My son is happy, safe and looks forward to going 4 times a week. He's made loads of friends, he knows the names of all the staff and he's exhausted and filthy when he gets home - to me the absolute sign of a great day.
Yes there was a high staff turnover and lots of changes initially, but this was
a new setting and more recently things have settled down, communication has been clearer and as parents we are now kept well informed.
I know who my child's key worker is and I can message her to ask questions or arrange calls to discuss things if the need arises. All the staff seem really kind and helpful and appear to have our children's best interests at heart. There are some genuinely really kind room staff who work there who go above and beyond to help.
Each situation and experience is different but my son is happy, included and settled which is all that I can ask for.

Zero Star Review
This has been the most distressing childcare experience my family has ever had. In my view, children's wellbeing is not a priority here. The constant staff turnover means children never get the stability or familiar faces they need. The approach to behaviour felt punitive, not nurturing,
and senior management were dismissive whenever I raised concerns. Instead of addressing issues, I was told to find another nursery.
The owners run this place like a business with no warmth or genuine care, and I do not believe they are suited to running a childcare setting.
The impact on my child has been heartbreaking: he developed a tremor when faced with the idea of nursery, wakes up with nightmares, and becomes scared when we drive past the building. My complaint was ignored, and the response I received was unhelpful. I deeply regret ever trusting this nursery.

I am writing this review to express my deep frustration regarding a recent experience. Today, after arriving at the nursery with my son, I was told at the door that the facility is closed for the day due to a lack of staff.
While I understand that staffing issues can happen, being informed only upon
arrival is completely unacceptable. As a parent, I have a strictly scheduled day, and this sudden closure without any prior notice via email or phone has caused significant disruption to my work and personal commitments.
Better communication protocols need to be in place to ensure parents are notified well in advance if the nursery cannot provide the services promised. This lack of professionalism is very disappointing.

We absolutely love Arbury Preschool! The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and passionate about helping every child grow and thrive. The curriculum is well-balanced, combining fun, creativity, and essential early learning skills. My daughter always comes home excited to share what she learned

A good Nursery experience.
I am happy with my experience at Arbury Pre-School. My child has been attending for one year and I have noticed significant improvement in their development. The staff are incredibly kind, professional and attentive to the children's needs. They create a warm and welcoming
environment that makes my child excited to go every day. The curriculum is well-structured, with a balance between educational activities and playtime. My child particularly enjoys playing and building games. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained and the communication with parents is excellent. I always feel informed about my child's progress and daily activities.
Overall, I recommend Arbury Pre-School to any parent looking for a nurturing and professional environment for their child.

My son attends this nursery. He faces daily challenges and struggles where some children may not. The nursery, a fully staffed and equipped to deal with any issues that may arise. They are patient and calm and really put a smile on my child's face. My child does not often play with children but he classes
the staff as his friends. They play with him, they comfort him and most importantly they understand him. I am happy sending my child to this nursery because I know that they are looked after well and kept safe. My child has come on leaps and bounds since starting here. He's learning new songs and even getting involved in messy play.

My daughter started at Arbury Preschool after her 3rd birthday and shortly after we relocated to the area. She was welcomed in so well and settled really quickly. There were quite a few staff changes around this time, particularly in the leadership roles, but the ladies who remained were so wonderful
that my daughter was thankfully unphased by all the new faces. The team really is fab, they always greet the children (and importantly parents too!) with genuine smiles and welcomes every morning. My daughter comes home happy, singing all the songs that she's learnt and showing me the crafts that she's done. Mainly, I hope this review portrays why when I drop my daughter off, I can trust that she is going to be cared for earnestly and learn lots along the way! Thank you to all the ladies who work so hard, making the children's days there special!

My boy is happy at the nursery and has learned and progressed a lot.
I feel confident in leaving my child at the nursery knowing he will be looked after for the day. The staff are so good with him and he even talks about the staff when he gets home.
