Overall Experience

As a first time mum taking my daughter to nursery i was very anxious as what to expect and wanted to feel comfortable leaving my daughter with initial strangers. I have been out at ease since Aurora is at nursery and not only for funding reason but even from September I increased her days because she

absolutely loves going to nursery. She has come along so much since attending and the staff are amazing. They always have a bright things to say about her. They're caring understanding and well equipped to help each child grow and develop. Nothing is ever too much and I am so thankful I found a nursery like this.

Overall Experience

From the moment we joined, it felt like a second home. The environment has such a warm, welcoming, and homely feel, and the recent redecoration both inside and out has made it even more beautiful.
You can clearly see that the management are passionate about creating something really special. They recently

shared some exciting plans for the future at a parent forum, and it's inspiring to know that they're always looking to improve and grow for the benefit of the children.
The staff are absolutely fantastic - so caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's development. The level of communication is excellent too; the app is regularly updated with daily observations, meal information, toilet visits, and general updates, which keeps me reassured and connected throughout they day.
A huge thank you to all the staff and management for everything you do - your hard work does not go unnoticed. What a fantastic nursery - we feel so lucky to be part of it!

Overall Experience

Absolutely fabulous nursery. My son has been going since he was about 11 months old and is now nearly three. I cannot say a bad thing about the nursery. The staff are fabulous, the setting is amazing and I love the homely feel and the fact that the total number of children is much lower than many of

the larger nurseries as it makes it feel more close nit and less like a school setting. That being said he has come on leaps and bounds since attending nursery and he is constantly learning new things. His talking has come on, he knew his numbers and letters at an early age. They do so many activities with then throughout the day so he is fully entertained. The food generally has a good variety and is healthy with snacks now added aswell in the morning and afternoon. He learnt using a cup at nursery at a very young age. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. My son loves going

Overall Experience

Nurtured Chell has been amazing for our daughter. The staff are so friendly yet professional and always keep us updated, whether through the app, phone or at pick-up. I love receiving photos and updates which reassure me she's happy and settled. Since starting, her confidence, speech and motor skills

have come on so much, and the variety of meals has encouraged her to try new foods. The nursery itself is lovely, with safeguarding clearly a top priority, and activities like rhythm time and the recent zoo trip make her days extra special. We're excited to watch her progress through the rooms, knowing she'll always be welcomed by the amazing team. I would definitely recommend Nurtured Chell to anyone looking for a caring, organised and professional nursery.

My son started here at the start of September and I couldn't praise the staff more! due to his restricted diet the staff have been amazing with his meals and accommodating for him to make his meals as similar as possible to the other children to make him feel included whilst making sure he is getting

the right foods along with his supplements. The staff are brilliant at settling him as he did get a little upset when he first started but the more he's going the more is he getting use to been in the nursery environment and is thriving thanks to the nursery staff

My son has started nursery in September and from the moment I visited the nursery this year I knew it was the one for us as we felt welcomed from the very moment we stepped in.
Throughout August we had a home visit, and then multiple short sessions at the nursery which made me feel so much better ahead

of him starting for 2 days a week.
Every staff member are warm, caring and have such a lovely way with the children. I love that we're kept updated throughout the day with the various activities and what he is getting up to. Thanks so much to everyone for making what such a hard big step much easier.

Overall Experience

Both my girls attended/are attending Nurtured @ Chell. The staff are amazing & friendly. My eldest come on a lot with her speech when she attended and she absolutely loved going and making new friends and trying new things. My youngest has only just started but she has settled in well and enjoys

going and exploring! She has also learnt a few words since going and it's only been 10 days! The care the staff give the children is like all the children are their own!! Highly recommend xx

Our experience with Nurtured @ Tunstall has been nothing less than amazing. My son has settled in well & loves it! He eats more of his offd there than at home so he must be very comfortable! He always leaves in a great mood & sleeps great the following night too. I especially love the updates that they

post throughout the day to let me know what he is up to and the updates about his progress & journey at nursery. I really appreciate the effort that goes into getting the babies outside as well. Just amazing!

I've chosen this month as this was when our daughter first came to the nursery.
This was her first time in a nursery setting as I had to go back to work after maternity leave.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure that she settled in and didn't rush her.
She has come on in so many different

ways, social, emotional and physical. The staff always have different activities for children to participate in and they always encourage the children to join in. Also, the dietary requirements are always catered to.
If I was to have to choose a nursery setting again I would definitely use this nursery.

My son is thriving at nurtured. His development has come in leaps and bounds. The ladies are always so amazing and welcoming and my son just loves it there. I would recommend nurtured to anybody, it's a safe and fun place for your children but also a great place for them to learn too.

Fantastic setting and staff. My daughter started in January and within a week she had settled in. Staff keep you well informed. My daughter now goes in and has her confidence back. Lots of activities for her to do there and special days for parents to come in and join activities.

I am so happy with this nursery, I have sent both of my children. The staff are so friendly and caring towards the children. And a special mention to their SENDCO who is a credit to the Nurtured@Packmoor team.
Another mention is for the manager, who is so approachable and supportive. I am a firm believer

that a manager thats positive creates a happy work force which radiates on through the children.

My daughter is due to start in a couple weeks, from my first enquiry email, this nursery has been very efficient and welcoming.

The viewing session was well ran and provided me with lots of information about the schedule, types of activities and food. I feel confident that my daughter will be well
