My daughter has been at the nursery for over a year and leaves soon to start reception in September. The most current manager has really turned the nursery into a fantastic setting. We receive good communication about updates on learning and activity's, what food she's eaten and how much. The staff are all lovely and there's been a lot of consistency the last 6 months. I love the improvement Michaela has done. Thank you

My child attends the Nursery , she enjoys attending and when she went through a stage where she wanted to stay with me and not go nursery , staff where on hand to help with the transition , Staff kept us updated on progress and everything my child is doing , regular activities and skills learning , parents evening is first class , you actually get to speak directly with your child's mentor and discuss areas that need or may need improving and development targets ,staff are alway polite and friendly ,Fathers day lunch was organised which never happened at my other child's nursery , Never ever seen a staff member moody or unhappy , always a smile on their faces even when they have been ill the focus and effort is exceptional ,Great Team would highly recommend this Nursery .

My child loves coming to nursery and is always excited in the morning on the way in and happy when picked up. We feel that he is happy and safe when he attends and gets lots of stimulation and activities in the day.

As a mother, I am really happy with my child going to Northstowe Nursery. They are taking good care of my child. Really happy about the feedback we see receiving day by day. I should say that the introduction of diary is a very good incentive, we get much more information about their daily activities, eating style. Looking forward to see much more information and details regarding how they are doing every day. Thank you for all your hard work and support for our child.

My son has been at the nursery since it first opened. We have had a great experience with all the staff. His social skills have improved along with his language as English is not his first language. Thank you to all staff who have taken care of him.

My son loves the nursery, the teachers are so loving, caring and he bonds with them so well. He is always happy when he tells up about his day at the nursery.

We were a bit skeptical about the care especially when our child moved from the baby class to the toddler room however, management and staff have consistently reassured s and improved whenever we had any comments or reviews, which is appreciated. We would appreciate if pictures of activities done by out child will be showed with us as often as it were when they were in the baby room. Overall, we are happy with the staff and management.

Overall experience is good, ha s great staff who go the extra mile to make out child feel safe.

My daughter (almost 3 y/o) joined the nursery last may and she was welcomed by the staff very well. We had some issues on difficult drop offs, as expected with a first timer in the nursery; but when we escalated this to the staff, they helped us navigate through different solutions to mange it. After 4 weeks of joining we noticed improvement on our daughters social skills. One thing that can be improved is the updates on the app, like few photos can be included, or a description of any activities done during the day so that we can reinforce it at home.

We are having a good experience so far. Staff and all practitioners are welcoming, caring and having an inclusive approach. Our daughter has learned a lot, and this setting has helped a lot in his growth and learning.

Very good structure with the kids. I am very satisfied with the way they relate with the parents and kids. Everything is almost well organised.

I found the nursery a very pleasant place for my son. Staff are very friendly and always open for a quick conversation. They helped my son get settled into the nursery nicely. I also found new app very useful and easy to use.

I have found some of the staff changes a little unsettling, but it has settled down now. I would also appreciate a bit more flexibility with drop-off and pick-up times.

Overall, I'd recommend it to parents looking for a supportive and friendly setting for their child.

My son is always happy on the way home from school telling me about his very busy day and how all the workers are so lovely to him and make him feel very comfortable. Great nursery great facilities and even better nursery workers.

My son absolutely loves going and is always excited for his day there, which says everything. It's so reassuring as a parent to know he is safe, happy, and well cared for. I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone looking for a nurturing and positive place for their child.

My child has attended this nursery for 8 months and I cannot fault the staff at Sallowbush. They truly go above and beyond to make sure both my son and I are comfortable. They keep me updated majority of days with how my child's day went and what activities they got up to and often upload onto the app to keep me updated with photos and videos. They are always there for any questions, worries or concerns with a smile on their face and they truly care about the children they look after. It's always appreciated and they do a great job with my child!

We have had a lot of difficulties with my daughter and they go out of there way to be supportive and kind to us both, my daughter has progressed amazing with the support of the teachers
