience at Chapelfield, he has really thrived and become noticeably more confident and outgoing since starting there. All the Jellybabes team are fantastic but we have to give a special shout out to his key worker Chloe who has been so caring and loving from day one! She always notices small details of his day/behaviour to share with us which really means a lot. I can tell that they have a really special bond which is so lovely to see and is so reassuring as a parent

I looked at a lot of nurseries before enrolling my daughter, I wanted to find a place that had a lovely environment but mainly somewhere that felt truly nurturing and child-centric. The team at Trowse were the only nursery that directly addressed my daughter during a lot of the visit and it has certainly lived up to the expectation! It is an incredibly nurturing, warm and friendly place where staff are on hand for parent and child in a professional, knowledgeable manner, but also with the kindness and understanding you would hope them to have. My daughter always looks forward to going, even on the days she doesn't go! I feel like she is safe, listened to and understood while she is there and i couldn't be happier i chose it.
