We honestly couldn't have chosen a better nursery for our son. He has attended since he was just 9 months old, and now as he prepares to leave in April to start school, it feels like the end of such a special chapter for our family. The girls at the nursery are absolutely amazing. They truly go above
and beyond, not just for the children but for the parents as well. Their care, patience, and genuine love for what they do shines through every single day. The support they have given us over the years has been incredible - always there with reassurance, guidance, and kindness whenever we've needed it. The daily updates through the app are fantastic, It's so lovely to see all the fun activities he's taken part in. We can't thank everyone enough for everything they have done for our son and for us as a family. You've helped shape his early years in the most positive way, and we will always be so grateful.

Sending my child to a nursery was something i was so worried about. I have worked in nurseries and early years and have seen how it can go wrong. When we went for a walk around my daughter did not want to leave the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. My daughter absoultely loves nursery she
asks to go on days shes at home and she has told us all the lovely activities she does. I have noticed my daughters speach has come on amazing since she joined and she is thriving after falling behind. I highly reccomend the nursery.

The best way I can explain how great this nursery is, is by the fact that by son absolutely loves going and asks each morning if he is going to nursery today. My son has been attending since he was eleven months old and is now just over three. I love the small family feel of the nursery. The management
is quick to respond to messages. They do so much with the kids and my son has learnt so much from going here. I will be really upset when he leaves and goes to school later this year

I honestly felt, nurtured chell team is doing an outstanding job and continuously working towards top most. Staffs are very friendly, always give updates on my child.. any time parents can go if there is a concern.. With my child being one year sending him to nursery was so much worrying to me but all
vanished now. Child showed significant improvement after sending to this nursery. All am saying this out of some of the traumatic experience I had with some other stoke on Trent nurseries when my elder son went. I never felt as a external / International person here. Going to this nursery feels like going to one of the close families. It's a very supportive place.

Throughout my child's time at nursery the staff and managers have gone above and beyond to give extra time and support during a difficult family matter. Lovely and supportive staff, I feel so safe and happy to send my son nursery. I highly recommend this nursery they have brilliant facilities and are really well trained. They always welcome you in with a smile and make sure my son has the best day. When taking him into nursery he can get quite upset
but the staff are real good at settling him quickly.

Nurtured @ chell has been great for my little boy. The staff are friendly and helpful, not matter the question, they are always willing to help. They respond well to any messages you have and keep you updated on anything that you need to know, and how your child's day is. I was anxious about sending
my little boy to a nursery at first but the staff here have managed to put all my nerves a rest. Special mention to Sandra and Claire and majority of the other staff members can't thank them enough for what they do for my little boy. I highly recommend this nursery and when speaking to other people I only hear positive things about this nursery

My little boy has just joined Nurtured at Tunstall Nov/dec 25 , he has been at home for 12 months , and was finding it hard to settle , The baby room staff have been so good with him , and have continued to support the process at his pace , giving the right amount of settling in sessions for his needs
and extras where needed, also chloe and chelsea while settling in have sent lots of updates and pics on the app which as a mum has made me feel so much more at ease before returning to work. They included him in the stay and play which was lovely.
The other staff in the nursery also know his name and always welcome him with a smile and talk to him if they see him .

Nurtured at Packmoor has been amazing so far for my little boy.
Since joining at the beginning of the year my son has improved in so many different areas.
The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do and treat George like one of their own.
George has
taken an extra liking to Jemma who is always so caring for him.
We're so grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing, friendly, and professional setting for their child.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about nurtured at packmoor From the very first day, we knew we had found the perfect place for our child. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and truly love what they do. Every morning, my little one is excited
to go, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing they're in such capable hands.
The facilities are always clean, bright, and welcoming. The toys and activities are not only fun but educational, and it's clear the nursery has a wonderful balance of learning and play. I love that they incorporate both structured activities and outdoor time, ensuring the children get the best of both worlds.

Brilliant communication and always feel informed.

My daughter started Nurtured @ Packmoor back in October and is absolutely thriving! All of the staff are super helpful and committed to the children. Not to forget the smell of the beautiful home cooked food when I drop my daughter off every morning. It was definitely the best decision we made to send

The staff at Nurtured @ Tunstall are fab. They go above and beyond for the kids, ensuring they have a fantastic experience every day that they're in!
Nothing is too big or small and our son has settled in beautifully. We are really happy with how well things are going, and that's all down to the beautiful

My daughter started in September, she absolutely loves the nursery. The staff are wonderful and always go above and beyond, making sure she was settled before officially starting and keeping us updated throughout the day now she has started. The app is great and it's nice to be able to see what she's
been getting up to. The variety of food is amazing and if there's plenty of options every day.

I am really happy with the care my daughter receives at nursery. With support she has settled well and is welcomed with open arms every morning. At pick up times we have updates on how she has been throughout the day and we have weekly updates with pictures through the app. The variety of food is good
and the equipment/ learning is great!


As a parent I cannot fault the nursery with the support they show.

As a first time mum taking my daughter to nursery i was very anxious as what to expect and wanted to feel comfortable leaving my daughter with initial strangers. I have been out at ease since Aurora is at nursery and not only for funding reason but even from September I increased her days because she
absolutely loves going to nursery. She has come along so much since attending and the staff are amazing. They always have a bright things to say about her. They're caring understanding and well equipped to help each child grow and develop. Nothing is ever too much and I am so thankful I found a nursery like this.

Nurtured Chell has been amazing for our daughter. The staff are so friendly yet professional and always keep us updated, whether through the app, phone or at pick-up. I love receiving photos and updates which reassure me she's happy and settled. Since starting, her confidence, speech and motor skills
have come on so much, and the variety of meals has encouraged her to try new foods. The nursery itself is lovely, with safeguarding clearly a top priority, and activities like rhythm time and the recent zoo trip make her days extra special. We're excited to watch her progress through the rooms, knowing she'll always be welcomed by the amazing team. I would definitely recommend Nurtured Chell to anyone looking for a caring, organised and professional nursery.
